Ultra Magnus enjoys a variety of masochistic pleasures during a pilgrimage to vicarious release on the road of illusive comfort.<br/>
His mother asked him, "I sent you to find self-knowledge."<br/>
"I traded it for revenge in this world." he said.<br/>
Mother wept, "Self-knowledge is for the next world." and she flew away.<br/>
Ultra Magnus tried to follow, but he could nto get off the ground.<br/>
Mother called back, "Revenge weighs us down, now no Autobot can fly."<div id="wikia-credits"><br /><br /><small>From Teletraan I: The Transformers Wiki, a Wikia wiki.</small></div>

I think funny tag lines on the pictures are a nice way to liven things up and make the pages more fun. Or are you more upset about the content of this one than the fact that it's silly?
:::::Hell, the exo-suit project got conflated with Centurion in Dreamwave continuity. For all we know it was further conflated witht the Robot Buster storyline- and Buster was a civilian test-pilot on Nathaniel's original exo-suit test program.
The iBooks trilogy is shady enough, but I can think of at least one colouring book that features Buster (and I have dim memory of an ancient storybook that also did, but I can't confirm).
Early in Cybertron's civil war before Optimus Prime rose to command, a group of Autobots were covertly sent deep into decepticon territory to create chaos and confusion among the enemy. Their actions led them to be dubbed the 'Magnificent Six.'

The lunatic Decepticon Megadeath captured and tortured the Six, eventually killing Stampede. The five survivors tried to forget the mission.

In 1990, the survivors, plus Silverbolt banded together at the site of their original failure. Prowl refered to them as the new Magnificent Six, but Jazz disagreed, saying they had learned since then "There's nothing magnificent about war."

::::It will be alot of work to write up new parts for those pilfiered articles, but does our wiki intend to be the most informative, or the most fun? Also, long article sections (like stuff stolen from wikipedias) tend to be very boring to read. --FFN 14:03, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

::I shall leap in here and point out that the guts of the Wikipedia article (and Prime's, too) was written by me. On the changes - Iacon wasn't levelled in There Shall Come A Leader. It was destroyed by Trannis in The Middle Years. Megatron's intent to turn Cybertron into a warworld is referenced on page three of the first issue. And... where do we get that the war only lasted a hundred years before the Ark launch? ===Alignment===
Is alignment in-continuity ENOUGH to merit mention? (The e-hobby Magnus stuff seems to tell 'some version' of alignment's events, I'd consider it AS in-continuity as the Last Days of Optimus Prime, whichw as later mentioned.) -Derik 05:05, 27 March 2006 (UTC)

I would say neither should be in there. Not endorsed by Hasbro and/or Takara? Not canon. - RolonBolon

I think they can be mentioned as long as they are stated as being pseudo-canonical. I certainly think that both of those stories deserve their own articles, for example. "Fanfic" written by Simon Furman is a little different than regular run of the mill fanfic. --Steve-o 20:38, 27 March 2006 (UTC)

Alignment was mentioned in detail in the Ultimate Guide, so one could say it's retroactively canon. Not that I welcome it all that warmly, but... --ItsWalky 20:51, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
Galvatron
In answer to Sipher's question he posed as a comment to his edit, no, I don't think Galvatron should be here. Whether they're the same character or not, Galvatron shows up plenty enough as his own character from the future (and tends to fight/team up/interact with Megatron) to warrant his own entry. Otherwise, a combined Megatron/Galvatron entry is just going to be way too long and confusing as hell. (And, yeah, I am factoring in that Galvatron II will prolly already get his own entry.) --ItsWalky 01:47, 7 April 2006 (UTC)

:Probably a good idea. While some characters (Smokescreen/Hoise, Bumblebee/Goldbug) get upgraded/renamed and basicalyl continue in a straight line, Galvatron time-jumps and even fights himself. In MANY continuities, Megatron doesnt' even BECOME Galvatron. -Derik 02:26, 7 April 2006 (UTC)

::Right. Galvatron's riding the fence between Hot Rod/Rodimus, Bumblebee/Goldbug and Dead Guy/Cyclonus, Waspinator/Thrust. Often enough he has no real connection to Megatron at all. And he's appeared enough to fight "himself" or on his own Galvatron-specific terms that it pushes it over the edge to Needs Own Page, in my opinion. --ItsWalky 02:30, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
Fiction
Animated series
Kremzeek was accidentally created by Megatron and Starscream whilst experimenting in the lab of the Decepticons' crashed starship-base.

