He might roll a brand new car.

'Cause he's the unknown Constructicon that made Devastator such a star.
Fiction
Revenge of the Fallen film
During the climactic battle in Egypt between the Autobots, their human allies and The Fallen's Decepticons, the unknown Constructicon appeared in a quarry with the other Constructicons, and combined with Rampage to form Devastator's leg. When Devastator was destroyed by the experimental railgun fired from the U.S.S. Kidd, the unknown Constructicon was presumably killed. Revenge of the Fallen (film)
Notes
*Though the unknown Constructicon shares a similar alternate mode with another one of Devastator's components, Long Haul, he's a different, longer model of dump truck.
*When asked, Hasbro neither had a name for this poor sod nor recognised his existence as Devastator's leg (saying there were only seven Constructicons in Devastator).
Payload is the Hasbro name for the Yellow decepticon dump truck and long-haul doppelganger as briefly seen in the movie and as a skin for longhaul in ROTF the game
