The '''Sparkbots''' are a trio of [[Transformers]] who claim to be servants of [[Primus]], but their true allegiance is to Primus' dark opposite, Unicron. They transform from small glowing spheres into significantly larger robots of various configurations. They have the ability to fly, communicate telepathically, and apparently also to travel through time when their abilities are activated by a [[kiss]]. They mostly make grinding noises when they speak out loud.

In the year 2006 or 2007, the Sparkbots suddenly appeared in the sky before the "[[Kiss Players]]" singing group at the [[Fortress Maximus|Brave Maximus]] Fortress concert of their world tour. They introduced themselves to the performers telepathically and insisted that the three humans in the group kiss them.

The [[Autobot]] commander [[Optimus Prime (G1)|Optimus Prime]] was there, but could not see the time travellers as they observed him.

Flying close to Prime with Marissa on her back, she told the human to kiss the Autobot. When she did, a fragment of the [[Allspark]] emerged from his chest. As the travellers retrieved it, Angela ordered their return to the present day.

The Sparkbots continued to lead the Kiss Players from one point in time and space to the next. At each destination, they encountered a famous Autobot or [[Maximal]] leader and kissed him to extract a fragment of the Allspark.

Following a perilous adventure on the planet [[Quintessa]], the Kiss Players decided to decorate their new friends with symbols of their own devising. The Sparkbots' only response was to make grinding noises, leaving the girls undecided as to whether or not they approved.

As the team came closer to reaching their goal, a mysterious giant golden hand started appearing from nowhere and taking the Allspark fragments before the Kiss Players and Sparkbots could collect them.

When the hand was discovered to belong to [[Primus]] himself, the true purpose and allegiance of the Sparkbots was at last revealed: they were agents of evil, and what the Kiss Players had been collecting were not fragments of the Allspark at all, but [[Angolmois]] energy, the life force of [[Unicron]]! In fact, it had been the Sparkbots who redirected [[Galvatron (G1)|Galvatron's]] path toward Earth when he was originally fated to crash on [[Thrull]], thus causing the destruction of [[Tokyo]] and all of the events that resulted from that catastrophe.

Fleeing back in time to prehistoric Earth with their precious prize, the Sparkbots released the Angolmois energy that they had collected. Unicron was reborn!

In a mighty struggle, Primus succeeded in destroying Unicron once more, confining both his dark energy and the Sparkbots beneath the surface of the planet and creating a mighty [[Fortress Maximus (RID)|guardian]] to watch over them. The Sparkbots were never heard from again... unless they ended up becoming the [[Blentron]]s or something.

The Godmaster [[Transtector]]s originally resided in a region of space known as [[G Nebula 89]], which was rich in Tenchokon, suffusing the Transtectors with it. Devil Z subsequently stole the mechanoids and hid them on Earth, where, over the years, they absorbed the planet's inherent Chichokon. With two of the three Chokon Powers now filling them, the final step in Devil Z's plan for the Transtectors was to bond a human being to them, thereby adding Jinchokon - inherent in all humans by its very nature - to the equation and giving the resultant Godmasters lifeform power over all three aspects of Chokon Power.

The effects of Chokon Power vary. Most commonly, it is simply channelled from its source - down from the sky, up out of the ground, or from within the Godmaster - into the Godmaster's fist, which can then either deliver a powerful, charged punch, or release the energy by firing it as an offensive blast. At other times, it is projected in waves from the Godmaster's body, or can be channelled into their weapons for enhanced firepower. The only type known to have an effect specific to itself is Chichokon, which gives Godmasters the power to control the Earth beneath them, levitating and energizing rocks and dirt that can be hurled at opponents.

They cannot use this energy offensively; instead, it serves to automatically enhance their strength, reflexes and agility. Additionally, when [[Cab]], [[Shuta]] and [[Minerva]] all placed their hands on the control panel of [[Godbomber]], their Chokon Power added together was enough to equal that of Ginrai's, and activated the drone for battle. The trio were later able to share their Chokon Power again, adding it to Ginrai's in order to super-charge him for his final battle with Devil Z.

