Jim Cummings (born November 3, 1952) is an American voice actor. One of the most popular and seasoned voice actors in the country, Jim Cummings might be best recognized for roles such as Leatherhead and The Shredder (whenever James Avery was unavailable) on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The current voice of the Tazmanian Devil from almost every Looney Tunes cartoon since Taz-Mania, Monterey Jack and Fat Cat on Chip n' Dale Rescue Rangers, Darkwing Duck and Negaduck from Darkwing Duck, Pete in Goof Troop and the Kingdom Hearts games, The Morocco Mole in Super Secret Secret Squirrel, MODOK in Iron Man, Cat from Catdog, Ackar in Bionicle: The Legend Reborn, Thor in the game Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, Thanos in The Super Hero Squad Show Season 2 (Taking over for Steve Blum) and everyone's favorite, Winnie the Pooh (and Tigger too!). If we put up more of his roles on this page, it will be very long.

Notes
*Cummings actually replaced Peter Cullen as the voice of Monterey Jack on Chip n' Dale Rescue Rangers, and acted alongside Corey Burton for the rest of the series' run. Cullen and Cummings used to collaborate on Winnie the Pooh.
*Sometimes Cummings sings karaoke with Peter Cullen in their Winnie the Pooh and Eeyore voices.
*In the 1990s, Cummings was the official voice of former President of the United States, Bill Clinton in two animated Marvel cartoons, Iron Man and Fantastic Four. Both of them were part of a action block called The Marvel Action Hour.
*No, he is not related to announcer Brian Cummings.

67.61.162.109: /* Prime */ let's clear up a misconception here: the classes havent been renamed, "revealer" and "powerizer" are just the names of the class-specific gimmicks. They still say deluxe/voyager on the box

Size class is how Hasbro determines the size and price of a toy. It also determines the amount of budget spent on the production of a Transformers toy, such as paint or electronics. The logic behind size classes is simple: retailers can order a case of toys, knowing exactly how much they will sell for and exactly how much shelf space they will occupy. All the Deluxes in a line have identically-sized packaging and cost the same price. When you run out of Deluxes, you order a new case and put them right back where they belong. This is incredibly convenient, especially compared to Generation 1, where the sizes and prices of figures varied widely.

Each size class corresponds to its own price point, the rough retail price of the individual toys. Price points do not correspond to exact retail price, but suggest the rough value one can expect to pay. A $10 price point toy may retail for $9.76 at Wal-Mart while being $10.99 at Toys-R-Us and $7.99 on sale at Target.

Up until Generation 2, toys with a uniform gimmick were sold as their own distinct assortment, which often resulted in an assortment consisting of no more than four or six different toys. Since Autobots and Decepticons often had their own distinct gimmicks, this resulted in separate Autobot and Decepticon assortments. Starting with Beast Wars, however, Hasbro and Kenner introduced uniform price points which continued as ongoing size class assortments throughout the line (although, in the case of longer lines, an assortment could occasionally be reset while still retaining the same size class name).

The intended class of a toy is relevant to all phases of its design process. To sell at a given price, there are tight formulas for how much plastic can be used, how many paint applications are allowed, whether electronics can be included, and how complex the transformation and articulation can be. Further, since a size class is literally a size class; toys are limited in their measurements, so that they will fit into the same size packaging as other toys in their class. As an example, the Animated Voyager Lugnut toy, in robot mode, is very short compared to other toys in his class. This may be because he transforms into a mostly-linear plane, with his weapon added on as a tail assembly, making him even longer. Regardless of whether there was room in the budget for more plastic, there may not have been room in a Voyager-sized box for him to be any bigger. Most Transformers are packaged in their alternate modes; there are, however, exceptions. Long Haul is simply too wide and thick to fit inside the box in his alt-mode, thus, he is packed in his robot mode.

Size classes have not been consistent from line to line, with names often changing to affect marketability.

Beast Wars
Beast Wars had five size classes. From smallest to largest:

* Basic, the cheapest at US$5.
* Deluxe, at US$10. This was one of the strongest performing price points, and nearly all future retail lines would feature product in the deluxe price range.
* Mega, at US$15. Toys of this size were often shelfwarmers.
* Ultra, at US$20. Only eight toys were sold at this price point.
* Super, at US$30. This size class contained only one toy, Optimal Optimus.

Basic and Deluxe are sold on cards to this day; size classes larger than Deluxe were, and are, sold in boxes.

