: As part of the "Power" portion of the movie line, Evac is a retool of the Voyager Blackout, transforming into a Sikorsky MH-53 Pave Low heavy-lift helicopter in rescue helicopter colors. An aft "cage" compartment can be opened to release a small rescue raft, which becomes a hand-held gun for robot mode. A button on the very end of his tail can be pressed in a geared action to rotate his rotor blades, but this feature really comes into play when the user attaches the Deluxe-class Scorponok figure to the bottom of Evac's helicopter mode via two pegs. A geared shaft linked to the rotor mechanism connects to a geared peg on Scorponok's back. Thus, pressing the button on Evac's tail not only rotates his blades, but also rotates Scorponok's pincers, though this gimmick is actually easier to activate by rotating the geared wheel on Scorponok's undercarriage.
This is rather interesting seeing as Scorponok is a Decepticon.

: During transformation, Evac's Automorphing gimmick is activated when the user swings down his legs, which in turn flips the chest section his head is mounted upon up and into position. Another, less impressive Automorph is in his legs - If you pull his knees down, his shin armor pops out a bit.

Though small compared to many of her peers and adversaries, Arcee compensates with speed and aggressive maneuvers, making her one of the most dangerous Autobots around. Moreover, Arcee is a born hunter. She honed her speed hunting turbofoxes with other speedsters, challenging herself to get as close as possible before tagging them with her bow. She's a crack shot with said crossbow weapon, and Ironhide has trained her to use her speed to her advantage in battle, striking suddenly and swiftly and then vanishing away again as fast as she appeared.

Arcee believes without question that the Decepticons must be stopped at any cost.

Arcee was one of a handful of Autobots under the command of Bumblebee who desperately fought against Megatron's vast army at Tyger Pax. She was captured and interrogated by the Decepticons but survived the ordeal. She recounted to their Autobot rescuers Bumblebee's heroics in delaying Megatron, preventing Megatron from intercepting the wormhole-bound All Spark.

Target Robovision Bio
Arcee was on Earth for a short time at the beginning of the conflict there, presumably arriving shortly after Bumblebee. When the situation on Earth began to ramp up into out-and-out combat, she was reassigned elsewhere, where her stealth skills would be of more use.

Now she fights in the Charii system against a Decepticon splinter cell working on a star-breaking weapon. If she has her way, the only things breaking will be their heads.

: Arcee is a redeco of Energon Arcee, replacing her pinks, most of her whites and blacks with blue, and her translucent red with smoky brown plastic. She transforms into a 'superbike'-type racing motorcycle. Unusually for a Transformer, she does not hold her weapon in her hands as most figures do. Instead, her Energon Bow mounts on a peg in her arms, with her hands being positioned to give the appearance of her using the bow. The bow itself is spring-loaded, firing a grey missile 'arrow'.

:Arcee (and the rest of the Scout wave) are exclusive to Target stores, where they are all part of a Robo-Vision promotion. Arcee comes with a Robo-Vision Decoder which allows you to see the Robo-Vision Code printed on her cardback. Starting June 2, 2007, Target's website allowed users to input those codes to access exclusive content. <!--Arcee's code is "BULLSEYE."--> Similar to the Cyber Planet Key from the Transformers:Cybertron toyline.

: This mold also was used to make Superlink Ariel Paradron Type, as well as 2005 Descent into Evil set's Chromia, Flamewar, Flareup, and the fellow Target-exclusive movieverse Elita-One.

: Deluxe Arcee transforms into a purple 2006 Buell Firebolt XB12R motorcycle, genericised to get around licensing issues. Maintaining the high standard of vehicle mode realism of the movie line, Arcee is perhaps the most realistic motorcycle Transformer released yet. As an off-screen design (though she originally was going to be an on-screen character), Arcee has references tampographed on her vehicle mode, such as her motorcycle's model name "RC 1100", and her number plate (from the state of Massachusetts) marked TF7407, the original release date of the movie.

: The transformation scheme for the character is essentially a scaled-up variation upon the original Energon mold used for the Scout release, with numerous improvements to upgrade the figure to Deluxe standards.

