The Autobots have received an SOS from [[Dinobot Island (Animated)|Dinobot Island]] — [[Snarl (Animated)|Snarl]] and [[Swoop (Animated)|Swoop]] are malfunctioning, and [[Grimlock (Animated)|Grimlock]] is in danger! [[Ratchet (Animated)|Ratchet]] heads out with [[Bumblebee (Animated)|Bumblebee]], [[Sari Sumdac]] (for her [[AllSpark Key]]), and new recruit [[Afterburn]], who qualified with honours from the [[Autobot Academy]] in Anti-Virus Diagnosis; [[Carmine Fanzone|Captain Fanzone]] is forced to airlift the 'bots, <strike>expressing a desire to kill them</strike> grumbling hilariously about turning them into recycling bins.

Bumblebee is nervous about the mission, especially with half the team absent, and it's only made worse when Fanzone ''claims'' the helicopter can't safely land and they'll need to jump down. Bumblebee believes there's no way Afterburn could figure out a way down, and is embarrassed when the dude effortlessly comes up with a simple way to jump down down safely... and then ''more'' embarrassed when he screws up the safe landing and almost hits a big rock (luckily Sari reminded him he has ''brakes''). To add insult to injury, Afterburn lands smoothly and wins Sari's affection again; Bumblebee looks like he wants to cry.

''Just'' as Ratchet says they need to find Snarl and Swoop, Snarl comes charging out at them. Bumblebee and Afterburn both dodge him, but Ratchet forgets he can move and is knocked down and gnawed by Snarl! Luckily, Sari reminds him he has ''magnetic powers'' and can throw Snarl away. While Afterburn gazes at amazement at the power Snarl showed and is reminded of something, Bumblebee steps out to finish Snarl off... at which point Swoop turns up and knocks him into mud.

Afterburn has figured out what the infection is! ...but forget that, as suddenly Ratchet announces he's dying. He explains to an upset Sari that his termination inhibitor was torn out by Snarl and is wedged in the robot's teeth, and now nothing can save him. He collapses, pleading with the others to complete the mission, and Sari is reduced to tears.

Afterburn has figured out what the infection is! The Dinobots are infected with a Rage virus, fatal if untreated, but luckily Sari's AllSpark Key is a <s>deus ex machina</s> cure!

The Autobots quickly track the Dinobots down, finding Snarl and Swoop have defeated Grimlock. Afterburn quickly works out a plan—Sari (being small) will sneak over to help Grimlock, Bumblebee (being quick) will get the inhibitor off Snarl, and he'll distract Swoop! Then he calls Bumblebee leader for no apparent reason.

Bumblebee is able to slide ''under'' Snarl and grab the inhibitor on his way, while Sari repairs Grimlock and Afterburn (having been tossed the AllSpark Key) wrassles and cures the Rage virus on both other Dinobots. Mission accomplished, they go to repair Ratchet... who's totally fine, as there's no such thing as a termination inhibitor and Snarl actually grabbed his spare oil thermos. Ratchet just wanted to challenge Afterburn's skills to see if he had what it takes to join the team, and he passed with flying colours — and by working as a team!

Everyone forgives Ratchet's emotional abuse, and goes on to mock Bumblebee for not being as clean as Afterburn.

==Items of note==
* Ratchet actually did this. What a ''git''.
* The lead story's title is derived from a well-known line from Shakespeare's ''Hamlet'', "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are dead."
* Grimlock sent the distress signal that started the story off. No, we don't know how.
* The last time Dinobots appeared on a UK newsagent's comic cover was [[Devices and Desires! (Marvel)|fourteen years ago (to the ''month'').]]
* The Rage virus is likely a reference to the Rage virus of ''[[Wikipedia:28 Days Later|28 Days Later]]'', which also gave you red eyes and turned you violent. As far as ''Transformers'' goes, it ''really'' calls to mind the [[Hate Plague]] (specifically the [[A Wolf in the Fold|''Beast Machines'' version]]), but it's hard to know if the writer (being new to Transformers comics and an unknown quantity) did that deliberately.
* Afterburn was an ace virologist at the [[Autobot Academy]], and was called "Squeaky-Clean Afterburn" there. ''No, really!''
* As he did with Optimus last issue, Afterburn makes an Autobot (here Bumblebee) feel inadequate by being so awesome. Here it seems somewhat deliberate, as he casually puts down Bumblebee on several occasions. He also seems ''really'' interested in the Rage virus and what how violent it makes you. Possibly hints of dodginess?

:''Mixmaster is a [[Decepticon]] [[Triple Changer]] from the [[Revenge of the Fallen (franchise)|Revenge of the Fallen franchise]] in the [[Live-action film series|live-action film]] [[continuity family]].''

[[Image:ROTF Mixmaster concept art.jpg|thumb|right|300px|You can never have too many shields.]]

A genius chemist, '''Mixmaster''' serves as a weapons designer to the Decepticon elite. He has spent his entire lifespan mastering the intricacies of chemical reactions, becoming an expert in poisons, corrosive substances, and most especially explosives. He has a knack for improvisation, being able to make deadly concoctions from just the native materials a world has to offer. A member of the [[Constructicon (ROTF)|Constructicons]], when [[Devastator (ROTF)|Devastator]] is formed he constitutes the lumbering beast's head.

There are two of him, one of which forms the head of [[Devastator (ROTF)|Devastator]], the other may or may not be also named "Mixmaster".

[[Image:Defiance4_Constructicons.jpg|thumb|left|250px|Not shown: Mixmaster learning to use a bone as a club.]]

In the distant past, the [[AllSpark (Movie)|AllSpark]] Cube created [[Thirteen original Transformers|a race]] of powerful, trans-dimensional beings as the first inhabitants of [[Cybertron (planet)|Cybertron]]. The Cube gave these beings mighty powers, as well as terraforming their world, but it was not limitless, and gradually became depleted. The first beings learned that the AllSpark's power could be replenished by harvesting the energy of stars, but they were unable to locate new stars to suit their purposes, despite their amazing ability to travel between dimensions. Once again, the Cube came to the rescue, creating a race of workers, who had the ability to change their shape.

The "Mixmaster" body-type was among the very first of these new beings, one of several "builders" who would construct a [[Star harvester|harvester]] when a suitable sun had been found. Once built, the device would drain the energy of these stars, thus replenishing the AllSpark. {{Storylink|Defiance issue 4}}

One of the Mixmasters was part of [[The Fallen]]'s early Decepticons. On [[Earth]], he and his brothers were sicced on the turncoat [[Jetfire (ROTF)|Jetfire]]. Mixmaster was the last one standing and managed to get the Seeker in a crushing embrace, informing him "You die". Jetfire got out of this by teleporting into Earth's atmosphere, causing Mix's death by atmosphere re-entry. {{storylink|Tales of the Fallen issue 3}}

It is presumed that at some point during the civil war on Cybertron, a surviving Mixmaster(s) sided with [[Megatron (Movie)|Megatron]], the new protege of the Fallen.