Beast Machines
Beast Machines continued Beast Wars size classes, but increased the price of Basic to US$7.

Supreme was introduced as a US$40 size class. Cheetor was the only Supreme in this line; a Supreme Optimus Primal toy was planned to be in this line, but was moved to Robots in Disguise. Both of these supreme class designs featured electronic lights and sounds. Supreme Optimus Primal even featured speech by voice actor Garry Chalk.

Two additional size classes, Deployers (US$5) and Beast Riders (US$10) would turn out to be short-lived. The size of Ultra toys was increased while maintaining the price.

Robots in Disguise
Robots in Disguise used the Beast Machines size classes, though the Basic price point was once again lowered to US$5. However, most of the toys at this price point were either Spychanger two-packs or redecoed Generation 1 combiner limbs, making them somewhat smaller and less intricate than previous lines' Basics (a notable exception is the recolor of Obsidian, which was sold for less than the original version).

Robots in Disguise also had three Mega-priced multipacks of smaller figures (the three smaller Predacons, a trio of recolored Beast Machines Basics as Autobots, and the recolored Laser Cycles).

Several of the line's toys ran afoul of the differences between US and Japanese packaging policies. The Team Bullet Train toys were individually packaged as Megas, despite being smaller than the usual members of that size class. The near-Basic-sized Wedge was sold as a Deluxe.

Armada
The Armada toyline renamed or repurposed all the existing price points:

* Mini-Con, at US$6.50 replaced the Basic price point, with 3-packs of Mini-Cons.
* Super-Con, at US$10 replaced the Deluxe.
* Max-Con, at US$20 replaced the Ultra. All Max-Cons had electronic sound effects.
* Giga-Con, at US$25. All Giga-Cons (except for Tidal Wave) featured electronic lights and sounds.
* Super-Base, at US$40 replaced Super, but used the Supreme price point. The only figure of this class was Optimus Prime, who featured an infrared-activated automatic transformation gimmick, as well as lights and sounds.
* "Unicron" was in his own class using the Supreme size, at US$50. He had lights, but no sounds.

The old US$15 price, previously used by the Mega size class, was effectively discontinued, taken up by role-play toys like the Star Saber and the Dark Saber.

Universe (2003)
The original Universe line used the Beast Wars size class designations, but only had Deluxe and Ultra (the latter at US$20).

After the Universe line as such had effectively ended, repackaged Energon (and even later, Cybertron) toys were sold on Universe cards as discount chain exclusives, divided into the price points Basic (US$5) and Deluxe (US$8).

Alternators
The Alternators line was unique insofar as it only consisted of one single price point (US$20). This was owed to the uniform scale of the line at 1:24, as well as the fact that all the toys from the line were based on licensed vehicles.

Some retailers actually listed the toys under the "Mega" price point, but this designation was never officially used by Hasbro. In fact, there was an official "Mega Alternators" assortment of sorts, which consisted of shrinkwrapped two-packs consisting of two individual toys (mostly limited to shelfwarmers such as Smokescreen, Side Swipe or Windcharger), available for the price of a single Alternators toy exclusively at Toys'R'Us.

Hasbro later replaced the original mass retail Alternators assortment with a second one, which remained at the original one's price point. In the case of Alternators Optimus Prime, Hasbro reportedly accepted a smaller profit margin (since the toy was more expensive to produce than other Alternators toys) so they could still sell it at the US$20 price point.

Energon
Energon took a somewhat random approach to size-class naming. The second pack-in catalog introduced the size class range as

* Energon (Basic), with the price back to US$7
* Combat (Deluxe) - US$10.
* Mega Combat (the former "Max-Con") - US$20. All Mega Combat (and the subsequently renamed Mega Class) figures featured sound effects.
* Commanders (the former "Giga-Con") - US$25. Commanders had lights and sounds depending on the figure.
* Leaders (the former "Super Base") - US$40. Leaders featured both lights and sounds.
* Unicron was given no size class - US$50.

The third catalog explicitly referred to the price points as

* Energon Class
* Combat Class
* Mega Class (a renamed US$20 Max-Con/Mega Combat class, not to be confused with the old Beast Wars/Beast Machines/Robots in Disguise-era US$15 Mega class)
* Command Class
* Leaders Class
* Omega Supreme was given no size class.

The fourth and final catalog continued using the terms originated by the third (although no price points were listed for the combiners), but finally listed Omega Supreme as Supreme Class.

