Should Devastator's various toy descriptions be revised? Majorish spoilers:<font color=black style="background:black"> In the film, there are at least two sets of constructicons, as they appear both as induviduals and as Devastator simultaniously, or else shown to be incapacitated to such a degree that the could not be a part of him. More importantly, the ones that form Devastator are not shown to have robot modes of their own.(although the supreme toy is still inacurate since Overload's vehicle is a clear part of Devastator)</font> The acuracy of the figures should not have been brought into question before there was something to compare them to. :I don't remember the exact wording but yes, I believe it was said that Primacron and his assistant created at least some of the Primitive TFs. How that relates to the particular primitives they summoned in the episode is vague, especially since some of them have other established origins, so it's hard to tell if the writers intended Primacron to have created them since the show wasn't above contridicting itself like that at times.<div id="wikia-credits"><br /><br /><small>From [http://transformers.wikia.com Teletraan I: The Transformers Wiki], a [http://www.wikia.com Wikia] wiki.</small></div>