: In robot mode, Arcee is quite accurate to the final CG concept design, though with more solid limbs and and a more recognizably feminine appearance influenced by Energon Arcee's sculpt and general arrangement of parts. Reasonably articulated, Arcee features ball joints in her arms, hips and neck with swivels rounding out her ankles, knees and wrists. Arcee's Automorphing feature is located in her crossbow weapon (formed out of the seat/storage area of the bike), activated when the projectile (the bike's tailpipe) is inserted which pushes out the recurved lath parts on the sides of the weapon. Amusingly, in robot mode Arcee is one of the tallest of the Deluxe class figures released in the movie line thus far, which no doubt makes Jazz feel even worse.

: The rectangular peg which is supposed to be used to attach her weapon to her forearm, in robot mode, is sometimes a poor fit, and the weapon may pop off. As an alternative, the round peg by which the weapon is attached in vehicle mode can also be used in robot mode, with a little rearranging of parts.

: As with most larger Transformers toys that become motorcycles, Arcee has a kickstand on the left side of the bike. Those seeking a good rider will find it can accomodate 3'3/4-inch G.I. Joe figures, Microman figures, and Revoltech figures with varying degrees of sucess.
Trivia
* Arcee was originally going to be a member of the live-action movie's Autobot cast, but was later replaced by Ironhide. According to screenwriter Roberto Orci, they would have needed to explain the point behind female robots, which there wasn't any time for in the movie. It's commonly assumed that Arcee's big part in the movie would have been the scene in which William Lennox starts his solo assault on Blackout using an abandoned motorcycle.
* Its also posible that the tooth fairy line was written when Arcee was still in the script this would cause the girls question to make a little more sence, but less funny.
* As part of 2007's Hasbro tour, fans viewed "Robot Scale Chart v03", dated 11.22.05, which showed Arcee's height as 9 feet. However, all of the designs on this chart were very early and later revised.
Ironhide is the Autobot's resident weapons specialist and Optimus Prime's old friend. He'll fight to the bitter end and take down more than his fair share of Decepticons in the process.

Ironhide doesn't always see optic to optic with Prime, despite their friendship. He's perhaps the more practical of the two, and more than a little trigger happy, so he can be more willing to push to Autobot code to the limit if he thinks it will get the job done faster.

Responding to Bumblebee's call for assistance, Ironhide and the other Autobots under Optimus Prime's direct command came to Earth, with the old soldier landing in a suburban pool. As he climbed out of the water, a little human girl asked him if he was (of all things) the tooth fairy before he quickly hid behind some trees when the child's parents exited the house. He scanned their GMC Topkick truck and transformed, leaving the residence. He linked up with Jazz and Ratchet, and they proceeded to the rendezvous point, where they met up with Optimus and Bumblebee. After meeting Sam Witwicky and Mikaela Banes, Ironhide displayed an eagerness to show off his cannons, and made a classic Clint Eastwood impression to show it by saying 'You feeling lucky, punk?'.

Going to the Witwicky residence, Ironhide had lubricant released upon him by a rodent. This unpleasant situation was made worse by Sam Witwicky's frantic refusal to let him shoot it. Ironhide relented, despite the fact that it would cause rust. He also suggested shooting the parents, as they were interfering with Sam's search for Captain Witwicky's glasses. Optimus reminded him that they don't hurt humans and scolded his weapons expert, to which Ironhide meekly responded that he merely thought it should remain an option.

After Sam, Mikaela and his parents were captured by Sector Seven, Ironhide and the other Autobots totally outclassed the S7 agents by instantly disarming them of their weapons, then rescuing the boy and his girl. Unfortunately, their escape was to be short-lived, as Bumblebee was captured by the mysterious agents after saving Sam and Mikaela's lives. The next morning, when Optimus Prime was pondering their next move, Ironhide asked why they had to save the humans, prompting Prime to go into one of his long speeches about freedom and sacrifice, concluding that the humans need not pay for the mistakes of Cybertron-kind, and if need be, he would destroy the All Spark by fusing it with his own spark. Inspired by his words, Ironhide debated no further, and the Autobots set out for the location of the All Spark, Hoover Dam. Halfway there, to their surprise, they saw Bumblebee leading a column of Sector Seven assault vehicles, so Ironhide and the rest of the Autobots joined the unit.

