The clone pilots are (part of) the Republic's most elite military force, accompanied by their grounded cousins, the clone troopers. They are key combatants in a large-scale military conflict known as the Clone Wars. War being a great motivation for technological innovation by humans, "morphing" is developed during the Clone Wars. This is the local term for the heretofore-unknown technology of transformation, which at this time is known to be used by the Army of the Republic for four types of machines: their ARC-170 starfighters, airborne Gunships, V-19 Torrent Starfighters and Y-wings.

They also pilot non-transforming vehicles. It is unknown if these are exclusively older weapons systems or if single-mode vehicles continue to have an irreplaceable role in combat.

: The first new clone pilot mold under the Crossovers banner transforms into a three-winged V-19 Torrent Starfighter. This incarnation of the clone pilot is also armed with two missile launchers/handguns. While it doesn't come with a pilot figure, the cockpit still opens up to seat one.
*Clone Pilot/Republic Gunship (2009)
**Accessories: 2 missile launchers, 2 missiles

:Most similar to the original deco of the Republic Gunship mold, this version features remolded side doors, closing the passenger compartment and deleting the two spherical gunner pods. The shoulders have been remolded to fill the gunner pod arm attaching sockets, and portray closed forward ship doors. This version also features distinct nose art of a Kowakian monkey-lizard wielding a bomb, identifying the vehicle mode as being the specific ship "Crumb Bomber." The Aurebesh lettering reads "Laugh This Off".

:Since the figure does not include a pilot minifigure, the cockpit glass has been molded in opaque blue to cover the empty pilot's chair. also Unlike the previous release there is no platform to connect other figures

:This version of the Republic Gunship mold was also used to make Clone Commander Wolffe.
**Accessories: 2 missiles

:A black, white and grey redeco of the Shock Trooper toy, this clone sports a fairly simple transformation from robot to V-wing Starfighter. Its arms have an awkward amount of joints which make its posing difficult in some instances. The ship features two missile launchers with two-pronged missiles, which become the robot's lower arms. Its hands are blocked by spring backed discs that are stuck at first.
**Accessories: Vehicle nose/gun, missile, 2 blaster pistols

:The Y-wing toy transforms from a white and yellow starship to a robot mode based on a clone pilot, and features a firing two-pronged missile in its nose and flip-out landing gear. In robot mode, the nose detaches to form a handheld missile launcher. The figure can also use two identical white blaster pistols that store in holsters that can be seen on either of the clone pilot's thighs.

:While the front of the packaging only says "Y-wing Pilot", the bio on the back explains that this toy indeed represents a clone pilot.

:Unlike most Star Wars Transformers/Crossovers toys thus far, this mold (along with the Anakin Skywalker retool) does not feature an opening cockpit to fit a mini-figure.

:This mold was retooled into Anakin Skywalker.
:The Y-wing toy transforms from a white and yellow starship to a robot mode based on a Clone Pilot. This version of the Y-wing pilot is a smaller size class (Similar to the Cyberverse Commander Class). He comes with a large blaster rifle. He features a panel on his underside (one that is similar to the ones found on class III Darth Vader/Anakin's turbine cannons) which flips up to act as a handle for class III figures to hold him in ship mode as a weapon( though it ends up just looking like he's just holding a starfighter).
Notes
* Within the Star Wars universe, the blue and white "space whale" deco was originally only seen on Republic Gunships. The Star Wars Transformers line marked the first time it was applied to ARC-170 fighters and clone trooper armor. It was, of course, only a matter of time before versions of each came out for the normal Hasbro Star Wars toy line. Transformers has added to the main Star Wars canon. Darth Vader was once a man named Anakin Skywalker who converted to the dark side. He is possessed of great power, cunning, and speed. Once he called Obi-Wan Kenobi "master" although the exact nature of that relationship (could such a powerful being have once been a Jedi's slave?) and how it ended remain a mystery. He's been a member of the Jedi himself, and has been called "the most gifted pilot in the galaxy". He flies a variety of ships, at some point even an odd spherical "Death Star", all of which can transform into a humanoid robot designed in his own image. Despite all the imposing weapons at his disposal, he is a very powerful man, one of the most powerful masters of the Force, in his own right, known to fight Cybertronians on foot.

