The MECH navigator took part in the mission to steal the [[Dynamic Nuclear Generation System|D.N.G.S]] from [[William Fowler|Agent Fowler]]. His helicopter managed to shoot down Fowler's plane, but Fowler moved the D.N.G.S. to a [[Optimus Prime (Prime)|truck]] to continue transporting it. As the Autobots made mincemeat of the MECH ground units, the navigator observed that they weren't civilian drivers. They watched the Autobots head through a tunnel, and after some [[Vehicon (Prime)|unidentified fighters]] destroyed Prime's trailer, the navigator scanned for the expected radiation and found none. The Autobots transforming to fight the Decepticon forces distracted Silas for a moment, but the navigator reminded him of their mission and they went after the train the Autobots had transferred the D.N.G.S. to. When [[Raf Esquivel]] diverted the train, the navigator uploaded a virus to his laptop. As they boarded the train, the navigator spotted Optimus Prime coming alongside, and after Silas made an attempt to destroy the train, he and the navigator flew off. {{storylink|Convoy (episode)|Convoy}}

The navigator escorted Silas and another [[MECH Commando|soldier]] to Russia to obtain [[Bulkhead (Prime)|Bulkhead]] and [[Breakdown (Prime)|Breakdown]], however they were only able to take Breakdown. As the MECH forces fought Bulkhead and Breakdown in Russia, the MECH Navigator again piloted Silas's helicopter, and warned the MECH leader when he detected [[Starscream (Prime)|Starscream]] and a number of Vehicons approaching the location. {{storylink|Operation: Breakdown}}

Aiming to secure the [[Dynamic Nuclear Generation System]], Silas shot down [[William Fowler|Agent Fowler]]'s jet. When Fowler continued his journey by truck, Silas sent MECH agents in cars to try and intercept the convoy, only to experience resistance from the vehicles, which were in reality [[Autobot]]s. The convoy came under attack from [[Vehicon (Prime)|Vehicons]], resulting in the Autobots revealing their true forms and thus though MECH's further attempt to secure the D.N.G.S. resulted in failure, they at least learned of the Autobots' presence on [[Earth]]. {{storylink|Convoy (episode)|Convoy}}

MECH's next operation concerning the Transformers involved capturing [[Breakdown (Prime)|Breakdown]] on the [[Kamchatka Peninsula]]. Though a group of Autobots, including [[Bulkhead (Prime)|Bulkhead]] who directly assaulted the MECH base, managed to free Breakdown, MECH had been able to extract enough information that Silas could initiate [[Project Chimera]]. {{Storylink|Operation: Breakdown}}

Silas's team encountered the rogue [[Decepticon]] [[Airachnid]], who cut a deal with them: if Silas could find [[Jack Darby]] for her, she would give them [[Arcee (Prime)|Arcee]]. Silas was successful in locating Jack's mother [[June Darby]] and they used her to lure Jack and [[Arcee (Prime)|Arcee]] to a factory in [[Jasper]]. MECH didn't get a chance to extract any technology from Arcee before Fowler arrived, but Silas was able to observe Airachnid [[scanning]] a helicopter. {{storylink|Crisscross}}

As [[Project Chimera]] neared completion, MECH set a homing beacon trap for a Transformer to investigate. When Bumblebee fell for the bait, they ambushed the Autobot and removed his [[transformation cog|T cog]]. After MECH captured [[Breakdown (Prime)|Breakdown]] the surgeon was tasked with dismantling him and using what they found to make a new generation of weapons. He managed to cut out Breakdown's eye, which they converted into a two-way feed, allowing [[Silas]] to talk to the Autobots who were trying to rescue the Decepticon. When Bulkhead came to Breakdown's rescue, Silas and the "medical" team evacuated before he reached the prisoner. They had however gained enough info on his internal workings to launch [[Project Chimera]]. {{storylink|Operation: Breakdown}}

A deal struck with [[Airachnid]] allowed MECH to capture [[Arcee (Prime)|Arcee]] and hold her in their temporary facility in [[Jasper]], [[Nevada]]. Silas ordered the surgeon to cut open Arcee and take her "[[Spark|heart]]", suspecting that Airachnid might double cross them if they did things her way. Arcee woke up and beat up the surgeon and his assistant after they cut her out of Airachnid's webbing. {{storylink|Crisscross}}

As Project Chimera neared completion, MECH attacked [[Bumblebee (Prime)|Bumblebee]] to get their hands on a [[transformation cog|T cog]]. Once the scout was paralyses-ed, the surgeon extracted it, in quicker time then he thought. Though he installed it into the robot they'd built, the cog failed to give it the ability to [[transformation|transform]], no matter what the surgeon did. He was there to witness [[Starscream (Prime)|Starscream]]'s partner proposal to MECH. {{storylink|Operation Bumblebee, Part 1}}