Mixmaster was the leader of the [[Constructicon (ROTF)|Constructicon]]s on the ''[[Nemesis (ROTF)|Nemesis]]''. He grumbled at [[Soundwave (ROTF)|Soundwave]] for ordering them to stay in the ''[[Longshot (DOTM)|Longshot]]'''s cargo hold when they left the damaged ''Nemesis'' to pursue the [[Ark (DOTM)|Ark]]. {{storylink|Convergence chapter 1}}
[[Image:ROTFMegatronrebirth.jpg|thumb|250px|Can we fix him? Yes we can!]]
After the [[AllSpark (Movie)|AllSpark]] shard was retrieved from [[NEST]]'s secure bunker at [[Diego Garcia]], [[Long Haul (ROTF)|Long Haul]], [[Rampage (ROTF)|Rampage]], Mixmaster, [[Scalpel (ROTF)|Scalpel]], [[Ravage (ROTF)|Ravage]] and [[Scrapmetal (ROTF)|another, smaller Constructicon]] secreted themselves aboard the ''[[Bayos]]'' freighter heading towards the North Atlantic. Once the ship passed over the [[Laurentian Abyss]], the Decepticons jumped overboard and dove down to where [[Megatron (Movie)|Megatron]]'s broken body lay. Scalpel ordered the death of the smallest Constructicon to rebuild Megatron, a request that Mixmaster and the others obliged with. Soon, Megatron was reborn!

After Megatron killed [[Optimus Prime (Movie)|Optimus Prime]], Mixmaster climbed the Brooklyn Bridge and knocked down the American flag in a display of dominance as [[The Fallen]] broadcast a worldwide message demanding the humans bring them the head of [[Sam Witwicky]].

Some time later, Mixmaster and another Constructicon with the same [[body-type]] were present in [[Egypt]] during [[Operation: Firestorm]]. Mixmaster and several other Constructicons waited in a quarry in their construction vehicle disguises until the [[human]]s [[Seymour Simmons]], [[Leo Spitz]] and their Autobot guardians [[Skids (ROTF)|Skids]] and [[Mudflap (ROTF)|Mudflap]] approached. The Constructicons [[combiner|combined]] into the mighty Devastator and attacked.

[[Image:Mixmaster-ROTFcannonmode.jpg|left|thumb|250px|Good luck figuring this out on my toy.]]

Elsewhere, the other Mixmaster fought against the NEST forces in the Egyptian town near the great ruins of the pyramids, using his cannon emplacement mode to cause serious problems, until the ex-Decepticon [[Jetfire (ROTF)|Jetfire]] arrived to slice him in half and crush his torso, popping his head off and killing him.

[[Image:ROTF Mixmaster death.jpg|thumb|right|250px|Jetfire stomps Mixmaster's head off (in case you were unable to see due to [[Michael Bay|motion blurs]])]]
Meanwhile, Devastator had shrugged off the Autobot twins and was busy demolishing the [[Great Pyramid of Giza]] when Simmons called upon the [[United States Navy]] to attack Devastator. The [[United States Navy#U.S.S. Kidd (DDG-100)|U.S.S. ''Kidd'']] fired her experimental [[rail gun]], smashing one of his arms to pieces and destroying Devastator. {{storylink|Revenge of the Fallen (film)|Revenge of the Fallen}}

Mixmaster was one of the Decepticons dispatched to intercept an evacuation led by [[Ratchet (Movie)|Ratchet]] and a NEST convoy. He led an assault group which was able to destroy the convoy; however, the evacuation had already ended. Since his mission had failed, Mixmaster tried to console himself by killing Ratchet and was able to put him in a critical state before Ironhide arrived and helped him. Mixmaster threw Ratchet away and ordered his troops to attack Ironhide, but the Autobot defeated them. Mixmaster then decided to take care of the situation by himself, but ended up trapped under a platform dropped by Ironhide.

However, this didn't stop him for too long, and he was able to quickly get out and place his remaining soldiers into a scrapyard. The troops were once again defeated by Ironhide and his [[Heavy Iron|new weapon]] sent by [[Wheeljack (Movie)|Wheeljack]]. Mixmaster was too confident that the weapon wasn't strong enough to take out his shields, and he attacked with no warning. During the battle, his shields were in fact destroyed by Ironhide's new weapon, turning the tide of the battle towards Ironhide's favor. Ironhide defeated the Decepticon and terminated his opponent, gangland execution-style.
[[Image:Mixmaster ROTF Voyager toy.jpg|right|thumb|400px|My arms still hurt...]]
*'''Mixmaster''' (Voyager, 2009)
**''Japanese ID number:'' '''RD-12'''
**''Accessories:'' Missile

:Voyager Class ''[[Revenge of the Fallen (toyline)|Revenge of the Fallen]]'' Mixmaster transforms into a gray and silver cement mixer with purple windows and headlights, based loosely on the [[Wikipedia:Mack Trucks|Mack Granite]] truck seen in the film. The vehicle mode's mixing drum is incapable of rotating due to the transformation, but does boast a pair of gigantic Decepticon logos on either side. The cement chute at the rear of the vehicle mode can accurately raise and lower on a hinge, and the cannon can be fixed to fire directly overhead or behind at pursuing vehicles.

: His robot mode is designed to be squat with very long arms, but in order to be fully functional and look like the stock photo, his legs at the hip joints must be slightly mistransformed from what is depicted in his instructions. This results in a robot mode that is very thin and lanky, with numerous joints on the extremely long arms alone. The packaging calls out [[Mech Alive]] gimmickry in the form of "spinning gears" on his chest, but the feature is only present at the thighs and forearms, which reveal shifting internal bits when the joints are rotated. The robot mode's missile-firing cannon is locked in place on its back pointing straight upward; it can be raised over Mixmaster's head, although this involves letting the cab hang loose on his back as it's designed to attach to the cannon. Alternately the toy can be transformed to its artillery cannon-like Battle Mode that has him essentially performing a belly flop, letting the launcher fire forward. At least, according to the Battle Mode's official depiction on the instructions.

