Alright, I just checked my copy of Traget: 2006 part 7 and it wasn't mentioned by any name before Galvatron blew it up. However, I could swear on a stack of bibles it had a different name than "Nemesis" in some other issue. Anyone find it odd how - despite BOTH G1 continuities clearly showing the Ark being downed after being boarded, WITHOUT the Nemesis attacking it, AND the fact that there ARE active Transformers who were witness to that attack (like Ravage) who could tell the record straight - the Beast Wars continuity STILL says that the Ark was shot down by the Nemesis? You would think that SOMEWHERE down the road, someone like Ravage or Laserbeak or Optimus Prime or someone would stand up and say "The hell? That's not how it happened! Here's how it went down..."

So much that Optimus Prime decides to forfeit the whole thing and crash it into Earth. And which Autobot is going to record the whole thing as being Optimus Prime's fault? Maybe just like human history things are printed that are not the same as how it happened, I bet you if you asked 100 people that served in WW2, in the same unit, on the same mission that you would get 50 ways history played out for them, then it is up to the historical people to write down the most common story they heard, maybe the surviving Decepticons all said they shot it down, and the Autobots being the overall victors said "what the hell, let them have that we still one the war."

Is this for real? As the article noted, the Jazzy-guy race and the Munka Spanka announcement are in two different scenes; I've never heard of someone suggesting they are one and the same. I remember when I first discovered that Transformers had this huge online fandom there was a page that give a list of ALL the G1 Comic deaths. As I never completed the original run I was somewhat shocked to have seen Scorponok was killed. He was for such a long time the main Big Bad (arguably he was in that role longer than Megatron ever was), I could not believe it that TPTB killed him off.

Would there be scope for extending this article (or creating another) for a list of deaths by continuity? I appreciate that this wiki takes a strong stance against exhaustive lists, but how else could all the death information be collated? I imagine all of them are in the various character entries. However to use my example of 1st discovering online TF, I would not have found out that Scorponok died unless I specifically read his article. Even a link to such an page would probably do I suppose. The first verified Transformer deaths, aside from the nameless generics on Cybertron in the opening panels of issue 1, were the Man of Iron and Navigator in the ''Man of Iron'' UK story, and then Tornado and Quake in ''The Enemy Within'' that immediately followed it, both a long time before ''The Smelting Pool''. The first verified human death was the driver of a car run off the road by the crazed Autobot Brawn, also in ''Enemy Within''. His car slammed into another parked car complete with an explosion of Michael Bay proportions and a scream of "NOOOOOOOOO!!!" which ended suddenly. I hate this page.

It's a dumb page, a brainless list of every time a character died, with no overarching themes. It's boring to read, and serves no real purpose. It's not illuminating in any way.

It ''could'' be made into something useful, however. There are two paths to take: what in-universe elements cause a Transformer to die, and what out-of-universe factors affect who can die, how and when. I really think that in the Marvel comics Transformers don't really die, but they may simply be beyond repair. If they are melted or disintegrated there is obviously no hope of repair, but if there is any body at all, repair is theoretically possible, even if it is beyond the skill of the medic. Soundwave also shows signs of sentience, since the beginning he has only showed his opposition to Airachnid's command back in Orion Pax.
Now, when Trypticon ( or the Nemesis ) gave Megs a headache just like Unicron did, and Megatron said to regain control of the vessel, Soundwave acts weirdly, he tries to set things back quickly, as opposed to everything he has done before, he does everything smoothly and without any hurrying.
Does this need to be pointed ?

== Physics much? ==

Um hey guys, I think the writers of Transformers prime ignored the forces of physics in this episode. When Fowlers car dropped and Bulkhead jumped after it, Bulkhead hit the ground first and caught the sedan with a wait period of about 1 minute or so from jump to landing. Now my father is an astro physicist for NASA and i spoke to him about this (even showed him the episode) and he said that all physical dynamics was thrown out the window. Objects dropped at different times will land at different times. Meaning Fowlers car should have landed first regardless of how heavy Bulkhead is. This is because weight doesn't affect the acceleration of an object being dropped. Like the feather and the bowling ball, if dropped at the same time, will land at the same time. The only way that scenario can change is if you factor in the variable of wind resistance, and in the case of the feather and the bowling ball, then yes, the feather would experience more wind resistance and fall after the bowling ball, which would experience less. This is because of mass, and the shape of the object. (I.E is it aerodynamic or not?) However both Fowlers car and the obviously bulky Blulkhead both have obscured non-aerodynamic shapes and great mass (Bulkhead having slightly more mass) their wind resistance would be close to absolutely similar. My father (the astrophysicist) having seen the episode and Bulkheads size versus the car still believed that their wind resistance would be very similar and have little affect on the outcome of the fall. (Like seeing a Simi versus a Sedan fall out of a plane, the Sedan would still land first, therefor so should Fowlers car.) The fact that Bulkhead landed first with ENOUGH TIME to catch Fowlers sedan is just... impossible.