Cybertron
Cybertron changed the naming of some size classes, but retained others:

* Legends of Cybertron, at US$3, with tiny Market six-aimed figures.
* Mini-Con Class, at US$5 was added for the Mini-Con two-packs.
* Scout Class, at US$7, formerly Energon Class.
* Deluxe Class, at US$10, formerly Combat Class.
* Voyager Class, at US$20, Energon Mega Class (see Energon section above). Sound effects were dropped from all but four figures in this size class. Vector Prime, Leobreaker, Crumplezone and his smarter remold Dark Crumplezone retained their sound effects gimmick.
* Ultra Class, at US$25, formerly Command Class. Ultra class toys had lights and sounds.
* Leader Class, dropping the plural "s" from the previous "Leaders Class". Leader class figures featured lights and sounds, and (except for Metroplex) featured several Cyber Key gimmicks.
* Supreme Class, remained the same. Supreme class figures had lights and sounds, with several different Cyber Planet Key gimmicks. Primus featured an Omega Lock accessory gimmick that was essential for his transformation.

Classics
Classics kept the Deluxe and Voyager classes, renamed as

* Legends, at US$4 - Legends of Cybertron repaints, raised $1 in price.
* Mini-Con, at US$7, in three-packs again, replacing the Scout Class price point.
* Classic Deluxe, at US$10.
* Classic Voyager, at US$20.

Movie
Transformers, the toyline based on the 2007 live-action movie, retained many size classes from before:

* Legends Class, at US$4.
* Scout Class, at US$7.
* Deluxe Class, at US$10.
* Voyager Class, at US$20. Continuing on from the standards set in Cybertron and Classics, Movie Voyagers featured no electronics unless they were redecos of toys from previous lines.
* Ultra Class, at US$25. (Consisted of two Toys "R" Us exclusive Cybertron redecoes.)
* Leader Class, at US$40. The Leaders featured electronic lights and sounds, usually attached to a spring-loaded Automorphing gimmick.

The Supreme class was dropped. The Scout Class, which consisted entirely of redecos of toys from the Energon and Cybertron toylines, was exclusively available at Target stores in the USA, but was sold at mass retail in Europe and Canada. Additionally, there was a gimmick-based sub-line named Fast Action Battlers, which also sold at US$10 (like the Deluxe Class toys); a simplistic, cutesy sub-line aimed at young children named Cyber Slammers, which also sold for US$8; and a new US$90 figure sold as Ultimate Bumblebee.

Animated
The Transformers Animated toyline has the following size classes:

* Activators, at US $8. Features an automorph gimmick.
* Deluxe Class, at US$10.
* Voyager Class, at US$20.
* Leader Class, at US$40. Features electronic lights and sounds, including speech samples voiced usually by the actors from the cartoon.
* Supreme Class, at US$50. Only Roll-out Supreme Optimus Prime got released for this price point. It features electronic lights and sounds, including speech samples voiced by David Kaye.

In addition, the Bumper Battlers size class replaces the movie line's Cyber Slammers, going one better by featuring an extensive array of voice samples and sound effects. However, with this comes a price increase to US$10. Legends Class toys of the Animated cast are being released as part of the Universe toyline instead.

Universe (2008)
The 2008 Universe toyline has the following size classes:

* Legends Class, at US$4.
* Deluxe Class, at US$10.
* Voyager Class, at US$20. Several of the redecos and retools of Cybertron toys respectively, have had their sound effects removed and the battery compartments riveted shut, owing to pricing changes in this price point between their original manufacture and release in Universe.
* Ultra Class, at US$25. Ultra class have lights and sounds for all-new figures.
* Supreme Class, at US$50. This size class consists solely of the Toys 'R' Us exclusive repackaged Armada Unicron.

Revenge of the Fallen
Revenge of the Fallen was fairly similar to the first movie's toyline, with the addition of the Human Alliance and Supreme Combiner classes, as well as the prices jumping up a few dollars. Due to competition between mass retailers, Deluxe and Voyager were often marked down to around $10 and $20 respectively to drive sales to those stores.

* Legends Class, at US$5.
* Scout Class, at US$8.
* Deluxe Class, at US$13.
* Voyager Class, at US$22.
* Human Alliance, at US$30.
* Leader Class, at US$45.
* Supreme Combiner, at US$100. Consisted solely of the dog-sized Devastator toy.