[[Image:ROTFVoyager_MixmasterBattleMode.JPG|thumb|left|250px|BUMM]]
: The image of the cement mixer mode on the packaging has been flipped horizontally, leaving the location of the ladder switched. Additionally, the robot mode image on the packaging has a different mold for the mixing drum shells, with rectangular-shaped pegs rather than circular.
:Available only in the [[Toys"R"Us]]-[[exclusive]] "Back Road Brawl" figure pack with [[Hoist (Movie)|Hoist]], this release of Mixmaster features a new head that was gang-molded to Mixmaster, but until now went unused. His colour scheme has been extensively [[redeco]]ed in a layout resembling the [[Generation 1]] [[Constructicon (G1)|Constructicons]]. He is decorated with a small [[tampograph]] reading "Ol' Lefty", a reference to how Generation 1 [[Mixmaster (G1)|Mixmaster]] formed [[Devastator (G1)|Devastator]]'s left leg.
*'''Constructicon Devastator''' (2009)

:The Mixmaster component of the Devastator set becomes Devastator's head. He contains the lights and sounds for Devastator, as well as individual sounds for his vehicle mode. They are motion activated, which means he never, ever shuts up. As with the other Constructicon members in this set, Mixmaster does not have his own robot mode. To activate sounds (if you're willing to do so, that is), press down on a lever on Devastator's chest. Doing so will raise Devastator's mighty head and open his mouth, and cause one of a myriad of sounds to play, including: "I am.... DEVASTATOR!" "CRUSH... AUTOBOTS!" "MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" "I am...DECEPTICON!". In Devastator mode, pressing the button down for a few moments also activates his "vortex grinder". Transforming him back into his own component activates the transformation sound when the face cover is pulled from the underside of his truck mode. After that, he randomly starts making engine stalling noises whenever you look at him funny.
*'''Constructicon Devastator''' (2009)
: [[Mega Power Bots]] Devastator is a simple toy for younger children, featuring plenty of playing sounds and flashing lights. His limbs have limited swivel articulation and do not detach into separate vehicles. He has a distinctly more humanoid stature than normal.

: Unlike regular [[Power Bots]], and unlike other portrayals of the character in general, Devastator features a transformation! It consists of putting his arms up and laying him flat on his stomach, which lets him roll around using the wheels on his limbs.

: Pressing down the Decepticon shield on his crotch (!) spins the vortex in his chest, lights up his eyes and makes him utter one of many Welker-recorded phrases, including [[Transformers: The Movie|"Prepare for extermination!"]], "Crush Autobots!" and "I am Devastator!" Pressing on the crane of his excavator arm makes a cannon blast sound effect, while pressing the cab of his loader arm turns the scoop into claws.
:A [[Toys"R"Us]]-exclusive Generation 1-themed redeco of Legends Devastator and his components. Unlike Takara's go at the same idea, Mixmaster and the other Constructicons are mostly just lime green and gray, with the only bits of purple being their windshields. They do, however, have brown [[paint operation]]s on and around their wheels to simulate dirt.
:This retailer exclusive multi-pack recreated the scene in ''[[Revenge of the Fallen (film)|Revenge of the Fallen]]'' where the Constructicons resurrect Megatron. The Mixmaster figure itself appears to be an unchanged version from the Revenge of the Fallen release of the Legends Constructicon Devastator combiner figure, and comes packed with (apparently) similarly unchanged Constructicon Devastator figures of [[Long Haul (ROTF)|Long Haul]], [[Rampage (ROTF)|Rampage]], a red redeco of [[Scrapper (ROTF)|Scrapper]], who was probably intended to be [[Scrapmetal (ROTF)|Scrapmetal]], and a metallic green redeco of Voyager class Megatron
==Notes==
*According to [[Ben Procter]]'s [http://conceptartworld.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/ben_procter_rotf_12.jpg concept art], Mixmaster originally had a ''friendly'' face based on that of actor [http://www.giratempoweb.net/gallery/data/media/14/Brendan_Gleeson_1.jpg Brendan Gleeson]... and was apparently going to be an ''Autobot''. The early head design was actually put to use in the Generation 1 [[Mixmaster (G1)|Mixmaster]]-themed [[redeco]] store exclusive, as well as the Legends Mixmaster.

*Apparently, a definitive and solid configuration for the Voyager Mixmaster toy's Battle Mode IS possible, for if one were to look carefully, one would see several design elements present in the toy that are indicative of a (most likely) thoroughly planned out transformation for the third mode. Unfortunately, none of these design elements are alluded to ''at all'' in the instructions, leaving many with nothing but guesses as to how it all fits together. Or in most cases, complete disregard for this mode altogether. But this does open the door for a lot of fanmode interpretations, which is always good.

*Not unlike [[Bonecrusher (Movie)|Bonecrusher]] in the first movie, ''Revenge of the Fallen'' sees Mixmaster (and indeed, quite a lot of other Decepticons) emit some heavily-processed, garbled Cybertronian noise that could maybe pass for English dialogue if you cup your ear and turn your head sideways. The difference is that the DVD subtitles actually interpret the roar he lets out before transforming to battle mode as the sentence fragment "Listen up..." Unlike Bonecrusher, however, no voice actor is listed in the end credits.

*Though the green Mixmaster was a Toy'R Us exclusive, he was featured as a co-sell on exclusive products sent to competing stores (notably the Super Tuner Showdown, exclusive to Walmart)

The "Mixmaster" body-type was among the very first of these new beings, one of several "builders" who would construct a [[Star harvester|harvester]] when a suitable sun had been found. Once built, the device would drain the energy of these stars, thus replenishing the AllSpark. {{Storylink|Defiance issue 4}}

One of the Mixmasters was part of [[The Fallen]]'s early Decepticons. On [[Earth]], he and his brothers were sicced on the turncoat [[Jetfire (ROTF)|Jetfire]]. Mixmaster was the last one standing and managed to get the Seeker in a crushing embrace, informing him "You die". Jetfire got out of this by teleporting into Earth's atmosphere, causing Mix's death by atmosphere re-entry. {{storylink|Tales of the Fallen issue 3}}

It is presumed that at some point during the civil war on Cybertron, a surviving Mixmaster(s) sided with [[Megatron (Movie)|Megatron]], the new protege of the Fallen.

Mixmaster was the leader of the [[Constructicon (ROTF)|Constructicon]]s on the ''[[Nemesis (ROTF)|Nemesis]]''. He grumbled at [[Soundwave (ROTF)|Soundwave]] for ordering them to stay in the ''[[Longshot (DOTM)|Longshot]]'''s cargo hold when they left the damaged ''Nemesis'' to pursue the [[Ark (DOTM)|Ark]]. {{storylink|Convergence chapter 1}}

Meanwhile, Devastator had shrugged off the Autobot twins and was busy demolishing the [[Great Pyramid of Giza]] when Simmons called upon the [[United States Navy]] to attack Devastator. The [[United States Navy#U.S.S. Kidd (DDG-100)|U.S.S. ''Kidd'']] fired her experimental [[rail gun]], smashing one of his arms to pieces and destroying Devastator. {{storylink|Revenge of the Fallen (film)|Revenge of the Fallen}}

:Mixmaster and the six other Legends class Constructicons combine to form Devastator. In Japan, the Legends class Constructicons were sold individually. Mixmaster has the dubious honor of pulling Devastator's face around like a rectal growth in robot mode. He forms (you guessed it) the head of Devastator.