I am unsure about the size of this gallery, and the organization of the images is pretty haphazard. I feel season 2 is under-represented and too much is used from Carnage In C Minor. I'm not suggesting we use ''all'' of what I've dug up, of course, but if one of the pictures represents an error better than one of the current images, I'm all for making replacements.

I already noticed, watching the first part, that the Japanese version uses the "Star Wars" text-scroll of the UK version, though the narrator doesn't actually seem to be reading a translation of the text {{m-}} I caught him voicing a reference to Unicron the text doesn't have. And, skipping ahead, Grimlock appears to refer to his "me Grimlock kick butt" moment as his "Kick Attack". Erm.

There's also something I'd sort of like confirmed... I've heard a rumor that the Japanese-dubbed Junkions, instead of talking in TV quotes, all have Chinese accents. But I have no idea if it's true.

:I think the inaccurate cast listing is simply a case of whoever animated the credits confusing characters. Gears has a VA but doesn't speak, however, Scavenger (also voiced by Don Messick) clearly speaks on Junkion when he's attacking Danielle with Scrapper. Gears briefly appears in the movie on Moon Base 1, but has no speaking lines. I also wonder if this is why Prowl is credited (Bell also voiced Swopp who speaks on Quintessa), however, I believe Prowl had some lines in the original script that may have been recorded but not animated.

If Astrotrain says he needs to lighten up, it stands to reason it is because he is still accelerating and too much weight would make it more difficult to accelerate. The cast lay out has the Insecticons and Seekers listed next to their Unicronian counterpart. This is a major problem considering it lists Skywarp as Cyclonus and Bombshell as the Armada. Now, ignoring the fact that in all honesty the Skywarp is Cyclonus argument is based solely on people preferring it that way, surely the ambiguity should be recognised, and they should be listed as separate characters, but add in a note or something (especially since it gives him a VA when he didn't have any confirmed lines). Also, I think listing the Heralds next to their formers is very iffy when either the originals didn't speak in the movie or the new forms didn't speak. On the "four Dinobots" paragraph, it specifically mentions Swoop as the absent Dinobot whenever Snarl appears. However, Swoop is clearly the far-left Dinobot standing in the Quintesson ship window scene (the screen cap is actually on the page next to this paragraph). Are we sure it isn't Sludge thats missing, or maybe Sludge one time and Swoop another time?

When Snarl next appears, Swoop is present, and you are correct, it seems to be Sludge who isn't in that shot (however, he is in the one immediately following). There is a LOT of material that could enrich this article, particularly in the "Notes" section. Not to mention Friedman's own article, since we now have a better idea of what he contributed.

It's well worth a read. Certainly wasn't suitable to be the finished film, due to extreme length, some super-clunky dialogue, and the fact that the plot just kind of falls apart toward the end.

The imagery is really something though, a lot of ideas that never made it into any future Transformers project. The battle scenes are also noticeably more graphic. Probably the biggest (and oddest) change is no Matrix, and the concept substituted is the "Life Spark" of Optimus himself. And, skipping ahead, Grimlock appears to refer to his "me Grimlock kick butt" moment as his "Kick Attack". Erm.

There's also something I'd sort of like confirmed... I've heard a rumor that the Japanese-dubbed Junkions, instead of talking in TV quotes, all have Chinese accents. But I have no idea if it's true.

Gears has a VA but doesn't speak, however, Scavenger (also voiced by Don Messick) clearly speaks on Junkion when he's attacking Danielle with Scrapper. Gears briefly appears in the movie on Moon Base 1, but has no speaking lines. I also wonder if this is why Prowl is credited (Bell also voiced Swopp who speaks on Quintessa), however, I believe Prowl had some lines in the original script that may have been recorded but not animated.

The cast lay out has the Insecticons and Seekers listed next to their Unicronian counterpart. This is a major problem considering it lists Skywarp as Cyclonus and Bombshell as the Armada. Now, ignoring the fact that in all honesty the Skywarp is Cyclonus argument is based solely on people preferring it that way, surely the ambiguity should be recognised, and they should be listed as separate characters, but add in a note or something (especially since it gives him a VA when he didn't have any confirmed lines). Also, I think listing the Heralds next to their formers is very iffy when either the originals didn't speak in the movie or the new forms didn't speak. There is a LOT of material that could enrich this article, particularly in the "Notes" section. Not to mention Friedman's own article, since we now have a better idea of what he contributed.

