Instead of regular human facial features, some Transformers have what looks like a plate affixed to their lower jaw, usually covering up to their nose. While no official name exists for these, they are usually called ''''mouthplates''' ' or ''''faceplates'''' (despite a 'regular' face once being described as a faceplate in the TV series). ==Detailed Synopsis==

Starscream pleads to Galvatron, hoping to convince his leader that the threat of Unicron is real (as Starscream has first hand experience in the beast's bowels) and that perhaps an [[Alliance]] between the [[Autobots]] and [[Decepticons]] is the safest course to ensure the survival of [[Cybertron]]. When Starscream refuses to stop pleading, Galvatron slaps his subordinate into a wall to silence him. The Decepticon leader is confident his military can overcome both the Autobots and Unicron. Starscream continues to stress the danger of Unicron, and Galvatron starts to swing his [[Star Saber]].

The Autobots are still optimustic, believing there's a chance a diplomatic conference could lead to a truce between the two sides. Which means the Autobots can't take aggressive action against the Decepticons, only defensive. Megatron, armed with the Star Saber and Tidal Wave, flies into battle, ready to negotiate with Prime using firepower. Prime responds by combining with Jetfire and Overload and heading away from the thick of the battle.

By a [[Megatron statue (Armada)|monolithic statue of Megatron]], Starscream wonders who is he is and what he needs to do. Alexis' words of encouragement run through his head.

Away from the armies, Galvatron and Optimus send their men away, leaving the two leaders to battle one on one. Through the battle, Galvatron admits that he still considers Unicron to be an Autobot hoax, and with the Star Saber, he has the upper hand against Prime. As soon as Megatron breaks Prime's metal, an explosion disturbs the showdown. Starscream walks from the smoke.

The rest of the Autobots are struggling to hold their ground, unable to cause any real damage to the Decepticons. Alexis has faith that things will be okay. Thousands of miles away, Unicron's lunar shell peels off and the behemoth attacks the assembled Mini-Con cluster.

Starscream quits the Decepticons and challenges Galvatron to one-on-one combat. The two clash, quickly cutting into each other. Starscream displays a show of skill beyond last time he battles Megatron. Lightning from Unicron carves into the landscape, but the two warriors ignore the weather and continue their stuggle. But in an instant, the Star Sabre plunges into Starscream's torso, the impaled Decepticon falls.

Lying with the blade sticking out of him, Starscream speaks earnestly to Galvatron, pointing out that it was Megatron's own arrogance that drove the situation to be what it is. Despite his injury, Starscream stands up and reiterates his wishes for a truce between the two Cybertronian factions against Unicron. His final wish said, Starscream joins with his Mini-Con to fire his Proton-canons upwards at Unicron. Unicron fires back, disintegrating Starscream.

Galvatron remembers all the experiences he had with Starscream, and finally decides to join forces with Optimus.... BUT from the crater Starscream died in, a dark cloud emerges and grabs the Star Saber! The cloud forms into Sideways, who escapes the two leaders and escapes through the underground portal, making sure to collapse them so he can't be followed.

Aboard the [[Axalon (Armada)|Axalon]], Alexis's luck charm shatters, she runs outside to look out the window to just see Starscream's laser blast fade away. Hearing news of Starscream's death over the video screen, Alexis breaks into tears. Rad does his best to console her.

What was known as "the Matrix" in Beast Wars is first referred to as "the Allspark." It is defined as the dimension from which all Transformer sparks that exist, have existed, or ever will exist originate, existing there as a collective whole.

When a Transformer is "born," a single spark departs the Allspark and suffuses itself into the new Transformer body, giving it true life and soul. When the Transformer then reaches the end of its life, the spark departs its body and returns to the Allspark; all the knowledge that the Transformer acquired and all of its life experiences are contained with the spark, and they are added to the totality that is the Allspark.

