The Decepticon medic supervised his assistants [[Spectro]], [[Spyglass]] and [[Viewfinder]] as they made repairs on [[Frenzy (G1)|Frenzy]], [[Rumble (G1)|Rumble]], [[Soundwave (G1)|Soundwave]] (blunt impact injuries sustained during [[Spider-Man]] and [[Gears (G1)|Gears]]'s invasion of Fortress Sinister). He presumably performed the reconstruction on [[Skywarp (G1)|Skywarp]] (totaled by a direct hit from one of [[Sunstreaker (G1)|Sunstreaker]]'s ground-to-air missiles) himself. The repairs on Skywarp were almost complete by the time [[Megatron (G1)|Megatron]] came to the medical bay for a damage report on his injured soldiers.<br />

Following a catastrophic battle against the [[Dinobot (G1)|Dinobots]] and members of the human organization [[G.I. Joe (team)|G.I. Joe]], [[Shockwave (G1)|Shockwave]] was being repaired by the Decepticon medic (dubbed "Spectrawave" by some of the fans) when a guard brought in the traitor [[Starscream (G1)|Starscream]]. Unfortunately Starscream also brought with him a present from [[Cobra Commander]]—forty-five pounds of plastic explosives.
