There's a lot of information there that really doesn't belong under "Toys". The whole Japanese Nightstick/Nebulon thing hasn't got any bearing on US Nightstick's toy. ::Your counter examples don't really match the situation here. Laserbeak et al. were and still are Transformers, it's just that we now know that they are examples of mini-con TFs in Generation 1. Nightstick was a Nebulan, not a Transformer. For what it's worth, Universe (2008) G1 series Nightstick was called a "robot-to-machine figure" on Hasbro's toy store website. == Changes to mold? ==

The wiki currently says "This mold was used without changes as the Autobot Ricochet's partner Nightstick." I have a Ricochet with Nightstick, and a G1 Targetmaster Cyclonus (minus Nightstick), and Nightstick does not fit in Cyclonus's hands, due to the extra smaller radius peg that fits Jazz/Stepper/Ricochet's hands. I am assuming they added that smaller radius peg for Stepper/Ricochet, which to me constitutes a mold change, does it not? I do not have a G1 Cyclonus Nightstick with which to compare, so I could be mistaken, but just thought I would ask. ---Skrollex