During the final battle at Mission City, Ironhide realized that the F-22 Raptor that appeared to be providing Captain Lennox's troops with air cover was in fact Starscream. Ordering the others to take cover, Ironhide and Bumblebee lifted a discarded truck full of Furby toys to protect the humans against Starscream's strafing run. It worked, but threw Ironhide back and accidently crippled Bumblebee. Soon afterwards, Devastator attacked, forcing Ironhide to do several somersaults to avoid the Decepticon's missiles, thus totally scaring the crap out of a lady sitting in the middle of the street.

Ironhide and Ratchet took it upon themselves to protect Sam from Starscream and Blackout as he made his way to a rooftop where he could pass the All Spark to a military helicopter. Unfortunately, Starscream blocked off Sam's path, prompting the Autobot guardians to engage the more powerful Decepticon immediately. After being knocked down, Ironhide implored Sam to keep running.

After the destruction of Megatron and the All Spark, Ironhide somberly cradled the body of the fallen Jazz while Ratchet informed Optimus Prime that there was nothing they could do. Ironhide then gave Captain Lennox a ride home and spent the remainder of the day observing Sam and Mikaela making out on the hood of Bumblebee's vehicle mode.
Brief aside with Optimus Prime reveals Ironhide's actions may have resulted in the destruction of a small planet at one point. Ironhide maintains that it was going to blow up anyway. Strangely, Ironhide uses only his right cannon. But when fighting Ironhide, he uses both. Ironhide is such a gun nut that he even uses it in his melee attacks.

:Ironhide transforms into a modified black 2006 GMC Topkick 4500 four-wheel drive pickup truck. The two exhaust smokestacks behind the rear cabin have been shortened from the real scaled length and the prototype due to safety and durability reasons, but otherwise the vehicle mode is very accurate to the real prop truck... well, aside from the fact that Ironhide's massive missile launchers are quite visible underneath the vehicle.

:Ironhide features an Automorph gimmick in his legs during transformation: As the user swings down his feet, all of the panels that make up his legs automatically shift and fold into place. This gimmick does not affect Ironhide's articulation. Confusingly, the instructions omit the exact positioning of the roof panels and rear window on his back.

:In robot mode, Ironhide is quite accurate to his CGI design, though obviously simplified for toy practicality. Contrary to appearances, he features full standard up-down and lateral shoulder articulation, as well as articulation in his elbows, hips and knees. His arm-mounted cannons are inactive while mounted on both arms. However, detaching the left arm cannon and combining it with the right arm creates a huge functional missile launcher that is almost as big as Ironhide himself. The missile-launching mechanism itself isn't the typical spring-loaded button design, instead relying on a pressure-launch system to fire the missiles from the four barrels.
:Released as part of the Allspark Powered refresh of the Movie toyline, Offroad Ironhide is a fairly extensive redeco of Voyager class Ironhide in colours reminscent of Generation 2 Motormouth. As he's now made of several colours of plastic, he's no longer the most monochromatic toy in the Movie line.

As reported at Edmunds and The Monroe Times, Monroe Truck Equipment, in association with Hasbro, released a GMC TopKick 4500 Ironhide special edition featuring most of the modifications made to the Ironhide vehicle props used in the movie, with the only difference being that the truck will retain its stock orange running lights (the movie used blue) and the large stock sideview mirrors.

Sadly, installing a grumpy trigger-happy alien robot and deadly high-tech weaponry into the works is not part of the included modifications.

Trivia
* In the initial draft of the movie, Ironhide was not present among the Autobot cast. However, he replaced female Autobot Arcee in later drafts and the subsequent final script.

*Its posible that the tooth fairy scene was writen before the switch was made, but this could just be conjecture,

* In the movie, Ironhide's guns have 10,000 CGI parts each.
