What needs to be done is the ladder needs to be pressed in as far as it can go, then twisted to the right and it will lock. If you actually look at the Outline of the hole to which the ladder slides into, you will see on the upper left corner and the lower right corner, small notches where it allows the ladder to turn.<br /> <br /> :Sorry for re-posting that before reading the discussion. Adding it into the main page, along with mention of the swiveling trailer section. Are either of these documented at all?