Kremzeek immediately began making the electrical equipment aboard the ship malfunction, giving Megatron the idea to use him as a weapon against the Autobots. Kremzeek succeeded in damaging most of the Autobots (leaving only Inferno, Optimus Prime, Omega Supreme, Blaster and Bumblebee functional) before entering Teletraan I and traveling to Japan. The remaining Autobots followed in Omega Supreme, after being made invulnerable to Kremzeek's effects by Sparkplug's (to be patented)
Magical Insulating Spray. Kremzeek was on the rampage in Japan when Blaster managed to capture the creature in his chest compartment. Deciding to "fry him with my own juice," Blaster soon discovered that this wasn't a capital idea. Soon there were multitudes of the buggers.

Optimus finally came up with a plan (with the help of some dorkwad) and trapped all of the Kremzeeks inside a radio tower, but they merged into a giant monster Kremzeek better suited for menacing Tokyo. Optimus ordered the radio tower transmitter to be activated, sending the creature into Megatron's Weapon of the Week (tm), consuming all its energy whilst the Decepticons escaped. The energy dispersed, and Kremzeek was destroyed. Poor widdle Kremzeek.

After its demise, Bumblebee reflects that he kinda misses the little creep (famous last words). Suddenly, a solitary Kremzeek emerges from Blaster, and the hilarious pursuit antics restarted. Kremzeek!
After a long day at work, Ironhide and Prowl enjoyed sneaking off to the nature preserve and sippin' on cans of delicious, oily Kremzeek-brand refresher.

I feel like there should be bit outlining how the Insecticons (1984) fit intot he larger concept of the Insecticon clans.

It fits better witht he Insecticons considerign themselves MEgatron's allies, not his underlings. An assesment he shared. (Theys eemed to view him this way even in his intro ep.) So it's not an untenable concept- but tit is a retcon, and I'd liek to see it highlighted as such, or at least the 84 insects places relative to the retcon. -Derik 05:33, 6 August 2006 (UTC)
I think Macabre (G1) from Target: 2006 had a bat alt-mode, rather than being an Insecticon. I'm pretty sure this was stated in an answer to a letter a few issues after Target: 2006 finished, but don't have the comics with me to check right now. --Tribimat 13:42, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
Cartoon Origin?
Not to be picky, but are we determined that they definately came from the Nemesis in the cartoon like it says? I always felt that was a little bit up in the air. Megatron says their pod crashed here before the Nemesis went down, but that's not quite the same as saying it came from it. And they don't seem to know Megatron and co. and, more, Megatron and co. don't seem to know them. Plus they never, throughout the series, really show any impulse to join-up with his troops officially or follow his orders when not actively bribed. Thoughts? -- ZacWilliam 01:12, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
::The Insecticons are very consistent on referring to the Decepticons as 'other' (not including themselves under the Decepticon banner) and MEgatron even (in their 23nd ep IIRC) refers to them as 'our Insecticon allies.' At the time, this was just an acknowledgment that they were seperate fromt he main decepticon force. Post-universally, we now take it to means the Insecticons were Megatron's allies fromt he ancient Insecticon clans-- a view that is nonsensical when discussing the cartoon cannon in any strict sense. -Derik<div id="wikia-credits"><br /><br /><small>From Teletraan I: The Transformers Wiki, a Wikia wiki.</small></div>