Realizing the incredible potential for Jinchokon that existed within all human beings - perhaps after seeing how truly powerful Godmasters could be - Devil Z determined to eradicate the species to remove that threat, and summarily purged the human beings from his Decepticon army, bringing the Transtectors to life as true robots. Consequently, however, the Transtectors' lack of a human component meant that they no longer possessed Jinchokon - for [[Hydra and Buster]], at least, Devil Z substitued his own [[Devil Power]] as a replacement, but this proved unable to stand against Ginrai's might. Logically, the subsequent separation of the Autobot Godmasters from their human components also left them without Jinchokon.

When Inferno's [[stasis pod]] crashed to prehistoric [[Earth]], [[Tarantulas]] and [[Blackarachnia]] immediately set out to claim him as their own. Unfortunately, Inferno had been awakened automatically, having scanned the form of a fire ant. Moreover, his beast mode came to overwhelm his logic circuits, causing Inferno to become wholly convinced that he was an actual fire ant and that his stasis pod was his "colony". [[Airazor (BW)|Airazor]] arrived at the scene and was immediately attacked by Inferno and Blackarachnia. During the fight Tarantulas escaped with the stasis pod, which was his real goal, and an enraged Inferno followed. Pursuing the Predacons, [[Tigatron]] was able to destroy the stasis pod before Tarantulas was able to get it to his lab. This act put Inferno completely over the edge and he went even crazier (if possible). Before he could finish Tigatron off however, [[Optimus Primal|Optimus]] and [[Airazor (BW)|Airazor]] showed up and blew him to bits.

However, [[Megatron (BW)|Megatron]] took an immediate shine to the brutish psychopath, proven with the quote "Oooohhh, I ''like'' him.", and had him restored, possibly with some mental improvements, and thereafter Inferno was fanatically loyal to Megatron (thinking of him as his "Queen"). A few death threats changed Inferno's words to calling Megatron "The Royalty", although he occasionally backslid. {{storylink|Spider's Game}} He continued to make references to his ant mentality (for example, calling the Predacon base the colony and Rampage a drone) throughout the series.

In subsequent skirmishes, he killed Tigatron's mate, discovered and recovered the [[Alien Disk]], and was sent to assassinate the treacherous Tarantulas, though the latter ended in temporary defeat while the [[Vok]]'s [[Planet Buster]] ravaged the planet's surface. After the death of [[Scorponok (BW)|Scorponok]], Inferno became the Predacon [[Sub-Commander]]. He was taken as seriously as Scroponok was.

When [[Ravage]] arrived in the Beast Wars and Megatron's troops were scattered, Inferno sacrificed himself by detonating a huge cache of [[Energon]] in a failed attempt to defeat the Maximals. Despite his apparent vaporization, he revived yet again, though with several holes in his chassis.

As the Beast Wars conflict escalated, Inferno's importance and intimidation factor declined. When he was sent (alongside [[Quickstrike (BW)|Quickstrike]] and [[Waspinator]]) to destroy a [[protohuman]] settlement, not only was he beaten severely by the cavemen, he was also accidentally killed when he was caught in the ''[[Nemesis (G1)|Nemesis]]''' firing range.

His head was used thereafter by the protohumans as a drum.

Sixshot feels life is only worth living as long as there are enemies to pit himself against. Thankfully, his six forms and his function as a S.T.A.G. (Solo Transformer Assault Group) give him plenty of opportunities for combat.

Sixshot debuted with the function of "[[Trypticon|Decepticon City]] Ninja Commander". In this respect, he was something of an arch-enemy to [[Ultra Magnus (G1)|Ultra Magnus]]. Sixshot was immensely powerful and soon usurped [[Cyclonus (G1)|Cyclonus]] and [[Scourge (G1)|Scourge]] as Galvatron's bestest fwend. Sixshot had a long, bloody history of being a scoundrel and a killer. Millions of years prior to his becoming Decepticon City Commander, Sixshot traveled to the planet [[Master]] and tried to rip-off a mining operation. One of the miners, [[Abel]], stood up to him and Sixshot brutally murdered him. Abel happened to be a good friend of [[Chromedome|Chromedome's]], however, this was before he underwent the [[Headmaster]] process and was too weak to stop Sixshot.