Dark of the Moon
Dark of the Moon divides the toys into two major categories. The Cyberverse line contains Legion (previously Legends) and Commander (replacing Scout, but slightly smaller and less complex) size classes and transforming playsets which come with either a Legion or Commander class figure. The MechTech line includes Deluxes class figures and above, with the new addition of Basic figures to the Human Alliance subset. Due to the inclusion of the large MechTech weapons with Deluxe, Voyager and Leader figures, they are slightly smaller than those of the same size class in previous lines.

* Legion Class, at US$5.
* Commander Class, at US$8.
* Human Alliance Basic, at US$10.
* Deluxe Class, at US$13.
* Cyberverse Action Set, at US$15.
* Voyager Class, at US$22.
* Human Alliance, at US$30.
* Cyberverse Playset, at US$30. Consisting solely of the Cyberverse Ark playset.
* Leader Class, at US$45.
* Ultimate, at US$90. Consisting solely of the Ultimate Optimus Prime toy.

Prime
The Prime toyline started with the 'First Edition' line released in December 2011, and continued into the 'Robots In Disguise' 2012 line. It also adds a 'Vehicle Class' consisting of a transforming playset and Legion-class figure, at an as-yet unrevealed US price point, but judging by the UK price it will probably be US$15-20.

* Legion Class, at US$5.
* Commander Class, at US$8.
* Deluxe Class, at US$13.
* Vehicle Class, at US$15-20.
* Voyager Class, at US$22.
*Shockwave

Notes
* Burton based Shockwave's voice on that of actor David Warner—specifically, Warner's turn as the cold, mechanical Sark from Disney's Tron, a character that Burton himself would actually later voice in the Kingdom Hearts video games.
*Corey Burton stated in an interview that Shockwave was by far his favorite character to perform in the original show. He does however think Animated Shockwave could take Generation 1 Shockwave in a fight.
*You should thank him as it was his wish to do more of Shockwave that Transformers Animated even got one in the first place.
*Although Steve Blum voiced Shockwave in the "Transformers: War for Cybertron" game, Burton performed the character for a Gamestop commercial. In a forum post about the recording session, Burton lamented that the performance was so rushed, and the "gag" nature so out of character, that he felt it hardly even sounded like him.
*Corey Burton was offered the chance to audition for Jazz and Brawl (whether that's the police car Brawl, the helicopter Brawl or tank Brawl isn't certain) for the 2007 Transformers live-action film but declined, explaining "[I] have practically no interest in that kind of mega-budget movie enterprise involvement".
Notes
*Adler's portrayals of Starscream in the film versus the video game versions of Revenge of the Fallen are vastly different. While in the film Starscream's voice is neurotic and whiny, the video game voice is dark and sinister, magnified greatly by some crazy heavy electronic amplification that pushes Adler's voice to the point of being virtually unrecognizable. To draw a more direct comparison, his voice in the game sounds more like the movie version of Megatron than Frank Welker does! Strangely enough, they seem to have kept his "normal" Starscream voice for phrases spoken by the G1 incarnation of the character during multiplayer.
Notes
*This issue also includes Convergence chapter 4 as exclusive bonus back-up material.
*Megatron's tarp-cape varies in length. It varies between short (going down to his neck) and long (going over his shoulder, like how it's mostly seen).
*This issue was planned to be released on June 29, but after the movie date was pushed to that same date, the adaptation was delayed to July 6.
*Hardcore Eddie is inexplicably drawn as a muscular, Caucasian male with a red Mohawk.

Differences with movie
Several pieces of the film are trimmed out and/or pared down, but purely for page-space reasons, rather than due to the issue being based on an early script. These include:
*We never see Sam and Epps finding the soldiers, unlike the film.
*Lennox shows up after Starscream is dead.
*Bumblebee doesn't save Sam when Starscream dies.
*The Wreckers don't tear apart the Decepticon pilot.
*Most of the scenes with the NEST soldiers during the battle are omitted.
*Topspin speaks!

Other script-based differences include:
*Carly does not change her clothes while she is trapped with Dylan Gould. She still wears her white dress from last issue.
*Shockwave speaks in the final battle.
*Starscream attacks Sam and the others when they are in the building about to shoot at the pillars, something that never happened in the movie.
*Simmons is still sans wheelchair.
*The boomstick that ends Starscream's life is stabbed in his mouth instead of eye.
*The Autobots are in chains during the execution scene, as opposed to simply being restrained.
*Wheeljack lives, and instead Mirage has his head ripped off by Soundwave.
*Bumblebee kills Soundwave with one shot to the chest, and the two do not have an extended battle.
*Wheelie and Brains live as opposed to the movie where their fate was merely ambiguous.
*Optimus' rampage is omitted. Shockwave stands with Sentinel as he triggers the pillar, and is simply stabbed in the chest as opposed to having his throat ripped out.
*The final fight between Optimus Prime, Sentinel Prime and Megatron takes place up in a large, destroyed building. Megatron helps Optimus in killing Sentinel Prime, providing a distraction so Optimus can use Sentinel's rust cannon against him. As well, Megatron does not die and offers a sincere truce after Cybertron disappears.
*The main control pillar is destroyed by missile launchers instead of Bumblebee destroying it.
*The final scene from the comic, with Igor looking at the sky wondering what became of his master, is not in the movie.

