Prowl gave him some lip, and Warpath was tempted to take him on, until Yoketron told Warpath that he had it under control. Near the end of the war, during the [[Battle for Iacon]], Warpath was shot in the back and seriously wounded. The Autobots won the battle, as [[Omega Supreme (Animated)|Omega Supreme]] defeated most of the Decepticon army. [[Ratchet (Animated)|Ratchet]] walked past Warpath's unconscious body while looking to help the heavily damaged Omega. {{storylink|TransWarped}}

Warpath survived, and millions of years later, was seen in a crowd welcoming [[Sentinel Prime (Animated)|Sentinel Prime]] and the captured Decepticons on Cybertron (albeit [[scale|looking a little smaller than he used to]]). {{storylink|Decepticon Air}} He was back up to full height when he appeared to cheer for [[Optimus Prime (Animated)|Optimus Prime]] and his crew when they returned to Cybertron triumphant. {{storylink|Endgame, Part II}}