Unlike Takara's go at the same idea, Mixmaster and the other Constructicons are mostly just lime green and gray, with the only bits of purple being their windshields.
==Notes==

{{disambig3|Ravage}}
:''Ravage is a [[Decepticon]] from the [[Revenge of the Fallen (franchise)|Revenge of the Fallen franchise]] in the [[Live-action film series|live-action film]] [[continuity family]].''

[[Image:ROTF_Ravage_promo.jpg|thumb|400px|Twisted tales of Felix the death-dealing moggy.]]

'''Ravage''' specializes in infiltration. A frequent partner of [[Soundwave (ROTF)|Soundwave]], he does the dirty work of the larger Decepticon. Ravage's body and armament are all dedicated to hitting the enemy before they even know what hit them. He can be orbitally inserted at fifteen times the speed of sound, spy inside highly secure locations using swarms of [[Microcon (ROTF)|microcons]], and generally ruin your day. He respects the danger [[human]]s present though, as they were the ones who managed to kill [[Megatron (Movie)|Megatron]].

Perhaps due to his origin as reengineered Cybertronian wildlife, some doubt Ravage's sentience, and there is debate on the degree to which he is a distinct entity, rather than an extension of Soundwave's will.<ref>[[Revenge of the Fallen: The Movie Universe]]</ref> However, he's displayed guile, cunning, and split-second tactical thinking, making it hard for others to believe he does not have some innate intelligence. <ref>[[Transformers Comic issue 2.4|Titan Ravage Profile]]</ref> In reality, Ravage just considers the other Decepticons ''beneath'' him, and allows his eerie, silent ways and manner to alienate him from his comrades. Soundwave is the one exception: the two are kindred spirits, understanding each other's true nature and motives. <ref>[http://www.hasbro.com/transformers/en_US/discover/Battle-Bios.cfm Hasbro Battle Bios]</ref>
Early in the war, Ravage joined Megatron's Decepticon malcontents in attacking [[Sentinel Prime (ROTF)|Sentinel Prime]] and his archeological digs. However, [[Optimus Prime (Movie)|Optimus Prime]] anticipated this move by the Decepticons and arrived on scene, literally on top of Ravage, to protect his mentor. {{storylink|Foundation issue 3}}

After the moon landing of [[1969]], Soundwave sent Ravage to gather agents to ensure a stop to human exploration of the [[Ark (DOTM)|Ark]]. {{storylink|Convergence chapter 4}}
===''The Veiled Threat''===
Ravage was dispatched to NEST's [[United Kingdom|Scotland]] base to find, interrogate, and kill [[Skids (ROTF)|Skids]] and [[Mudflap (ROTF)|Mudflap]] before they could pass on information about the Decepticon plans. Easily breaking into one of the most secure bases on Earth, he went on to swiftly knock out [[Sideswipe (ROTF)|Sideswipe]] and attempt to rip into the twins. While they were able to evade him, Ravage shrugged off any attack and finally cornered Mudflap, broadcasting Soundwave's demands to him.

This, however, was a trap the twins had set up, and Ravage found himself trapped in a simulated combat exercise. To escape, he faked unconsciousness and then snuck out the back when nobody was looking. But he made sure to bug the base before he left... {{storylink|Transformers Comic issue 2.4|New Tricks}}
From his vantage point high in orbit above Earth, Ravage's master [[Soundwave (ROTF)|Soundwave]] located the last remaining shard of the [[AllSpark]] in a [[NEST]] holding facility on [[Diego Garcia]], and dispatched Ravage to retrieve it. Launched from Soundwave's chest, Ravage plummeted through Earth's atmosphere in re-entry mode and impacted just off Diego Garcia's shore, bounding to land in the blink of an eye. Quickly and stealthily, the feline Decepticon knocked several of the base's security sensors offline to cover his approach, then proceeded to vomit a large quantity of [[Microcon (ROTF)|small, metallic spheres]] down a ventilation shaft. Once inside the base, the spheres transformed and combined into "[[Reedman]]", who successfully stole the shard and returned to the surface to reunite with Ravage. As the human soldiers attempted stop Reedman, Ravage provided cover fire, killing several humans in the process. The pair then made their escape.

[[Image:ROTF-Ravagefires.jpg|left|250px|thumb|He arms himself in case a Monday comes along.]]

Having secured the shard, Ravage traveled to the ''[[Bayos]]'', a human freighter carrying the [[Constructicon (ROTF)|Constructicons]] which was passing the area of the sea in which [[Megatron (Movie)|Megatron]] was buried. After diving over the side of the barge and reaching the bottom where Megatron's body rested, Ravage ejected [[Scalpel (ROTF)|the Doctor]] from a compartment in his chest. While the Constructicons began to tear apart "[[Scrapmetal (ROTF)|ze little one]]", Ravage was going for a swim, apparently enjoying the water, but quickly ended his little frolic when the Doctor demanded the shard. After the Doctor resurrected Megatron using the AllSpark shard, Ravage and the Constructicons swam up to the surface following their revived leader.

[[Image:ROTF Ravage death.JPG|thumb|right|250px|Remember to spay and neuter your pets. ''Or Bumblebee will kill them''.]]
Some time later, Ravage joined the other Decepticons in searching for [[Sam Witwicky]] and the [[Matrix of Leadership]] amid some [[Egypt]]ian ruins. The forces of NEST soon arrived, and [[Operation: Firestorm|battle]] broke out, complicating their search. Spotting Sam, [[Starscream (Movie)|Starscream]] instructed [[Rampage (ROTF)|Rampage]] to release [[Ron Witwicky|Ron]] and [[Judy Witwicky]]. Ravage jumped out of the Constructicon when he ejected the fleshlings, and went stalking. [[Bumblebee (Movie)|Bumblebee]] managed to get the jump on Rampage, and Ravage in turn jumped on Bumblebee's head, clawing off part of his battle helmet. Unfortunately for Ravage, Bumblebee still had plenty of fight left in him, and he promptly dispatched the killer kitty by ''tearing out'' Ravage's own goo-covered spine. ''Ouch''. He even used the torn out spine to whip Rampage across the face. '' Double Ouch''{{storylink|Revenge of the Fallen (film)|Revenge of the Fallen}}
===IDW ''Transformers'' movie comics===
Months after Ravage's death at the hands of [[Bumblebee (Movie)|Bumblebee]], his reconstructed form was brought back on-line in an undisclosed location by a mysterious new master. Subsequently, Ravage appeared outside [[Guantanamo Bay]], searching for a "new target". Ravage snuck in, found the remains of the [[appliancebot]]s and appropriated them. Ravage lept into the ocean to escape the military, who had located him.

