While Cody prefers the lobsters, Frankie is looking forward to the technology parade, in which she'll get to ride on her dad's float. Discussing which is better, they find [[Charlie Burns|Chief Burns]] and [[Doc Greene]] inflating a helium lobster balloon. Frankie scoffs at the fact that the [[Rescue Bot]]s are taking part on the parade too, but at that moment a strong gust of wind causes the balloon's cables to snap. One catches Doc Greene's leg, and as the balloon drifts away, he's taken with it. The others give chase, collecting [[Chase (RB)|Chase]] along the way, but even the [[Autobot]] is unable to save Doc Greene from being whisked away.

Back at the fire station, the other Rescue Bots and the rest of the Burns family get the alert and roll out. Doc Greene manages to catch on to a building and, following Chief Burns's suggestion, unties the rope from his ankle, freeing himself from the balloon. While [[Kade Burns|Kade]] and [[Heatwave (RB)|Heatwave]] rescue the Doc from the building, [[Blades (RB)|Blades]] and [[Dani Burns|Dani]] hook the balloon and bring it back down to earth. As the Doc thanks Kade, Heatwave makes a throat-clearing noise, and Chief Burns asks Cody to remind the bots that they're supposed to be pretending to be robots.

[[Boulder]] is also distracted by a bird out the window, so Cody holds an impromptu game of "Simon Says" to help them get acting like robots. Heatwave picks that moment to appear, announcing he's not going to be in the parade because he hates acting like a robot and being climbed all over by kids. Thus when the rest of the Burns family arrives to leave for the parade, Heatwave fakes an engine problem. Kade's just happy not to have to deal with Heatwave, so the others head out without him. They arrive at the parade, where Doc Greene is filling balloons with his latest invention, [[floatium]], which is a more controllable version of helium. The parade soon starts, with the Rescue Bots marching along behind the floats, though Boulder has to be shushed by Chase. Back at base, Heatwave watches the parade on TV and is irritated by the [[Huxley Prescott|reporter's]] comments.

Back at the fairgrounds, a hungry fair-goer accidentally knocks the tank of floatium into the lobster tank and the lobsters inside immediately begin floating out of the tank. After the Rescue Bots return to the square, Coby points out the [[flobster]]s now filling the sky. While the Bots continue to pretend to be robots, despite a flobster having a close encounter with Blades's face, the humans investigate. Doc Greene quickly calculates it will take two days for the effects of the floatium to wear off, and heads back to the lab to work on a solution. Unfortunately the flobsters quickly turn hostile to the humans present. Coby formulates a plan, and Dani and Blades scoop up a bunch of the flobsters in a cage, before dropping the whole cage back into the lobster tank.

More flobsters trap Frankie in a phone booth, attracted to the starfish on the back of her jacket. She calls Cody for help, but luckily Heatwave is nearby and gets rid of the flobsters with his hose. As the others celebrate Frankie's rescue, Dani calls them back to the town square, where Doc Greene shows off the destabilizing compound he's created to remove the floatium from the water and flobsters. They can spray the compound directly on the flobsters, but there's only one batch and the flobsters are everywhere. Cody has the idea of using the giant lobster balloons to scare the flobsters and herd them back to the town square where Heatwave can spray them, ending the flobster menace.

The people of Griffin Rock enjoy their lobster lunches, while Blades finally gets the flobster joke, and Heatwave has kids climb all over him.

[[Huxley Prescott]] reports on a growing situation at the [[Griffin Rock dam]] where a minivan is teetering on the edge. Though Prescott reports that [[Blades (RB)|Blades]] and [[Dani Burns|Dani]] are on their way, [[Heatwave (RB)|Heatwave]] and [[Kade Burns|Kade]] are also heading there as Kade has been trying to get a date with the minivan's driver, [[Haley (RB)|Haley]]. They take a shortcut and reach the other side of the gorge. At Kade's insistence, Heatwave dangles him over the edge using the ladder and he reaches for her as the minivan starts to fall loose. Heatwave also begins to slip, but despite Dani's offer to drop a winch, Kade manages to grab Haley and pull her from the minivan before it falls. Prescott rushes up for an interview during which Kade is dismissive of Heatwave's contribution and then takes Haley to get coffee. They leave, not noticing that the minivan has clogged the dam's overflow pipe.

Back at the fire station, [[Cody Burns|Cody]] and [[Graham Burns|Graham]] invite the Bots to the [[Hall of Inspiration]] with them. Blades is busy getting detailed, and [[Chase (RB)|Chase]] has an enthralling afternoon of speed trap detail ahead. Heatwave is annoyed at having to clean himself and the way Kade ditched him, and Cody promises to give Kade a talk. In the end, [[Boulder]] is the only Bot who goes to the Hall. After they check out the hologram of [[Chester A. Arthur|President Arthur]], Graham heads to the basement to look at the wiring while Boulder and Cody watch a demonstration of some new inventions by [[Doc Greene]] and [[Frankie Greene|Frankie]]. His demonstration of the [[Camera Gloves]] and [[Minimizer]] go down a treat, especially with [[Evan (RB)|Evan]] and [[Myles]], a couple of local small-time criminals.

