The '''Legion''' are a mysterious group of extremely antisocial Transformers presently engaged in a series of attacks on humanity. Although they wear [[Decepticon]] symbols, their actual affiliation is unclear, as are their origin, goal and degree of sentience. They appear to have fluid-filled organic components and enjoy the taste of sweet, sweet [[Kiss Player]] flesh. They're kind of horrible.

==Fiction==
===Kiss Player manga===
Following a presumably Legion-related subway attack in Japan, a lone Legion member came upon a bleakly despairing [[Atari Hitotonari]] and offered to end her suffering by killing her. Cornering the panicked girl, it was about to make good on its offer when the Ne 04 [[Autrooper]] interfered. When the Autrooper disgorged the unconscious Kiss Player [[Shao-Shao Li]], Atari merged with it and quickly beheaded the Legion, seemingly terminating it.

However, Shao later awoke to find herself a prisoner in one of several tubes containing very alive and hungry Legion heads, so it may be that the first Legion did in fact survive the battle. Who has been feeding Kiss Players to the Legion heads, and why, is as yet unknown.

Another Legion that attacked [[Marissa Faireborn]] at sea was described by [[Optimus Prime]] as a [[ParasiTech]] fusion between an octopus and a shipwreck. As ParasiTech fusions are also used by the Autroopers of the [[Earth Defense Command]], it may be that there is a connection between the two. A SINISTER one. (More sinister than attempting to forcefully merge with underage girls.)

The Legion in the ''Kiss Players'' manga is based on the ''Alternators'' [[Windcharger (G1)|Windcharger]]/[[Decepticharge]] mold, with a [[Megatron (G1)|Megatron]]-esque head and odd triplicate headlights.

'''Kiss Players''' (キスぷれ, ''Kisu Pure'') takes place in the year 2006, which in the Japanese continuity is one year after the movie and four years before the third season of the cartoon.

Its name comes from the controversial gimmick of the show involving Transformers getting "power-ups" by getting kissed by girls. Although this plotline may seems like a shift in demographics to little girls, it is said that this line was aimed at at a much older, adult male audience. A much older, creepier male audience.

A ''Kiss Players'' segment began airing on the Japanese radio show "Lyrian Moe-tchao" on April 3, 2006 in Japan and is set to end in September.
