For now, I've put this in the "technology" category, although that doesn't really seem like the right place. I hesitate to even put it under "objects", where "technology" currently resides. Basically, "objects" needs a better name. Yes, I'm the one that put that name there in the first place. It still stinks.

Rattrap's quote about Carbon Scoring is, IIRC, found in Revelations. They are able to tell the bodies int he bonyard had their sparks extracted not snuffed because extinguishing a spark leaves carbon scoring.

==BT and Linkage comments==
I've removed, for now at least, the comments about BinalTech and Linkage. I see that the Fantofan translation for Smokescreen GT mentions his spark, but the approved translations by Doug Dlin don't seem to. It's not a huge leap, I suppose, but I'd rather be more precise about it. If people think it should go back in, we can work on a better way of describing it. And, obviously, it should go in the "properties" section with the stuff about multiple bodies, rather than the "establishment" section.

Regarding Linkage: I just reread it the other night after seeing the comment that was placed in the article, and it seems to me that it is an overstatement to claim that "The manga [[Linkage]] established that Mini-Cons and humans have thier own analogues to sparks and the Allspark." Although Redline tells Stella that Mini-Con souls branched off from human souls, that does not mean that humans are part of the Linkage (which I am taking to be the Mini-Con's Allspark analog). I'm open to putting some statement about this back into the article, but I didn't like the way it was initially written.

It was treated as a new stand-alone continuity featuring entirely new characters, whereas Cybertron is scripted as part of the Unicron Trilogy with many of its characters representing new forms of important characters from that continuity family.

This division leads not only to character differences but also to different takes on some key events. The [[Unicron Singularity]] (or Grand Black Hole in Japan) was not created by the destruction of Unicron in the ''Galaxy Force'' telling, but occured due to the loss of an evil cosmic balance in their ancient past.

However, liner notes in the last ''Galaxy Force'' DVD release do make links to previous series that mirror those from American material. These notes would seem to [[retcon]] ''Galaxy Force'' back into the Unicron Trilogy.

Galaxy Force is a sequel to Super-Link. How does it fit? they don't care, but it is. The Dark God is Unicron. In Japan, Primus and Unicron are called The Light God and the Dark God. Takara's timelines explain all this. It really has less continuity issues than our dub considering their voices didn't really change much.

Planet X's repair systems went mad and resurrected a portion of Transformers it had absorbed from Cybertron to manage its frantic systems. These beings were the agents of Planet X and unknowing servants of Unicron. For decades, they took over other worlds for fuel in a galactic conquest.

Soundwave, a data analyst, dug deep into their planet and found a massive memory bank belonging to Unicron. Soundwave and the others moved the data to their own memory banks and began to study it. Planet X eventually travelled to a parallel universe in search of energy and encountered [[Gigantion|Gigalonia]], eventually unlocking the full potential of their planet, and destroying themselves in the process. Long after Planet X's explosion, Soundwave was able to learn of [[Primus]], the [[Cyber Planet Key]]s, and their ties to [[Gigantion|Gigalonia]]. Soundwave and the few survivors of Planet X are looking to use these things to resurrect their homeworld and destroy Gigalonia.

Shortly after the conclusion of ''Galaxy Force'', Soundwave and Sideways escaped [[fire space]] to examine the dimension they had been transported to after the climactic explosion between [[Megatron (Armada)|Master Galvatron]] and [[Starscream (Armada)|Super Starscream]]. In this universe they found another Planet X, not yet destroyed.

In addition, the official Takara Micron Trilogy timeline has added the events of Galaxy Force into the Super-link/Micron family. It states Planet X actually PULLED Gigalonia into their own universe through that wormhole that opens between our universe and theirs with the intention of stripping it of resourcs and making it their new home. Gigalonia fought back and Planet X destroyed itself by accident. Planet X was destroyed during our 6th Century, roughly 1400 years prior to the series.

Doug Dlin translated Takara's official Micron Trilogy timeline. Alpha Q's original home planet IS named Quintessa. Unicron attacked it in 2003 after escaping the Unicron Battles incident. Unicron ended up in an alternate dimension and devoured Quintessa's entire universe before turning on Planet Q. Unicron's damage due to Quintessa's explosion sent him back into 'this' universe, at the very edge of the universe, and he fell into stasis.

So yah, the dub was actually correct.