He is presumably related to the similarly named Luke Skywalker in some way.
As a Jedi, Anakin Skywalker fought on the side of the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars. With his unrivalled piloting skills, control of the Force and a variety of transforming Jedi Starfighters to choose from, he cleared some of the most challenging missions available without breaking a sweat. At some point, Anakin ended up on Teth and found the Twilight, a freighter ship which he modified into another transforming mech. Using a Y-wing, he later freed a number of hostages captured by Cad Bane on Coruscant, then did battle with the bounty hunter.
Shortly after being converted from his previous beliefs to the Sith faction, Darth Vader is given the task of crushing all resistance to the Emperor across the galaxy. Later, as a sinister Lord of the Sith, Darth Vader is on a mission to crush the Rebels and bring young Luke Skywalker before the Emperor. Vader combs the galaxy for Skywalker in his TIE Advanced Fighter, another spacecraft that can morph into a humanoid robot, destroying all Rebel ships, pirate fleets, and asteroids that get in his way.
Unable to best his opponent in giant robot combat Darth Vader is forced to fall back on his ship's vehicle mode's missile defenses. Featuring excellent Articulation, it has ratchet joints at the shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees, with swivel joints taking up the remaining few. In both modes, it has a spring loaded missile launcher that fires a small, translucent green projectile. It also features lights and sounds, with several clips taken from the movie. In robot mode, it has a seriously gigantic light saber. Taped inside the package is a cloth cape which can be attached to the back of the figure in robot mode (be careful not to throw it away).

:Like all figures in the Star Wars Transformers line, it comes with a pilot figure of the character the toy depicts. Additionally, it comes with three more figures, all of which are generic Stormtroopers. Three TIE Fighters are also included, which also have a Mech Mode. Oddly, the instructions and description on the box refer to them as Mini-Cons. In both modes, panels on the back open to reveal storage compartments for the pilots and TIE Fighters, while in Mech mode there are several smaller compartments on the legs and shoulders for the pilots.

:The instructions give no suggestion as to where to put the lightsaber in vehicle mode, though there is plenty of empty space inside. Additionally, the compartments on either side of the back seem at first barely large enough to accommodate more than one TIE at a time without disassembling the solar arrays, but it is actually possible to fit two of them as a whole in one case with some intelligent positioning.
**Accessories: Missile launcher, lightsaber/missile, small blaster

:This Anakin toy transforms from a robot with asymmetrical arms to the equally asymmetrical starship known as the Twilight. He comes with R2-D2, who converts into the large engine pod on the left side of the starship. The figure's lightsaber doubles as a missile, which can be fired from a handheld launcher in robot mode, or from the starship's rooftop gun. The blaster at the end of the folding bottom wing can be used by Anakin as a handgun.

:Having been designed explicitly for the Star Wars Crossovers line, this mold does not feature an opening cockpit to fit a mini-figure, unlike many previous designs which were either carryovers or re-used from the Star Wars Transformers toyline.
**Accessories: Vehicle nose/gun, missile, lightsaber, 2x blaster pistols

:Anakin is a retool of the Y-wing Pilot toy with a new head and chestplate, transforming into a white and yellow Y-wing bomber. The nose of the craft can fire a two-pronged missile, and detaches to become a handheld gun in robot mode. The figure also carries a lightsaber and two small blaster pistols that fit into holster's on Anakin's hips. Early stock photos didn't show Anakin's lightsaber, leading to the belief that the toy lacked one, but the weapon was present when the toy was eventually released. As the Y-wing mold wasn't designed with a lightsaber in mind, it has nowhere to store in vehicle mode.