Ravage emerged on a beach near [[MacDill Air Force Base]]. Though he curled up on the ground to wait for further instructions from his unknown benefactor, he was once again discovered. Ravage destroyed several helicopters before being surrounded by soldiers and jeeps. To bolster his defensive, he unleashed [[Reedman]], and although the smaller robot was eventually taken down, it provided the distraction needed to allow Ravage to escape into a [[Kingdom Petrochemicals|petrochemical plant]].

Deciding the relatively subtle approach wasn't working, officials at the White House asked the [[President of the United States]] for permission to level the plant. As the explosion engulfed the plant, Ravage tried to conceal himself beneath its foundation. Ravage's attempt to survive was mostly successful; his damaged form was still online, waiting in a pit beneath the rubble for new instructions. The remnants of the smuggled appliancebots reached out to him with streams of energy... {{storylink|Tales of the Fallen issue 5|Tales of the Fallen #5}}
Shortly after, Soundwave, disturbed by Ravage's reactivation, dispatched a quartet of minions ([[Buzzsaw (ROTF)|Buzzsaw]], [[Rumble (ROTF)|Rumble]], [[Beastbox (ROTF)|Beastbox]] and [[Ratbat (ROTF)|Ratbat]]) to investigate. This soon erupted into a conflict with cleanup crews and Autobot reinforcements, which prompted Soundwave to intervene. Although the battle resulted in several casualities on both sides, Ravage was undisturbed. While the other Decepticons retreated, [[Buzzsaw (ROTF)|Buzzsaw]] stuck around to tend to Ravage. {{storylink|Nefarious issue 1|Nefarious #1}} Buzzsaw managed to get Ravage operational, and the pair burst out of the ruins of the petrochemical plant, surprising an NSA team which was investigating the disaster zone. Soundwave ordered Ravage to find a quiet location. There Soundwave rendezvoused with him in order to give him a scan. Ravage subsequently accompanied Soundwave in going to the aid of a Decepticon team in [[Wendover]], under attack by Autobot forces. He attacked [[Ironhide (Movie)|Ironhide]] and was thrown aside. {{storylink|Nefarious issue 2|Nefarious #2}}

Following Soundwave's capture by the Autobots, Ravage took part in a rescue mission, however, when he was about to free Soundwave, [[Ingrid]] overrode his higher functions, and Ravage fled. {{storylink|Nefarious issue 3|Nefarious #3}} Ravage returned to his new masters, the [[Initiative]], however Soundwave tracked him and mounted an unsuccessful attack on the [[Initiative base]]. {{storylink|Nefarious issue 4|Nefarious #4}} Soundwave returned, having teamed up with Autobot forces, to assault the base. He was able to regain control of Ravage and had his minion unleash Reedman in an attempt to stop [[Carter Newell]] from destroying all Transformer life on Earth. {{storylink|Nefarious issue 6|Nefarious #6}}

[[Image:RisingStorm 3 Arcee, Ravage and Ratbat.jpg|thumb|right|200px]]
After the defeat of the Initiative, Ravage returned to the Decepticon fold and spent some time at their base in [[Namibia]]. {{storylink|Rising Storm issue 2|Rising Storm #2}} Soundwave later sent Ravage and his other minions to attack [[Arcee (Movie)|Arcee]], [[Chromia (ROTF)|Chromia]] and [[Elita-One (Movie)|Elita-One]] when they discovered the cage holding [[Shockwave (Movie)|Shockwave]]'s [[Driller|"pet"]]. {{storylink|Rising Storm issue 3|Rising Storm #3}} The battle ended with the Autobots setting off a massive bomb, though Soundwave got away unharmed, so perhaps Ravage did as well. {{storylink|Rising Storm issue 4|Rising Storm #4}}
==Notes==
* Ravage and [[Soundwave (ROTF)|Soundwave]] were part of an early draft for [[Transformers (2007)|''Transformers'']]. However, when Soundwave was changed to [[Blackout (Movie)|Blackout]] and the initial jungle setting was replaced with a desert, Ravage was changed to [[Scorponok (Movie)|Scorponok]].
* As with poor [[Scorponok (Movie)|Scorponok]], sources differed on how sentient Ravage was. Luckily for Ravage, Hasbro's website outright states him to be a sentient being.
*Whether through misinformation or to hide his identity, the Ravage deluxe figure shows up in the Wal-Mart computers as "TRA DLX WOLF". Of course, they're [[Andy Reid|not the first to make this mistake]]. However when it scans at a register, it commonly comes up as "TRA MOV PANTHER".
*In the ''[[Revenge of the Fallen (novel)|Revenge of the Fallen]]'' novelization, Ravage has a flying [[alternate mode]]. He flew out to the freighter where the four Constructicons were waiting and transformed on deck. While descending into the ocean, he was described as a sphere, so he might have two alternate modes. (His Burger King toy perhaps?)
* Despite having a red/orange eye in the movie, all of Ravage's toys and merchandise had a purple one until his Legends figure and the Sea Attack Ravage redeco.
* On his blog, Furman said that Ravage's spine-torn death was a late addition to the film... so late that [[IDW Publishing]] had already made Ravage a key part of their post-ROTF comics! Quick, to the Rewritemobile! [http://simonfurman.wordpress.com/2009/07/25/next-up-%e2%80%94-transformers-nefarious/]
* Originally, Ravage was intended to also have an aquatic alternate mode, where he swam to Diego Garcia as a spike covered fish.<ref>[[Revenge of the Fallen (film)/home video#Two-disc Special Edition|Deconstructing Visual Bayhem]] on the ''Revenge of the Fallen'' special two-disc release.</ref> The reason for dropping this was not stated.
*Ravage was in an early draft of ''[[The Reign of Starscream]]'', but was dropped at Hasbro's request.<ref>[http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/members/mowry-73165.html#vmessage167559]</ref>
[[Image:Animatedarcee.jpg|right|250px|thumb|In Japan, I'm a secretary!]]
Before the [[Great War (Animated)|Great War]], '''Teaching Unit RC-687-040'''—'''Arcee''' for short—was a teacher, giving young Autobots the knowledge to make their own decisions and spurring them to think for themselves. Once the conflict erupted, she became an intelligence officer for the Autobot war effort, serving under [[Highbrow (Animated)|Highbrow]] in such risky endeavors as [[Project Omega]].
[[Image:Ratchetanimatedthrill.jpg|left|200px|thumb|"Hi, good-looking, get sick here often?"]]
Arcee was a teacher on [[Cybertron (planet)|Cybertron]] and an Autobot intelligence officer during the War. Originally intended to be the commander of [[Omega Supreme (Animated)|Omega Supreme]], she carried crucial access codes for his activation. {{storylink|TransWarped}}

At one point, Arcee was damaged in the line of duty. [[Ratchet (Animated)|Ratchet]] repaired her and tried to take her to safety, but the two were attacked by [[Lockdown (Animated)|Lockdown]], who had been hired by the [[Decepticon]]s to bring her in.