Kade is visited in his room by Cody, who talks to him about his treatment of Heatwave, but Kade is dismissive of Cody's concerns. They're interrupted by an alert—the burglar alarm in the Hall of Inspiration has gone off. The team soon arrives and surrounds the hall, but Kade decides to head inside. He encounters Evan, who fires the Minimizer at him. Heatwave jumps to protect Kade and is hit instead, shrinking out of sight. Evan fires again, but Kade jumps behind cover and calls for backup. Boulder, Blades, Dani and Graham all arrive through the front doors, only for the two bots to be hit by the Minimizer ray and disappear. Chase sneaks in the back door and grabs Evan and Myles, allowing [[Charlie Burns|Chief Burns]] to arrest them, but they refuse to say what happened to the three Rescue Bots. The damaged Minimizer sets off the sprinkler system.

The three shrunken Bots find they can't communicate with their human partners. Even Blades, trying to talk to Dani as she fixes the sprinkler, is swatted away. Unfortunately the water from the sprinklers soon washes Boulder and Heatwave into a drain, and Blades follows them by air. They land up in the sewer where Boulder's fascination at their new perspective is cut short by the appearance of some large rats. The trio jump into a nearby empty bottle and use it to bowl the rats before escaping through a break in the line. Luckily Boulder remembers he has a map of the sewer system, and they start following it.

The Burns family mopes over their lost partners. Dad reports that the two criminals are still not talking, but also that the Griffin Rock dam is sending them an error message. Kade heads there in his old truck. Meanwhile, Chase attempts to contact the rest of the team using the main comms system to no avail. He shows Cody an image of the Minimizer, and Cody recognizes it.

The three shrunken bots finally reach daylight, just in time for a flood of water to wash them out of the end of the pipe. They manage to fly to the safety of the nearby dam, which is filled to bursting point. They start to head to the fire station, but meet Kade coming the other way. He almost runs over them in his truck, but Heatwave manages to take out a tire in time. Not seeing the Bots, Kade starts climbing down to the platform on the side of the dam.

Cody has meantime taken the Minimizer to Doc Greene to get fixed. Initial tests are at least promising, if not perfect.

Kade discovers the state of the dam is not good, but the platform starts to give way. As he dangles from the platform, Blades drops Heatwave off on his shoulder. Heatwave's able to use Kade's comms device to contact the rest of the team and alert them to the situation at the dam. Boulder and Blades work together to lower the fire truck's hose to Kade, allowing him to grab it and climb to safety. Graham and Dani, working from the station, spot the minivan still blocking the spillway, and Cody uses the Minimizer to shrink it, releasing the water.

With the dam fixed, they return to the fire station where Cody uses the Minimizer to de-shrink the three bots. It's immediately apparent that they need to be cleaned. As the others run off to get soap and water, there's a knock at the door, which Kade says is Haley. Though Heatwave grumbles, it turns out Kade's invited her over to help wash the Bots.

==Synopsis==

[[Huxley Prescott]] reports on the recent events, including the retirement of the [[Rescue Bot]]s and the appointing of [[Morocco|Dr Morocco]] as head scientist. His report is interrupted by [[Harrison (RB)|Harrison]]'s out-of-control helipack ride. The [[MorBot]] turns up and begins a pursuit, crashing through a building and causing two car accidents. [[Charlie Burns|Chief Burns]] saves two passerbys from being hit by rubble from the building. Though the rest of the team wants to be called in, Burns says they can't, and the MorBot uses a fire hydrant to destroy Harrison's helipack before returning to the lab. Within the lab, Morocco is busy trying to sell off Doc Greene's inventions.

At the station, the Rescue Bots are making use of their spare time. An optimistic [[Boulder]] is painting a rose, [[Chase (RB)|Chase]] is exploring alternate career options, and [[Blades (RB)|Blades]] is studying humans by watching [[television]]. Meanwhile [[Heatwave (RB)|Heatwave]] is fruitlessly trying to contact [[Optimus Prime (Prime)|Optimus Prime]] for reassignment and is considering getting their ship back into service.

Burns takes the [[nanite]] module to the [[Luskey|mayor]], but as there's nothing linking the logo to Morocco, he doesn't get anywhere. [[Doc Greene]] is packing to move to the mainland in a couple of days as he needs a job. [[Cody Burns|Cody]] and [[Frankie Greene|Frankie]] are determined that this won't happen, and decide to look for evidence in the lab. Cody persuades [[Dani Burns|Dani]] and Blades to take him up and Cody spies on the doctor through binoculars until the MorBot interrupts them. It chases them through the wind farm back to the fire station, where the other Rescue Bots stand ready. Conflict is averted when Morocco calls the MorBot back to the lab.

Morocco and Mayor Luskey are returning to port in the ''[[Floating Xanadu]]'' when they're met at the dock by Burns and Cody, the former of whom complains about the MorBot attacking Blades. Despite the threat of angry voters, the mayor is placated by Morocco announcing he'll reprogram the MorBot. Burns isn't convinced, and even Prescott is beginning to sour on the machine, showing footage of the MorBot wrecking a driver's car and tearing up a tree to retrieve [[Mister Pettypaws]].