It's well worth a read. Certainly wasn't suitable to be the finished film, due to extreme length, some super-clunky dialogue, and the fact that the plot just kind of falls apart toward the end.

The imagery is really something though, a lot of ideas that never made it into any future Transformers project. The battle scenes are also noticeably more graphic. Probably the biggest (and oddest) change is no Matrix, and the concept substituted is the "Life Spark" of Optimus himself. And, skipping ahead, Grimlock appears to refer to his "me Grimlock kick butt" moment as his "Kick Attack". Erm.

There's also something I'd sort of like confirmed... I've heard a rumor that the Japanese-dubbed Junkions, instead of talking in TV quotes, all have Chinese accents. But I have no idea if it's true.

:I think the inaccurate cast listing is simply a case of whoever animated the credits confusing characters. Gears has a VA but doesn't speak, however, Scavenger (also voiced by Don Messick) clearly speaks on Junkion when he's attacking Danielle with Scrapper. Gears briefly appears in the movie on Moon Base 1, but has no speaking lines. I also wonder if this is why Prowl is credited (Bell also voiced Swopp who speaks on Quintessa), however, I believe Prowl had some lines in the original script that may have been recorded but not animated.

The cast lay out has the Insecticons and Seekers listed next to their Unicronian counterpart. This is a major problem considering it lists Skywarp as Cyclonus and Bombshell as the Armada. Now, ignoring the fact that in all honesty the Skywarp is Cyclonus argument is based solely on people preferring it that way, surely the ambiguity should be recognised, and they should be listed as separate characters, but add in a note or something (especially since it gives him a VA when he didn't have any confirmed lines). Also, I think listing the Heralds next to their formers is very iffy when either the originals didn't speak in the movie or the new forms didn't speak. There is a LOT of material that could enrich this article, particularly in the "Notes" section. Not to mention Friedman's own article, since we now have a better idea of what he contributed.

It's well worth a read. Certainly wasn't suitable to be the finished film, due to extreme length, some super-clunky dialogue, and the fact that the plot just kind of falls apart toward the end.

The imagery is really something though, a lot of ideas that never made it into any future Transformers project. The battle scenes are also noticeably more graphic. Probably the biggest (and oddest) change is no Matrix, and the concept substituted is the "Life Spark" of Optimus himself. Here's what I'mma say on the subject of these generics.
*Brawl and Sideways - they're dead. Can't be them.
*Long Haul and Scrapper - Constructicons share body types. There are multiple iterations of each, and the DOTM appearance of these two should just be on the existing pages. Frankly, I've thought for a while the Constructicon pages could stand a bit of reworking to be about the body-types, rather than the individuals where applicable.
*Scalpel - he didn't die in ROTF. Sure, he died in the comic adaptation, but then, Barricade died in the TF1 adaptation, and Dino died instead of Que in the DOTM adaptation. So there's no saying with ''any'' certainty that Scalpel is dead, and one of those little guys could absolutely be him. I don't think Carly's changing from evening gown to new clothes is so much as an error than as an advancement of time. Dylan Gould would probably be the kind of guy to have had a variety of lady friends, so he would be likely to have at least a wardrobe set aside for them.
Also, should we list the inconsistency of cloud cover in the shots with Sam and clear skies during the Xantium's take off? This error is not actually an error.

"During Ironhide and Sideswipe's "Mexican standoff" with Crankcase and Crowbar, all combatants drop their firearms, but when Ironhide is speared, his guns are on his back again. They disappear in subsequent shots."

I recently watched this again and this scene stuck out. After they drop their weapons, one of them draws out the spears and the standoff ends. Sideswipe does a flip kick and then yells, "Ironhide, catch!" as he kicks over his gun to him. I don't have permission to make changes though.

== Megatron on ground. ==

According to most articles on here Megatron ended upon the ground due to sentinel pushing him however on initial and several re-viewings I have not seen this scene, I hear its right after Megatron tells the decepticons to raise the bridge but right after that it cuts to the autobots. Yeah, I don't think Steve Jablonsky reusing cues from his own scores for the previous movies qualifies as an actual "Transformers reference". It's not only the same composer (these guys recycle their own stuff all the time), it's also the same friggin' continuity. It's like saying "Optimus Prime has the same alternate mode as in ''Revenge of the Fallen''". I live in Washington DC (for over 20 years)and "land-locked" is not true we have 6.9 sq mi of water in the form of: the Potomac River, the Tidal Basin, the Washington Channel, the Eastern Branch (a section of the Potomac) and the McMillan Reservoir(next to Howard University)heck Washington DC also has Islands in the bodies of water listed in fact the Jefferson Memorial is located on one of them, the METRO system has to go above ground to go over the Potomac. -- Marc Cahse