The Decepticons are also shown tearing a building apart and making a fortress out of it.

Errors
* The Wreckers' are colored rather inconsistently. In some panels they have the right colors, and in others Roadbuster is blue, Topspin is red, and Leadfoot is green.
* In the panel before Mirage dies, he has Soundwaves color's and Soundwave's "prisoners" line is attributed to him as well

Differences with movie
Several pieces of the film are trimmed out and/or pared down, but purely for page-space reasons, rather than due to the issue being based on an early script. These include:
*Bumblebee does not make any attempt to shoot Sentinel Prime after Ironhide dies.
*Megatron simply removes Abraham Lincoln statue from the Abraham Lincoln Memorial instead of blasting it... sounds familiar.
*Dylan gives Sam the Watch-bot, instead of the Watch-bot coiling itself around Sam's arm in the movie.

Other script-based differences include:
*The Twins' deaths at the hands of Sentinel Prime are included here.
*Simmons is present during Ironhide's and the Twins' deaths, while he was not present in Ironhide's death scene in the final film.
*Simmons does not use a wheelchair after his legs are broken.
*Ironhide does not die due to the Cosmic Rust, instead he's blasted to pieces by Sentinel Prime's gun.
*Sentinel activates the pillars in Washington D.C. during the daytime. He does it at night in the movie.
*Sam Witwicky, Lennox, Wheelie, and Brains are present when Sentinel activates the Pillars.
*The Autobots engage the Decepticons in an extended fight before they retreat, and the Washington Monument is destroyed.
*Unlike the movie, Carly doesn't change her clothes while held captive by Dylan Gould. She remains in her dress.

Barricade is also not present in the final battle. Instead, he appears with Starscream in a video feed during Sentinel's speech to Congress. Another remarkable difference is that the Decepticons coming from the Moon have individualized appearances, while in the film they are generic.

IDW continuity notes
*Sam mentions the attack on the Diego Garcia base which happened in the Rising Storm prequel comics

Errors
*Despite his legs having been broken in the previous issue, Simmons is able to walk perfectly in this and the next issue.
* Topspin is colored red, Roadbuster is mistakenly colored blue, and Leadfoot is green for some reason.

Optimus Prime returns to a Cybertron that no longer needs him.

Synopsis
A confused and disoriented Optimus Prime awakens on what seems to be Cybertron, though the planet is now convulsing with primordial energies and is missing some of its characteristic features. He assumes he has somehow been transported into the distant past, but spotting the wreckage of Galvatron's Sweeps reveals that something even stranger is afoot. Prime soon discovers that Iacon still exists, though it is now populated by Cybertronians whom he does not recognize and who mostly seem equally ignorant of himself. One of them, however, certainly recognizes Optimus and berates him for Cybertron's sorry state. The situation is defused when Sideswipe and Whirl arrive, intimidating the outspoken Transformer and introducing Optimus to the newly-adopted acronym "NAIL"—Non-Aligned Indigenous Lifeforms—designating the multitudes of Cybertronians who evacuated their planet in the early stages of the civil war rather than picking and fighting for a side. Optimus is then reunited with Rodimus and Bumblebee, who describe the relative ease with which they captured the disoriented, post-Deceptigod Decepticons. They also express both their awe at the never-ending hordes of NAILs now returning to a pacified Cybertron and their tension at the situation, since they realize the NAILs perceive the Autobots to be nothing but symbols of the war they hate so much. That's certainly how Metalhawk feels—though the harshness of his contempt for the Autobots is certainly matched by Optimus's own declarations that Metalhawk was a coward who abandoned his own race in its time of greatest need. Some of the Autobots recommend that Optimus demonstrate the power of the Matrix of Leadership in order to convince the NAILs of the justness of their cause, but this is clearly impossible as the Matrix is totally depleted.