Held prisoner within Lockdown's ship, Arcee insisted that Ratchet use his [[electromagnetic pulse]] tool to wipe the codes from her head. Lockdown overheard this and tried to stop the pair, but in the struggle the device overloaded and sent out a powerful burst. In the confusion, Ratchet and Arcee were somehow able to escape... but Arcee no longer knew who or where she was. The EMP blast had wiped her memory clean. {{storylink|The Thrill of the Hunt}}

[[Image:TransWarpedArcee.jpg|thumb|right|200px|Well, this [[Spotlight: Arcee|looks familiar]].]]
Arcee was later taken to Cybertron, where [[Ultra Magnus (Animated)|Ultra Magnus]] made Ratchet perform open-processor surgery on her vivisected head in an attempt to obtain the access codes for Omega Supreme's activation. This triggered a failsafe which copied the codes to Ratchet's memory. {{storylink|TransWarped}}

[[Image:TFAni ThisisWhyIHateMachines Arcee Earth.jpg|thumb|200px|left|Dames—always waking up at the worst possible moment!]]
Arcee never awoke from the open-processor surgery, and was stored for the subsequent four-million-plus years in the [[Cybertron Central Infirmary]] in a comatose state. When the Decepticons needed to acquire the command codes to "restart" Omega Supreme into a dreadnought loyal to them, both [[Shockwave (Animated)|Shockwave]] and Ratchet reasoned that their best chance for this would be from Arcee herself. The two of them battled over Arcee and, thanks to the blundering interference of [[Sentinel Prime (Animated)|Sentinel Prime]], Shockwave won—abducting Arcee and escaping with her onto Omega Supreme, which Megatron then commanded to transwarp back to [[solar system|Earth's solar system]]. [[Perceptor (Animated)|Perceptor]] was certain that the damage to Arcee's circuitry was totally irreversible, and there was thus no way for the Decepticons to get the codes from her... but apparently he forgot to tell Arcee herself, who soon woke up on the Decepticon-controlled Omega Supreme, calling for Ratchet. {{storylink|This Is Why I Hate Machines}}

On Earth's [[Moon (moon)|Moon]], Shockwave proceeded to rifle through Arcee's memories, initially putting her into a fugue state where she relived her days as "Teaching Unit R-C-687-040" with little awareness of what was going on around her. When [[Bumblebee (Animated)|Bumblebee]] transwarped onto the moon, he found her like this and—fearful of what would happen if he disconnected her from the cables plugged into her segmented head—merely opened her comm link before returning to Earth.

[[Image:EndgamePart1-BumblebeeArcee.jpg|right|thumb|200px|But is it art?]]

Eventually, Shockwave managed to access the data tracks from her time as an intel bot, making her aware and—transforming into Longarm Prime mode—asked her to confirm she had the activation codes from Project Omega. When she did so, he unplugged her from the cables, knocking her into stasis mode. Outside, with three purple Omega Supreme clones standing by, as well as the original, he took her fully online again, and ordered her to give them the codes. Given that [[Megatron (Animated)|Megatron]] himself was standing right in front of her, she refused, and instead Shockwave "had to extract it manually". The code transferred to [[Lugnut (Animated)|Lugnut]] was "missing a security upgrade patch", however, meaning Lugnut had to be wired directly into Omega Supreme to get them online; while Shockwave worked further on Arcee to try and get the patch. {{storylink|Endgame, Part I}}

[[Image:EndgamePartII-Arceeisback.jpg|left|thumb|300px|She's rather personable when she's not a prop.]]

As Shockwave rooted through her processor, most of the restoration work he had previously undertaken was undone, which left her once again as a fugue-state Teaching Unit, even as Shockwave still failed to get the codes. Instead, he used her as bait when Ratchet—accompanied by Bumblebee, [[Bulkhead (Animated)|Bulkhead]] and [[Sari Sumdac]]—transwarped to the Moon with the aim of retrieving her and Omega Supreme. While Bumblebee and Bulkhead fought off Shockwave, Ratchet and Sari took Arcee and fled to a lab inside Omega Supreme. There, as Ratchet bemoaned the damage the "Deceptiscum" had done to her, Sari was able to use her nascent technopathy to instruct Ratchet in how to restore Arcee, using the very EMP generator which had caused the original damage to her so long before. She came back online, recognizing Ratchet but remembering nothing since their capture by Lockdown. Ratchet promised to fill her in on the stellar cycles she'd missed, but said that first they would need to regain control of Omega Supreme.

Ratchet and Arcee traveled to Omega's head, and the field-tech lowered her using his magnetics to allow her to reactivate Omega Supreme. With this done, Omega ejected Lugnut, and Arcee joined the Earth residents in flying to Detroit aboard the shipbot so that Omega could confront his [[Lugnut Supreme|Decepticon clones]]. Soon afterward, with Megatron's crew all captured or dead, she presumably flew back to Cybertron with them aboard Omega, although she wasn't seen to join them in their triumphant disembarking. {{storylink|Endgame, Part II}}
===Animated===
[[Image:Animatedtoy-Arcee.jpg|right|thumb|300px|Hey, remember the [[:Image:Botconarceetoy.jpg|spider]]? Remember when you were content with that?]]
*'''Arcee''' (Deluxe, 2010)
**''Japanese ID number:'' '''TA-12'''
**''Accessories:'' 2 swords

:Arcee transforms from a magenta and white robot to a Cybertronic "rocket car," notable to [[fandom|fans]] as the first toy of Arcee that transforms from an approximation of the [[Arcee (G1)|original Arcee]]'s [[character model]] into a car. She comes with two wings, which can be attached at the rear of her vehicle mode (or her robot mode back), and two swords, which can be held in her hands or stored securely in shafts in the rear of her vehicle mode (or atop her shoulder kibble). Some have reported the swords fit loosely, though they are designed to click into place—albeit with a certain amount of fiddling in some cases.

:There is a manufacturing error with many if not all figures. The more Arcee's swords are inserted into the hands, the more the thumbs weaken and will eventually snap off. This can be remedied by shaving down the two tabs on either side of the sword. Most Arcees have stress marks straight out of the package due to the way her thumbs peg onto her back fenders in vehicle mode. Additionally, the unfortunate placement of a tab on the back of her right knee (used to lock the front of her car mode together) prevents her lower leg from straightening out fully.