Sixshot would continue to plague Chromedome, as he later killed Chromedome's buddy, [[Jackal]], and even went so far as to gun-down Ultra Magnus with his secret seventh-mode, '''Wingwolf'''.

Sixshot was never well-liked by [[Scorponok (G1)|Scorponok]], and once Galvatron was out of the picture, Scorponok did his best to do away with Sixshot. After being deserted by Scorponok and the other Decepticons, Sixshot found himself stranded on a strange planet with [[Daniel Witwicky|Daniel]]. Sixshot revealed a softer side to Daniel and helped protect the young boy from the killer monsters inhabiting the planet.

Sixshot later left the Decepticons and helped take them down in the final battle on Earth. He said his goodbyes to Daniel, however, he did not immediately leave Earth like all the other Transformers.

Sixshot was one of the most feared Decepticons in the galaxy, as well as one of the most powerful. His lethal, emotionless-nature ended up ostracizing him from his fellow Decepticons, and though he wasn't the most ''social'' warrior, he did miss the comradery of battle. The closest thing he had to "friends" were the [[Terrorcon (G1)|Terrorcon]]s, a troop of Decepticon warriors who envied Sixshot's power and reputation and aspired to one day be as great as he.

While on a mission to the strategically-significant planet [[Mumu-Obscura]], the Terrorcons went missing. After getting the info from [[Squawkbox]], Sixshot set out to rescue his "friends". After arriving, he found Mumu-Obscura to be a dead world, completely razed by a group known as the [[Reapers]]. The Reapers, lead by [[Deathbringer]], offered the lives of the Terrorcons to Sixshot, could the Decepticon defeat them in battle. Sixshot fought valiantly, though the Reapers proved to just be toying with him.

Eventually, Deathbringer called off the battle and handed over the Terrorcons. The entire fight had been a test and the Reapers were willing to extend membership to Sixshot. The final test for joining, however, would be that Sixshot must sever all sentimental connections to his past and eliminate the Terrorcons. Sixshot could not bring himself to do the deed, though a part of him truly craved to be a Reaper. ==Appearence==

The appearence of Female Transformers in most continuities would seem to suggest a level of "sexual" dimorphism is present in at least the more humanoid members of the Transformers species (the term sexual is used in a gender-based, rather than physical sense, see the reproduction link above for that whole kettle of robo-fish). In almost all cases female Transformers are portrayed as comparatively more gracile of form, and more rounded and curved in general, than their male counterparts. Often they have a more than passing resemblance to an attractive human female made of metal and wearing armor and [[kibble]].

There are exceptions to this rule, and bulky, less overtly human-female-like characters have become more common, particularly among those who have toys. These are especially common in the [[Unicron Trilogy]] series and in latter expansions of the [[Generation 1]] series out of Japan, when the characters are often assigned to pre-existing "male"-designed toys.

Given the appearance of Beta back in the slave days under [[Quintesson]] rule, it seems clear they were produced alongside the male [[Autobot]]s as part of the Quintessons' domestic product line. There are no [[Decepticon]] females in American continuity, however.

[[Wreck-Gar]] has a "[[Nancy|Junkion lady]]" companion in one episode. Just how relationships function in this isolated, media-based Transformers society is unclear, although it's notable that Wreck-Gar and his lady friend "slept" sitting up next to eachother on giant thrones between television broadcast cycles.

(It's also worth noting that the lady's character model is actually that of a female [[Lithone]], another mechanical race, but whether this is meaningful in any way or simple model recycling is uncertain.)

Meanwhile, in the animated series, the [[Micromaster]] [[Holi]] is shown to have a girlfriend on the planet [[Micro]], [[Clipper]]. There doesn't seem to be much special about her, aside from her being fairly competant and not subservient to guys at all. However, she ''is'' predominantly pink, so, well, baby steps.

He also makes references to a bar on [[Cybertron (planet)|Cybertron]] where the wait-staff go "without their torso-plates on"... which frankly sounds like it'd be really messy.