Optimus visits the captive Decepticons, now imprisoned within the gun chamber of the crashed Kimia Facility. Ratbat tries to impress Optimus with his own record of Senatorial service, but Optimus tersely cuts him off by noting that, regardless of his pre-war history, he is now just as much a criminal as the rest of his faction.

Day by day, the standoff with the NAILs grows ever more tense; for all his own dislike of the Autobots, Metalhawk is forced to play peacemaker when other NAILs such as Zetca begin to openly rally for violence against them. Perceptor and Rewind finish their examination of the empty halves of the Matrix shell, and determine that it is actually an ancient cosmic map that leads to... something. Drift immediately declares that it must be pointing out the location of the Knights of Cybertron, whose awesome power could surely help unite all Cybertronians and restore stability to the planet. The fact that these Knights are widely believed to be mythical does not dissuade him, and nor does Optimus's insistence that the Circle of Light was nothing but an eccentric cult. Drift is adamant about the reality of the Knights, and the wisdom of Dai Atlas's guarantees of their power; gradually, he manages to convince some other Autobots of the need to undertake a quest for these Knights. Prowl is outraged at the thought of leaving Cybertron in control of the NAILs, whom he considers to be lazy and opportunistic ingrates—though Metalhawk retorts that Prowl is only bitter because he had tried and failed to remain unaligned during the war. Suddenly, the crowd of NAILs outside attacks the Autobot base. Though disorganized, they can present a threat—emphasis on "can", as Prowl fixates on the potential of Autobot lives being at risk as being sufficient justification for releasing the captive Decepticons to beat back the crowds. Ratbat pleads with the other Decepticons not to obey Autobot orders and, instead, to attack their old enemies then and there. Starscream countermands that order, pointing out that they would easily be destroyed by an alliance of Autobots and NAILs. With their transformation capabilities and heaviest weapons disabled, the Decepticons use sheer brute force to push back the NAILs, and thereafter are held in line by Prowl's warning that they have each been fitted with remote-controlled detonator chips.

In despair, Optimus Prime addresses the entire populace of Cybertron. Though he means only the best for all of them, he grudgingly admits that in a way he himself has become just another aspect of endless war, and that he is willing to leave Cybertron forever in the hopes that its society will be able to restructure itself peacefully without him. As Optimus prepares for his departure, Rodimus and Bumblebee continue to disagree over the wisdom of manning an expedition to seek out the Knights of Cybertron and, in the end, decide to split their forces, with some Autobots going on the quest and others remaining behind to try to rebuild. Optimus Prime's last act among his old cohorts is to leave the empty halves of the Matrix shell in their hands.

On his lonely flight away from Cybertron, destined for parts unknown, the former leader of the Autobots reflects on how, for the first time in eons, he is no longer responsible for anyone else's life or death. At last, he feels free. Optimus Prime is dead; Orion Pax has been reborn.
Notes
*This issue was originally advertised as "issue #125", but was instead sold as a standalone one-shot with a banner that simply identified it as a "celebration" of 125 issues. This count includes all of IDW's different Generation 1 universe series, mini-series and one-shots, with the exception of crossover projects Infestation and New Avengers/Transformers.
* The generic NAIL who accosts Optimus Prime at the start of the issue, and who is seen again during the battle, is based on the famous British children's book character Noddy, sporting his conical blue "hat" topped in a bell, red torso, blue "shorts" and coloured cheeks. Moreover, his visible alternate mode components, including a chest grill and large red wheel wells on his shoulders, indicate that he transforms into Noddy's car, itself one of the most well-known aspects of the character. He also shares the same character model (with the exception of his head) as Dipstick.
* Sideswipe is now sporting a body based on the 2010 "customizing class" toy: his Universe body in his Generation 2 colors. He's also wearing the bandolier and sword he wore in the Generation 2 comics.
* A generic NAIL on page 16 has a striking resemblance to that of movie Barricade. A mostly black body with a partially bronze face as well as red and blue siren lights. This generic is seen being held by Ironhide in a sort of Full Nelson. On the IDW boards, Josh Burcham confirmed that while the character wasn't specified to be Barricade in the script, he looked so much like him that he used Barricade's colors.
* This is the first fiction Zetca's ever gotten. Though, as a Masterforce Warrior, he should technically be a human...
* Cyclonus protests that he shouldn't be with the Decepticons.
* Swindle once again proposes to "make a deal". However, it doesn't fool Optimus Prime. Nice try, though.
