That big green, fire-snortin' lizard is a mysterious creature referred to once. Apparently, it is big, green, and possibly snorts fire.
Fiction
Marvel Comics
Upon hearing about trouble in Oregon, S.H.I.E.L.D. employee Nicholas (aka Nick Fury, Agent of SHIELD in the Marvel Universe)threatens to quit if it's that big green, fire-snortin' lizard. Prisoner of War!

(It has been speculated that the lizard in question may be the dreaded, irradiated monster Godzilla, or the dragonlike supervillain Fing Fang Foom, both as described in the publications of Marvel Comics. Alternatively, Nicholas may have been referring to Hojoni.)
Fiction
American Animated Continuity
The Female Autobots were believed destroyed by a missile strike during the Ark's launch 4 million years ago.

By 1985, they were the last active resistance on Cybertron, operating in secret. Shockwave discovered their continued existance and tracked them back to their underground headquarters.

A subsequent attempt to capture Elita One resulted in a reunion with the Autobots of Earth, who believed the Female Autobots had perished long ago.

The Female Autobots relocated to a new secret headquarters provided by Alpha Trion.

Dreamwave Continuity
Yadda-yadda, lesbian Quintesson love toys.

Unnamed Members
The two unnamed female Autobots seem to serve a more support/defensive role, while Chromia leads a strike force out on raids.

While difficult to judge the relative size of these characters (since they are often foreshortened in the background,) the Green and Orange Female Autobots appear the smallest in the group. Or, the art is bad. Take your pick.

Green Female
Seen manning a series of monitors in their original headquarters.

When trapped in their collapsed base, she appears more visibly defeated than any of her comrades.

She seems to mix less with the others.

Orange Female
The only member of Elita One's command not present in flashbacks to the Ark's Launch.

She's seen performing maintenance in their original base.

In contrast to her green comrade, she appears casual, even nonchalant while trapped in their ruined base.

The orange Female Autobot appears on the cover of the Club Udon special edition cover to Gi Joe vs. The Transformers volume 3 #2, but she is discolored like the green female. Presumably one (or both) of them also exist in the Joe/TF continuity

GoBots
Released in 1995, the Generation 2 Go-Bots are small 1:64-scale Transformers cars, the same size as "Matchbox" and "Hot Wheels" brand cars. In fact, Go-Bots were developed to be used with tracks and playests from those brands, sharing the same smooth-rolling axle/wheel construction that lets the toys be quickyl zipped along smooth surfaces.

During Generation 2, three different sets of Go-Bots were released. The initial set consisted of

*Blowout
*Double Clutch
*FireCracker
*Gearhead
*High Beam
*Motormouth

The second set was largely the same, replacing all of the transparent plastics with opaques of the same colors. Firecracker and Blowout were replaced by Optimus Prime and Megatron in this set.

As was the case for most of late Generation 2, the complete set of six were completely redecoed and made into new versions of returning Generation 1 characters.

*Bumblebee
*Frenzy
*Ironhide
*Mirage
*Sideswipe
*Soundwave

These molds were later re-used as the Spy Changers for Robots in Disguise.

For 1995, an exclusive redeco of High Beam was released as Nightracer.

Unreleased
A second set of six new molds were developed for late Generation 2. Though four of these toys had been given complete paint jobs and were apparently ready to be released, the Generation 2 line was ended before they could be released. One of them appears to be a new form for the Generation 1 Decepticon Rumble, as the toy had a tampograph with "Rumble" on its side.

These same four molds would later finally see retail release in the Robots in Disguise line, then later as Generation 1 characters for the Universe line.

The remaining two molds appear to have been separated from the sprues during the original development cycle, and it is likely they may never see release.

An early prototype of a Go-Bot "Racing Rig" has surfaced, with a proposed redeco of Gearhead as Greasepit. All information suggests this toy never made it past the hand-made, hand-painted state.