There are examples and hints of romantic interest between males and females in both ''[[Armada]]'' ([[Redline]] and [[Falcia]] in the [[Linkage (comic)|''Linkage'' comics]], plus [[Nightscream (Armada)|Nightscream's]] eagerness to appease and defend his [[bulk]] partner [[Airazor (Armada)|Airazor]]), and ''[[Cybertron (franchise)|Cybertron]]'' stories (most obviously [[Thunderblast (Decepticon)|Thunderblast's]] intense infatuation with [[Megatron (Armada)|Megatron]], [[Ransack (Cybertron)|Ransack's]] secret crush on [[Override (Cybertron)|Override]], plus [[Downshift (Energon)|Downshift]] reportedly has an unnamed female "life partner" lost somewhere on [[Earth]]). He did not rule out doing so however, as he said he had found a similar justification for the [[Pretender]]s, which led to the [[Stormbringer (comics)|Stormbringer]] miniseries.

Despite this, in ''[[Megatron Origin]]'' #2 [[Alex Milne]] has drawn what are clearly intended to be female Transformers hangin' all over a rather pimpin' looking Gundamish bot who's cheering Megatron's first fight in the [[Forge]]. Also, in the same issue, a Transformer clearly based on the female [[Tonka GoBots]] character Crasher is part of [[Clench (G2)|Clench]]'s (and later Megatron's) inner circle/gladitorial team. Whether one wants to treat either of these as anything more than an [[easter egg]] is, of course, up to the individual.

Adding more robo-estrogen to the fire, [[Elita One]] appears with [[Optimus Prime (G1)|her boyfriend]], [[Alpha Trion (G1)|their father]], and [[Ultra Magnus (G1)| close friend]] at [[Bumper]] and [[Fastback]]'s funeral in #3. And [[Chromia]] can be seen just in front of [[Ironhide (G1)|Ironhide]]. Either Furman changed his mind, or the artists are ''waaay'' too easter egg happy, which is ''incredibly'' likely.

There is a very humane, even gentle side to him as well, and there are times when one can't help but suspect his seriousness has a hidden smile behind it. Though Lio Convoy dislikes fighting for its own sake, for a just cause he is more than willing to throw himself into the frey. He believes that through combat one can gain insight and understanding of an opponents true character and thought processes.

A Supreme Commander with his own [[Energon Matrix]]. He led a troop of Maximal soldiers to planet [[Gaia]] to stop [[Galvatron (BWII)|Galvatron]] and his [[Predacon (BW)|Predacons]].

After being attacked by a ship of rogue Predacons, lead by [[Galvatron (BWII)|Galvatron]], Lio Convoy and his army of Maximals gave chase to their enemies. Lio Convoy and his crew of Maximals chased Galvatron to the distant planet Gaia where Lio Convoy was separated from the rest of his troops while protecting [[Apache]] from a Predacon attack. The over-abundance of [[Angolmois]] energy proved harmful to Transformers, forcing all the Maximals to scan local wildlife for necessary beast modes. Injured, Lio Convoy was rescued by a white lion and scanned its form while recuperating. He then rescued his troops from another Predacon attack. Next, they set-up base on Gaia, now aware that Galvatron was after the powerful Angolmois energy.

Lio Convoy is later reunited with his "son", [[Lio Junior]]. While Lio Convoy was first recovering from Predacon attack, the Spirit of Gaia copied his Leadership Matrix and infused it within Lio Junior, resulting in Lio Junior's belief that he is Lio Convoy's offspring. Lio Convoy wasn't very eager to be weighed down by a son, and Lio Junior spent the bulk of the series trying desperately to earn his acceptance.

At one point, an alien machine that could warp time and space crashed onto Gaia. The Predacons used it to summon the unstoppable mobile fortress, [[Majin Zarak]], and quickly trashed most of the Maximals. [[Magnaboss (BWII)|Magnaboss]] (the combined form of Lio Junior, [[Santon]] and [[Skywarp (BWII)|Skywarp]]) managed to summon [[Optimus Primal]] to their aid with the machine.

Primal and Lio Convoy teamed-up to battle Majin Zarak, who turned out to be a sentient robot and not just a battle station. Together, they combined the power of the Leadership Matrices to upgrade themselves into Burning Convoy and Flash Lio Convoy.