:Originally intended to be part of a mass retail wave, Arcee and Cybertron Mode Ratchet were eventually released as Toys"R"Us exclusives. Arcee has been notably difficult to find for many fans, leading to accusations of mass [[toy scalping]]. Additionally, Arcee was subject to a running change. Original shipments had Arcee in a glossy deep magenta color plastic, whereas later shipments switched her plastic to a matte medium dark pink. The softer matte plastic means that one can now force her lower right leg into position over the tab. At least some later shipped figures had a [[:Image: Arceeknee.jpg|remolded tab]] that further corrected the design flaw.

: This mold was used as the model for the Japanese-card-reader-game-only [[Chromia (Animated)|Chromia]], and redecoed for the [[BotCon 2011]] exclusives [[Drag Strip (Animated)|Drag Strip]] and [[Minerva (Animated)|Minerva]].
==Notes==
[[Image:Animated arcee toy.jpg|right|200px|thumb|Slightly different wing sculpts. Anybody care? We do!]]
* According to [[Derrick J. Wyatt|Derrick Wyatt]], Arcee's swords and vehicle mode were designed by [[Eric Siebenaler]] rather than the ''Animated'' television staff.[http://twitter.com/DerrickJWyatt/status/1432265686]
* After Hasbro decided to make her into a toy, Arcee's [[character model]] grew some new vehicle kibble to match. Her shoulder kibble sprouted tiny wings and wheels, her shins sprouted wheels, and her vehicle mode's canopy sprouted on her butt.
* Her [[stock photography]] features wings of a similar-but-different sculpt compared to the wings on the production version. They also attached at a point further from the rear of the vehicle.
* Arcee is given a disproportionately active role in ''Animated''<nowiki>'s</nowiki> [[title sequence]] in Japan. She leaps into action on Earth with everyone else, fights Blackarachnia underwater, and is briefly seen brandishing her toy's swords.
*Her toy's altmode seems [[Override (Cybertron)|oddly familiar]].
'''The Autobots prepare for the Terrorcons' second strike, but it's not where they expected.'''

==Synopsis==
[[Alexis Thi Dang|Alexis]], now an official of some importance, is driven into [[Ocean City]] on [[Earth]]. She meets [[Sally Jones|Sally]], but can't stay and chat—she has a meeting, much to Sally's disappointment.

Meanwhile, [[Kicker Jones|Kicker]] is marvelling at his new armor in his room, when an alarm sounds. He panics, and trips over a conveniently placed bench—then realizes, much to his frustration, that the alarm is sounding for the meeting.

[[Image:Energon-Optimus-Holds-Kicker.jpg|230px|thumb|left|A rather interesting specimen, wouldn't you say?]] At the meeting, Prime, [[Hot Shot (Armada)|Hot Shot]], [[Demolishor (Armada)|Demolishor]] and others watch a satellite transmission showing a motionless [[Tidal Wave (Armada)|Tidal Wave]], repeating his name and being carried away by a swarm of [[Terrorcon (Energon)|Terrorcon]] jaguars. A closeup reveals that the creatures eat [[energon (Energon)|energon]]. Alexis explains that the Terrorcons are high-tech androids, called... Terrorcons. [[Optimus Prime (Armada)|Optimus]] deduces that the Terrorcons' next target will be the energon mines on [[Earth]], and Alexis agrees. However, to fight the Terrorcons would go against the [[Earth Federation Treaty]], which forbids [[Transformer]]s to take up arms against other Transformers. Kicker doesn't take well to this, of course, interrupting the meeting.

Alexis concludes that the only option is to evacuate Ocean City. Kicker starts shouting and arguing, demanding that nobody take him away from Earth. Optimus allows him to stay on Earth with the [[Autobot]]s, but tells him he'd better learn to follow orders. A [[Strongarm (Energon)|Strongarm]] wonders if the [[Omnicon]]s will be evacuated too, but before he can get an answer, a [[Skyblast (Energon)|Skyblast]] verbally drags him away to get back to work.

As the evacuation of the city proceeds, Kicker watches Sally leave and comments on how strange it will be without them. [[Ironhide (Energon)|Ironhide]] informs him that he is now Kicker's guardian. Neither Kicker nor Ironhide are particularly happy about the situation.

Optimus Prime sends a [[radio]] transmission informing the other troops that they are moving to Defcon level 4 and that they know very little about their enemy. All the humans have been evacuated except for [[Misha Miramond|Mika]] and Kicker as the city submerges.

Ironhide grumbles about having to guard a boring [[human]] and vows that one day he'll get his [[Spark of Combination]]... then reality sets in and Ironhide deflates.

[[Image:Energon-Tidal-Wave-Carried-Away.jpg|230px|thumb|right|He was once Megatron's huge secret weapon, now being carried off by the guys who explode in one hit. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.]]

On the [[Moon (moon)|Moon]], [[Cyclonus (Armada)|Cyclonus]] can hardly wait for the battle to start, already firing off his guns. His shots are answered as a horde of Terrorcons attacks. Prime is taken by surprise, having anticipated an attack on Earth. [[Jetfire (Armada)|Jetfire]] prepares to take the [[space bridge]] to the Moon as an initial reinforcement, and Kicker insists on coming along, to Ironhide's relief.

Ocean City raises, activating the space bridge. Hot Shot assures Ironhide that Prime will hear about it if he does well. The Omnicons power up Prime's team with [[energon star]]s, and the team then drives off into the sky.

On the Moon, Jetfire and Kicker have their hands full. Prime's team arrives and counterattacks, while Ironhide heads for the energon mines. After passing several fallen Transformers near the entrance, Ironhide heads down the elevator shaft, interrupting the Terrorcons at work there. Despite his [[energon star]] running out, he holds his own against them for a while, till Kicker and the others arrive to back him up. The surviving Terrorcons retreat.

[[Image:Energon-Kicker-Finds-Mine.jpg|230px|thumb|left|Hello? Anyone there?]]

The Autobots return to Earth with the damaged Ironhide, who blames himself for the loss. Kicker starts to storm off, but Prime forcefully reminds him that Ironhide's his partner, so the human tries to cheer him up—by kicking him and arguing with him, of course. It works.

Demolishor asks what happened on the Moon and if they saw Cyclonus there. The Autobots report that there was no trace of him, to Demolishor's concern. Prime starts to remember something, but stops short of sharing it with the others.

[[Alpha Quintesson|Alpha Q]] muses that his army will soon be more powerful even than the [[Decepticon]]s, as [[Scorponok (Energon)|Scorponok]] arises...

