Galactic Transports were large ships used by the Autobots to evacuate Cybertron. Many transports took off when Optimus Prime (Prime) ordered the evacuation of all Autobot cities. Exempting the Ark, typical Galactic Transports were gray. It is unknown if Galactic Transports were armed with weapons, but most likely they were, to defend themselves against attacks. A few were destroyed by Trypticon, but the rest were kept grounded. Optimus announced that he was having a special Galactic Transport, the Ark, built that his team of Autobots would leave Cybertron on.

picsneeded
The Aerialbots are the few Seekers loyal to the Autobots rather than the Decepticons.

Fiction
The Seekers were generally Decepticon-leaning neutrals following Starscream's lead, until Shockwave bombed Vos. Though a good portion of the main Seeker forces still followed Starscream into the Decepticons, the survivors of the Vos massacre felt betrayed and joined the Autobots instead, becoming the Aerialbots and patrolling Iacon and Kalis. Jetfire was a Decepticon who defected to the Autobots and mostly worked in a laboratory to improve their flight capabilities. He led the Aerialbots to gather every spaceworthy craft to distract Trypticon while the Ark was built. Exodus: The Official History of the War for Cybertron
Silverbolt was made Aerialbot leader despite his fear of heights, which displeased Air Raid. He, Jetfire and Air Raid were sent to disable Trypticon. Silverbolt's Aerialbot troops were armed with jet machine guns and X12 Scrapmakers in robot mode. However, they lacked armor in jet mode, and could be easily destroyed.
:It is an ancient mechanoid from the Generation 1 continuity family.

The entity known only as It resides in the Autobot Matrix of Leadership. The exact relationship of It to the Matrix is unknown, although It was probably an Autobot in life. It may be the chronologically earliest being to have merged with the Matrix.

After being injured on Chaar, Rodimus Prime experienced a bizarre (probably metaphorical) vision. He saw the physical form of It, which shattered, releasing a dark destructive presence that destroyed a sequence of ancient Cybertronians before fading to reveal the eerily-similar face of a Quintesson Judge, which also shattered. Five Faces of Darkness, Part 2

The nature of the connection of It to the Quintessons remains unknown.

When the Hate Plague threatened to infect all life in the universe, Optimus Prime made a desperate mental trip into the Matrix in search of a cure. After speaking with Alpha Trion, Prime encountered It, which told him of the Matrix's previous exposure to the Hate Plague. At that time, a wise man was able to contain the plague's spores and contain them within a star, but no one person had enough wisdom to destroy the plague completely. Prime gambled that the accumulated wisdom contained within the Matrix itself would be enough, and released it, which indeed destroyed the Hate Plague. The Return of Optimus Prime, Part 2

Whether the essence of It remains in the Matrix or was lost when Prime opened it is unknown.

Notes
* This robot was never named in fiction. The designation "It" comes from a cartoon episode script.
* In this case, how do you spell the possessive form of "It"?
* "It" was featured in 'Return of Unicron', a Japanese manga based loosely on 'The Return of the Sith' and season three. Here, "It" seems to be based on Primacron's Assistant, and the creator of the Matrix.