The [[Well of All Sparks]] exists on [[Cybertron]] and seems to have some connection to the mystical source of Transformer life.

The fictive foundation of Sparks and the Allspark laid down in the Beast Era material is taken up and brought together with all the past G1 material and the concept of Primus, to first form the idea of The Allspark as it has been known since.

==Means of access==

Applying the existence of the Allspark retroactively to previous continuities (as the Primus-singularity [[retcon]] allows. See his page for details on that) leads to a new interpretation of some existing artifacts.

*Most prominently there are the [[Matrix of Leadership]] and the Creation Matrix, the legendary talismans carried by Autobot leaders in the Generation 1 cartoon and Marvel Comic respectively. The abilities of both these artifacts can be glossed as a result of their functioning as connections to the Allspark dimension.

*Secondly, there is the mega-computer [[Vector Sigma]], which, like the Matrix, endows new Transformers with life. In the Beast Era the most common method of communication with the Allspark via Vector Sigma involves the use of its [[shell program]], the [[Oracle (G1)|Oracle]], which permits a "receptive spark" to commune directly with the collective intelligence of the Allspark. (Though in some material there is evidence that the Oracle has been subverted to serve Quintesson ends.) Prior to the Oracle's existance, [[Optimus Prime (G1)|Optimus Prime]] used the empty shell of the Matrix of Leadership to access what we would see as the Allspark through Vector Sigma and spoke directly to the dead [[Alpha Trion]] who had previously been shown to have merged with Vector Sigma AND to reside in the Matrix (a discrepancy at the time that is now rectified by the retcon application of the Allspark to the G1 cartoon).

*Writer and [[Beast Wars (cartoon)|Beast Wars]] story editor [[Larry DiTillio]] intended for this spiritual plane to also be the location of the '''Vok Nebula''' and thus having the [[Vok]] be the source of all Beast Era sparks. However, this concept was ultimately not used. Considering that DiTillio considered the Vok to be the evolved form of the [[Swarm]] after absorbing the [[Creation Matrix]] energy from [[Optimus Prime (G1)|Optimus Prime]], this still ties the source of sparks back to the lifeforce of Primus.

A car salesman of the tackily-dressed, Hawaiian shirts n' sporty hat preferring, always-smiling, overly-friendly, back-slapping, smooth-talking, horsehockey-spewing variety, he claims that a driver doesn't choose the car, it's the car that chooses its driver.

Though sometimes a [[Bumblebee (Movie)|car]] picks a [[Samuel James Witwicky|driver]] with a cheapass [[Ronald Witwicky|father]]. There are also times where a car picks a driver and takes rejection very poorly.

His favorite cars are the kinds that come from Alabama. He's also not afraid to sell cars that mysteriously appear on his lot, despite not possessing the proper legal paperwork and records of the vehicle being sold.

His name bears a striking resemblance to the [[Bolivia|country]], but he lacks the diarrhea therein.

After telling his mechanic [[Manny (Movie)|Manny]] to remove the [[Manny's cousin|heat-stroke-afflicted clown]] from the sidewalk because he's "scarin' the white folk", Bobby feeds the father/son pair his "mystical bond" line, and takes them on a tour of the lot.

Bobby agrees to sell Sam [[Bumblebee (Movie)|a mysterious "custom faded paint" Camaro]] he's never seen on his lot before for $4000, a thousand less than his made-up-on-the-spot asking price... but only after the windows of every other car on the lot are mysteriously shattered by a high-pitched noise.

Bobby's mother lives in sight of his car dealership, and apparently he has wronged her in some way. Their relationship is summarized by her flipping him off and him wishing he had a rock to "bust her head with". Hopefully prequel material will address this.

Later, while leading [[Sector Seven]] from the Autobots, [[Jazz (Movie)|Jazz]] destroyed the fuel pumps at Bobby Bolivia's carlot, causing an explosion which destroyed most of the lot. Here's hoping Bobby wasn't in there at the time.