With Primal's enhanced strength and Lio Convoy's super speed, they weakened Majin Zarak. They then unleashed the power within their Matrices into a "Double Matrix Blast" which finished-off the monster.

Lio Convoy had many more wacky adventures on Gaia, including but not limited to: Evil Clones, Space Pirates and Fiesty Mexican Robot Insects. Eventually, Galvatron summoned the [[Nemesis (BWII)|Nemesis]], a giant spacecraft, to suck all the Angolmois energy out of Gaia. The Maximals followed the Predacons to the Nemesis and Lio Convoy managed to infiltrate the ship with the help of [[Scuba]] and the [[Tako Tank]]. Inside, Lio Convoy faced Galvatron but could not defeat the Predacon Emperor of Destruction, who was now over-powered by Angolmois energy. Lio Junior soon arrived to rescue his daddy and the pair, with the help of "good" Angolmois energy, merged into the Great Green Warrior. They did battle with Galvatron and eventually defeated him, sealing the Angolmois energy into capsules and firing them off into space. Galvatron then revealed his big surprise and used his [[Galva-Matrix]] to cause the Nemesis to explode. Lio Convoy and the rest of the Maximals then fall into a wormhole.

Lio Convoy used all his power to free the Maximals from the wormhole, though he remained trapped inside.

After Big Convoy blew Unicron away with his Matrix Buster, the Maximals and Predacons formed an alliance of true unity and worked together to restore Cybertron. The ever-vigilant Lio Convoy sat at the Maximal Council, but was also a member of a secret black-ops intelligence unit of the [[Maximal Imperium]]. During a conversation with [[Razorbeast]] that was officially off-the-record, he reminded his fellow Maximal that their unit doesn't exist and that the Imperium doesn't sanction their operations. He warned Razorbeast that if he was caught while undercover in [[Magmatron]]'s command, he would be disavowed.

Unfortunately, Lio Convoy believes that Magmatron is the true enemy, while [[Megatron (BW)|Megatron]] is just a loose cannon. Real good job of threat assessment there...

Lio Convoy leads a group known as the [[Pack]], a handful of Maximals who served under both Lio Convoy and Big Convoy during their respective campaigns. After Razorbeast's transwarp booster-sent distress message was strengthened by Magmatron, it reached Lio Convoy, who mobilized the Pack at once.

From his throne in [[Darkmount]], there are none in [[Polyhex]] who don't feel his crushing influence. Straxus' word is law, unbound by reason or facts, and can and will change from thought to thought. A brutal powerhouse, he is more than able to enforce his policies, usually with a deadly blow from his battle axe. Fools have tried to appeal to his sense of pity; he has none. Mercy is not dispensed at Darkmount, only death.

When a Decepticon transmission beamed from the planet [[Earth]] circa the Earth year 1985 reached Cybertron, Straxus immediately arranged for the capture of the scientist [[Spanner]] so that a [[space bridge]] between the worlds could be constructed. Attempting to locate Spanner, the Autobot spy [[Scrounge]] learned of this plot, but was captured by [[Shrapnel (G1)|Shrapnel]] and brought before Straxus, who maliciously destroyed his unique recording-device arm before consigning him to death in the [[smelting pool]]s. In turn, [[Blaster]] came searching for Scrounge (against orders), was captured and brought before Straxus, and sentenced to the pools. There he discovered the dying Scrounge, was given the information he had acquired, and escaped with the aid of his Autobot friends who had come looking for him (against orders).

The space bridge was subsequently completed, but its earliest tests reduced Straxus to rage when a malfunction caused the death of [[Crosscut (Decepticon)|Crosscut]], and he sent another unfortunate to instant death in an attempt to figure out what had gone wrong. As the tests went on, an Autobot raiding party planted explosives within Darkmount, destroying it, and sending an enraged Straxus after their heads. With the bridge unattended, Blaster intended to destroy it, but was confronted by Straxus in a one-on-one duel. Crippling Blaster with his axe, Straxus was duped into accidentally severing the bridge's fuel line, destabilizing its teleporting arch, through which Blaster then kicked Straxus, destroying him.
