Stephen Baskerville was an Artist for Marvel Comics, often paired as an inker with penciler [[Andrew Wildman]]. His work is notable for a focus on the capturing the reflection of light, a useful artistic interest to have when one's job is drawing moving metal boxes.

He started with Marvel UK in 1987, doing pencils and inks on titles like Transformers, Thundercats, and Ghostbusters amoung other licensed work until 1996.

When fellow Brit [[Simon Furman]] took over the writing for Transformers from 90-91, Baskerville made the transition with other Marvel UK artists who worked with Furman, such as [[Geoff Senior]] and frequent collaborator [[Andrew Wildman.]] The Early 90's found him inking on Marvel titles like GI Joe and Web of Spider-Man, as well as Epic Comics' Sleeze Brothers and DC's adaptation of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. By 1994, He was working on Spider-Man 2099 and Malibu Ultraverse's Night Man. By the late nineties he was again working for Marvel UK on the title Thomas and Friends, right through Marvel UK's transition to Panini Comics. In 2000AD he was inking for Egmont's 2000AD.

Panini would bring Baskerville full circle in 2002 when he collaborated with Wildman on the final issue of [[Armada_%28Panini_comic%29 | Transformers Armada]]

Currently, Baskerville does concept art for video grame development working on such licenses as Barbie and SpongeBob Squarepants, and lighter fare like Reservoir Dogs. He has also published a webcomic about a dominatrix detective in a bowler hat who beats up doormen with awesome high top fade haircuts.

The highlight of the weekend was DEATH BY CHOCOLATE. Originally billed as a Transformers-themed murder-mystery dinner complete with Nightbeat art, it became a standard murder-mystery dinner based around a bunch of people named after brands of candy. We had lots of fun filling out the forms and playing with the pencils there on the group W bench there; then [[Bob Budiansky]] showed up and everybody got lithographs signed by [[Peter Cullen]] and [[Frank Welker]].

The Autobot's victory was short-lived... and so was the Autobot, as Brawl punctured Jazz's chest with his claw, extinguishing his [[spark]]. [[Ironhide (Movie)|Ironhide]] arrived just in time to witness the killing, and fought through a horde of Decepticon units to destroy Brawl.

Brawl, [[Bonecrusher (Movie)|Bonecrusher]] and Starscream were hiding out in a human military installation in the desert when they received word that [[Frenzy (Movie)|Frenzy]] and [[Barricade (Movie)|Barricade]] had discovered the location of the [[AllSpark]]. When the three Decepticons mobilized, the two ground-based machines were assaulted by tanks designed to fire holding beams of electrical energy, forcing Starscream to back-and-forth babysit the two Decepticons as they tried to escape.

Brawl later stood by [[Megatron (Movie)|Megatron's ]] side in Washington D.C. after they had retrieved the AllSpark from the destroyed Autobots and had decimated pretty much everything in their path.

Brawl (here called "Devastator") was lying in wait at a military depot when Starscream contacted the Decepticon infiltration team, informing them that the All Spark had been found and they were to move out. Devastator acknowledged that he was in transit and rolled out of the depot. He met up with [[Barricade (Movie)|Barricade]] and [[Bonecrusher (Movie)|Bonecrusher]] and hit the highway, though Devastator separated from the group before Barricade and Bonecrusher got on the freeway and met up with Autobot/human convoy.

Arriving at [[Mission City]] in the aftermath of Starscream's opening attack on the Autobots and their [[William Lennox|human]] [[Robert Epps|allies]], Devastator fired shells from his main gun, narrowly missing several targets before running over vehicles abandoned by human bystanders. As the American soldiers fanned out in search of cover, Devastator transformed into robot mode to get up close and personal. With the soldiers firing sabot-rounds from their grenade launchers, the Autobot Jazz jumped on top of Devastator where the Decepticon couldn't reach and destroyed his left side rocket launcher pod.

Damaged, but not down, Devastator continued to shrug off the sabot rounds from the humans as he fired wildly at all opposition. As Ironhide sped towards him in vehicle mode, Devastator fired two rockets from his remaining launcher, missing the heavily armed Autobot as he somersaulted over the missiles. [[Ratchet (Movie)|Ratchet]] followed up by using his buzzsaw to slice off Devastator's left arm. The humans then fired a volley of sabot rounds, which stunned Devastator. The only thing that saved him was the human's retreat at the arrival of [[Megatron (Movie)|Megatron]]. Eventually, Ironhide and Ratchet disengaged from the battle as they left to protect [[Sam Witwicky|Sam]], who was escaping with the All Spark, while Jazz took on Megatron. Now with fewer targets to deal with, Devastator sprayed heavily machine gun fire at the remaining humans, whose leader remarked that the battle was not going well.

Devastator continued to pin down the soldiers until the damaged Autobot [[Bumblebee (Movie)|Bumblebee]] suddenly attacked while on the back of of a tow truck driven by Sam's [[Mikaela Banes|female companion]]. With Bumblebee's plasma cannon being the deciding factor, the human soldiers rallied and fired more sabots, piercing Devastator's armor until a final shot from Bumblebee struck Devastator's spark and killed him.

Devastator's body was dumped into the deepest part of the ocean along with his fellow Decepticons, in the hopes the intense pressure and cold will destroy whatever remained. {{Storylink|Transformers (2007)}}

Fred was the best (and possibly only) friend of [[Billy_(Armada)|Billy]], Lincoln Middle School's resident would-be-bully. Fred was rather unmotivated by the prospect of bullying [[Rad_White|Rad]] and [[Carlos_Lopez|Carlos]], preferring to occupy his time with eating assorted snack foods and mentioning that he was still hungry.

Later on, he and Billy became good friends with their former would-be victims, participating on many adventures with them due the fact Fred is awesome and indispensible to the Autobots. Plus, somebody had to bring all the food along.

One day, Rad and Carlos went out investigating the caves under the local observatory, so Billy and Fred followed, intent on discovering what the two were up to, as well as wanting to bully them for no apparent reason.

Unfortunately for Fred, Rad's activation of [[Exodus|the caverns]] caused an earthquake that almost buried them alive (Fred, you knew the job was dangerous when you took it). When he and Fred finally crawled out of the rubble, they were greeted by the sight of gigantic, body-shaped depressions and footprints in the valley floor. {{Storylink|First Encounter}}

Later, Billy and Fred managed to discover the truth about Rad and Carlos' [[Mini-Cons|toy robots]], and were forced by [[Hot Shot (Armada)|Hot Shot]] to promise to keep the existance of the Transformers a secret, after saving their lives. {{Storylink|Carnival}}

While attemping to once again harrass Rad and Carlos, Billy and Fred were captured by the [[Decepticon|Decepticons]] for nefarious purposes and imprisoned in one of those conviently abandoned ghost towns that seem to populate Earth in most Transformers continuities. While imprisoned, Fred offered the Decepticon Mini-Con [[Leader-1]] some potato chips, which appeared to earn him the Mini-Con's friendship. When the [[Autobot]] rescue attempt went arwry, Fred was pivotal in securing their freedom from the Decepticons and their nefarious purposes because Leader-1 refused to do anything to harm the humans.