:This Anakin toy is the same as his 2008 Jedi Starfighter toy, except it has fewer accessories. Like the 2010 Obi-Wan Kenobi toy, Anakin doesn't come with his hyperdrive ring and has only one lightsaber. Unlike Obi-Wan, he retains the same head mold, hand molds and paint layout as the original toy.
:Part of the first wave of a smaller, simpler class (similar to the Cyberverse Commander class) of Crossovers toys, this new Anakin mold again transforms into an Eta-2 Actis interceptor. Interestingly, the instructions neglect to mention that the figure has storage for its lightsabers. The sabers can clip on within 2 clips underneath the legs, which form the front sections of the ship. He features a panel on his chest (one that is similar to the ones found on class III Darth Vader/Anakin's turbine cannons) which flips up to act as a handle for class III figures to hold him in ship mode as a weapon( though it ends up just looking like he's just holding a starfighter).
It features a new head, though the lightsabers are simply repainted from Saesee and the mini pilot is repackaged from the first Obi-Wan Transformer. The figure does not feature the nifty flip-down battle-mask that Saesee had.

:This mold was also retooled to make Anakin Skywalker, Plo Koon, Ahsoka Tano and Kit Fisto's Jedi Starfighters.
:This Obi-Wan toy is a based on the Anakin Skywalker version of the Delta-7 Jedi Starfighter mold, which had it retooled to place the astromech droid in the middle of the craft. His paint layout is similar, but different to that of his original Delta-7 version, and he has a new headsculpt based on Obi-Wan's appearance in the Clone Wars series. His hands are also newly molded to both be open (previous uses of the mold featured the left hand as a closed fist and the right in a "Force pose"). In addition, Obi-Wan does not come with the hyperspace ring included with all other uses of the mold, and thus his one lightsaber cannot be stored in vehicle mode. Unlike the other toys, it does not come with an Obi Wan figure.

:Part of the first wave of a smaller, simpler size class (Similar to the Cyberverse Commander class) of Crossovers toys, this Obi-Wan is a new mold which, like the 2010 version, transforms into a modified Delta-7 Jedi Starfighter. He features a simplified transformation and two blue lightsabers. The two lightsabers can be stored in small brackets within the rear flaps of his vehicle mode, however the blades of the sabers stick out straight forward to look like laser fire. He features a panel on his chest (one that is similar to the ones found on class III Darth Vader/Anakin's turbine cannons) which flips up to act as a handle for class III figures to hold him in ship mode as a weapon( though it ends up just looking like he's just holding a starfighter).

:A retool of the first smaller class Anakin Skywalker toy, this new Obi-Wan again transforms into an Eta-2 Actis interceptor. He comes with two lightsabers. He still features the weapon handle in his chest.
**Accessories: Missile, 2 lightsabers (green & blue)

:As the name suggests, this version of General Grievous transforms into his own starfighter. It comes with two lightsabers, one green and one blue, and a hand-held blaster with spring-loaded missile. The blaster doesn't fit in either of his hands very well, and it can't be stored anywhere while Grievous is in robot mode. While the arms and legs have excellent articulation, his waist is held in place due to the large amount of kibble connected at the waist locking into his back during transformation. His head can turn from side to side. Like all of the Crossovers figures, it does not come with a pilot mini-figure, but still has an opening cockpit with space for one, specifically the Grievous mini-figure from the previous mold of the character.

: This toy was first available in 2008 in blue and white packaging, and was later re-released in 2009 in new red and white packaging that also adds an apostrophe to the toy's name, making it "Grievous' Starfighter".

:Part of the first wave of a smaller, simpler class of Crossovers toys, this new Grievous mold also transforms into his personal starship. In starship mode, his landing gear are permanently extended. In robot mode, it features a simpler transformation and is the first transforming Grievous to have four arms, each armed with a retractable lightsaber. Due to his transformation, the arms share a common upper arm. Because of his retractable lightsaber gimmick, Grievous doesn't have real hands—only barely noticeable sculpted detail at the end of his arms. He features a panel on his chest (one that is similar to the ones found on class III Darth Vader/Anakin's turbine cannons) which flips up to act as a handle for class III figures to hold him in ship mode as a weapon( though it ends up just looking like he's just holding a starfighter).