==Notes==
===Lost in translation===
* In ''Super Link'', Alexis doesn't just tell Sally about a meeting; she has her help assemble everyone. Sally is a bit unsure about telling her brother. The dub mangles their conversation in all sorts of strange ways, including having ''Sally'' say that she thought she'd never get past Demolishor (even though she ''lives in the city''), and having her ask Alexis if she's seen Kicker around—even though Alexis ''just got there''.
* Alexis identifies the attackers as ''Transformers'', not ''Terrorcons'' as in the dub.
* In ''Energon'', Alexis says that the Earth government has declared that Transformers can't take up arms against other Transformers. What she's supposed to be explaining is that the Earth government has declared the battle to be entirely between Transformers, and hence is unwilling to interfere. ''That'' is why Kicker abruptly blows his stack at Alexis and everyone else.
* The dub then makes it sound like Alexis is calling for the evacuation of the entire planet, rather than just Ocean City.
* Subtitles in the ''Super Link'' version identify Plains City, Jungle City, and Desert City during Prime's evacuation announcement. They remain unnamed in the dub.
* ''Super Link'' Ironhide is more angry that Kicker gets to leave ahead of him than relieved at being rid of him.
* Optimus originally tells the overconfident Ironhide not to rely too heavily on the Energon Star, a point lost in the dub.

===Pain count===
===Continuity errors===
* The [[Mars City|Mars base]] is misidentified as "Cyber City"; later Ocean City is misidentified as "Cybertron City" ''and'' "Cyber City".
* Is she "Misha" or "Mika"?
* Are they energon ''cells'' per the dialog, or ''stars'' per the title? (Never mind that they're energon ''chips'' in the toyline...)
* Ironhide doesn't even fire a shot before his energon star fades out.
* Prime is initially fine with Kicker running off with Jetfire, yet later berates him for not teaming up with Ironhide.
* Hot Shot complains about running out of energon, even though he still clearly has an energon star.

===Trivia===
*As Optimus transforms during his stock transformation upon arriving at the moon, G1 transformation sounds can be heard.
*So one [[Kicker|teenage human male]] kicking [[Ironhide (Energon)|Ironhide]]'s shoulder cannon makes it tilt AND shoot? That's a bit awkward when you're in battle.
==Notes==
===Differences with ''Galaxy Force''===
[[Image:Cyb ep4 deleted scene.jpg|right|thumb|200px]]
*Rather inexplicably, ''Cybertron'' cuts off the short sequence which precedes the title card of the ''Galaxy Force'' version of the episode, in which Crumplezone and Ransack are racing along, discussing the weather. They run a white car off the road, then drive into the mouth of a tunnel, which is where we rejoin them after the title card, and where the ''Cybertron'' episode begins.
*Crumplezone and Ransack's reaction to Megatron's proclamation that they work for him is reversed; in ''Galaxy Force'', Crumplezone immediately agrees to work for him, prompting an irritated Ransack to ask why he's speaking for him, while in ''Cybertron'', it is Crumplezone who turns Megatron down, with Ransack claiming it's an offer they can't refuse.
*During Landmine's talk with Coby at episode's end, ''Galaxy Force'' has Landmine refer to Cybertron being swallowed up by the black hole, a plot point consistently excised from the ''Cybertron'' dub. In its place, Landmine talks about how he was not initially interested in saving Earth, but that his new friendship with Coby has convinced him otherwise.

===Pain count===
*"Cyber Key Power!": 4
*"Super mode!": 1

===Animation or technical errors===
* When Starscream and Thundercracker arrive at the museum, they both announce their own names...but the cry of "Transform!" that should follow is absent.
* When Thundercracker says, "I just love parties, don't you, Starscream?" his mouth is not moving.

===Transformers references===
* Landmine is still recovering from injuries he took back in "[[Fallen (episode)|Fallen]]".
* The generic sports car Autobots based on [[Blurr (Cybertron)|Blurr]]'s bodyform appear again in this episode, having previously been seen in "[[Hidden]]". The white Velocitronian sports car cut from the ''Cybertron'' version of this episode is also a Blurr-type.
*In the first scene [[Hot Shot (Armada)|Hot Shot]] is seen in this episode, he refers to [[Optimus Prime (Armada)|Optimus]] as "[[Cheetor (BW)|Big Bot]]".

===Trivia===
*Landmine takes an Earth [[Alternate mode|altmode]] in this episode. However, he pretty clearly had a lot of [[kibble]] from this altmode before he acquired it (as the animators didn't have the budget to design a pre-Earth body... but couldn't they at least have removed the shovels before then? 'Course, he could have been a ''Cybertronian'' loader).
*Thundercracker and Starscream can now summon Cyber Keys, despite the fact that back in "[[Haven]]", the Autobots could not do so before Vector Prime awoke the ability within them. It is never explained how these two Decepticons (as well as Megatron, who will soon get in on the act) obtained the ability. On the colony worlds the Transformers will go on to visit through the series, however, Cyber Key Powers are common knowledge, and all the Transformers there have always had them.
*Landmine's transformation to robot mode is awfully ''balletic'' for a rough, tough, front loader.
*Landmine can use his shovel halves as shields, capable of blocking Starscream's Null Cannons, hence his ''Galaxy Force'' name 'Guardshell'.
==Quotes==
"Hey, there's [[Megatron (Armada)|some big guy]] parked up on the road! So, you think he's friendly?"<br>
"Ah . . ." [''Megatron fires on them''] "No, ''not'' friendly!" <br>
"AAAAAHHH! Make tracks, buddy!" [''They scarper.'']<br>
"What's with him?"<br>
"I don't know, maybe he's related to that cute scooter you dumped. You should have been ''nicer'' to her."<br>
:—'''Crumplezone''' and '''Ransack'''

"Jolt! Jetfire and Lori just burned us! Can't you fly any faster?"<br>
"If you wanted to fly fast, you picked the wrong Mini-Con."
:—'''Bud''' and '''Jolt'''

"Man, wha'cha reckon this Omega Lock thing looks like? Where exactly ''are'' we headed? Gotta picture of it?"<br>
"Oh, quit ''whining'' and keep searching."<br>
"Aww, whining?! I'm ''thinking!'' Out ''loud!'' [''Starscream accelerates away.''] Hey, I was talking to you!"

"So, Atlantis is in Mexico?"<br>
"Can't say that for sure, but I do love tacos!"

"I don't wanna work!"<br>
"Ah, it's an offer we can't refuse, Crumplezone."<br>
"But this guy is mean! He kinda scares the oil out of me."<br>
"Eh, go with the flow."
==Notes==
===Differences with ''Galaxy Force''===

===Pain count===
*"Cyber Key Power!": 4
*"Super mode!": 1

===Animation or technical errors===
* When Starscream and Thundercracker arrive at the museum, they both announce their own names...but the cry of "Transform!" that should follow is absent.
* When Thundercracker says, "I just love parties, don't you, Starscream?" his mouth is not moving.

===Transformers references===
*In the first scene [[Hot Shot]] is seen in this episode, he refers to [[Optimus Prime (Cybertron)|Optimus]] as "[[Cheetor (BW)|Big Bot]]".

===Trivia===