Heatwave does circuits outside the fire station, while inside Chase prepares pea soup, as he's decided to become a gourmet chef. The results aren't appetizing, and ends up being used as paint by a Boulder, who's now painting a less rosy picture.

Cody and Frankie sneak into the lab via a holographic doggie door. They find Morocco making sales over the phone, and discover that Frankie has been locked out of the computer. They're found by the man himself, who sends the MorBot after them. They hide behind boxes and make their way to an elevator, but when they reach the roof, they realize they're trapped. A grenade knocked loose by the MorBot causes an explosion.

With a mounting number of emergency calls and no sign of the MorBot in town, the mayor is forced to call in the Rescue Bots. While the team is on their way to the lab, Cody and Frankie evade the MorBot temporarily by heading into Morocco's airship and closing a door. They find Morocco's computer is active and displaying incriminating evidence. Cody radios Dani, who starts instructing him on flying the blimp while the other Rescue Bots extinguish the lab fire. With the MorBot breaking down the door, Cody brings the blimp down and the two kids disembark, followed by the MorBot, which is promptly surrounded by the Rescue Bots, who tear it to pieces. Frankie presents Burns with the evidence she's downloaded from the computer.

The council reinstates Burns's team and Doc Greene, who go back to the station for a celebratory barbecue while Prescott reports on the good news. Doctor Morocco in the meantime has left the island, having stolen the mayor's ship.

==Synopsis==

[[Huxley Prescott]] reports on the recent events, including the retirement of the [[Rescue Bot]]s and the appointing of [[Morocco|Dr Morocco]] as head scientist. His report is interrupted by [[Harrison (RB)|Harrison]]'s out-of-control helipack ride. The [[MorBot]] turns up and begins a pursuit, crashing through a building and causing two car accidents. [[Charlie Burns|Chief Burns]] saves two passerbys from being hit by rubble from the building. Though the rest of the team wants to be called in, Burns says they can't, and the MorBot uses a fire hydrant to destroy Harrison's helipack before returning to the lab. Within the lab, Morocco is busy trying to sell off Doc Greene's inventions.

At the station, the Rescue Bots are making use of their spare time. An optimistic [[Boulder]] is painting a rose, [[Chase (RB)|Chase]] is exploring alternate career options, and [[Blades (RB)|Blades]] is studying humans by watching [[television]]. Meanwhile [[Heatwave (RB)|Heatwave]] is fruitlessly trying to contact [[Optimus Prime (Prime)|Optimus Prime]] for reassignment and is considering getting their ship back into service.

Burns takes the [[nanite]] module to the [[Luskey|mayor]], but as there's nothing linking the logo to Morocco, he doesn't get anywhere. [[Doc Greene]] is packing to move to the mainland in a couple of days as he needs a job. [[Cody Burns|Cody]] and [[Frankie Greene|Frankie]] are determined that this won't happen, and decide to look for evidence in the lab. Cody persuades [[Dani Burns|Dani]] and Blades to take him up and Cody spies on the doctor through binoculars until the MorBot interrupts them. It chases them through the wind farm back to the fire station, where the other Rescue Bots stand ready. Conflict is averted when Morocco calls the MorBot back to the lab.

Morocco and Mayor Luskey are returning to port in the ''[[Floating Xanadu]]'' when they're met at the dock by Burns and Cody, the former of whom complains about the MorBot attacking Blades. Despite the threat of angry voters, the mayor is placated by Morocco announcing he'll reprogram the MorBot. Burns isn't convinced, and even Prescott is beginning to sour on the machine, showing footage of the MorBot wrecking a driver's car and tearing up a tree to retrieve [[Mister Pettypaws]].

Heatwave does circuits outside the fire station, while inside Chase prepares pea soup, as he's decided to become a gourmet chef. The results aren't appetizing, and ends up being used as paint by a Boulder, who's now painting a less rosy picture.

Cody and Frankie sneak into the lab via a holographic doggie door. They find Morocco making sales over the phone, and discover that Frankie has been locked out of the computer. They're found by the man himself, who sends the MorBot after them. They hide behind boxes and make their way to an elevator, but when they reach the roof, they realize they're trapped. A grenade knocked loose by the MorBot causes an explosion.

With a mounting number of emergency calls and no sign of the MorBot in town, the mayor is forced to call in the Rescue Bots. While the team is on their way to the lab, Cody and Frankie evade the MorBot temporarily by heading into Morocco's airship and closing a door. They find Morocco's computer is active and displaying incriminating evidence. Cody radios Dani, who starts instructing him on flying the blimp while the other Rescue Bots extinguish the lab fire. With the MorBot breaking down the door, Cody brings the blimp down and the two kids disembark, followed by the MorBot, which is promptly surrounded by the Rescue Bots, who tear it to pieces. Frankie presents Burns with the evidence she's downloaded from the computer.

The council reinstates Burns's team and Doc Greene, who go back to the station for a celebratory barbecue while Prescott reports on the good news. Doctor Morocco in the meantime has left the island, having stolen the mayor's ship.
