When the ''[[Ark (Shattered Glass)|Ark]]'' launched for a second time, Ravage accompanied [[Soundwave (Shattered Glass)|Soundwave]] to [[Earth]] in the pursuit on the ''[[Nemesis (Shattered Glass)|Nemesis]]'', and his escape pod landed near Soundwave's after the ship was shot down by the [[human]]s. He then joined in on the search for the ''Nemesis''. {{storylink|The Desert Heat!}}

When Soundwave, [[Heatwave]], Ravage, and [[Frenzy (Shattered Glass)|Frenzy]] finally located the ''Nemesis''<nowiki>'</nowiki> crash site, they noticed a team of scientists snooping around. Ravage decided to have fun with two of them, [[William Hayes|Will]] and [[Frederick Ottman|Rick]], by chasing them around playfully, waving at them, quipping at them in [[wikipedia:Lolcat|LOLspeak]], and text-messaging them so they'd notice he was sneaking up behind them. Eventually Soundwave and Heatwave transformed to deal with and calm down the panicked humans. When Frenzy arrived with the other two, [[Professor Arkeville]] and [[Sephie Beller|Sephie]], he told Ravage things would have gone more smoothly if he hadn't acted like, well, himself. Ravage reacted indignantly to the chastisement.

Ravage ended up getting along famously with Sephie, who understood his odd Netspeak and internet obsessions (both of which merely baffled the other [[Decepticon]]s), and happily purred at and snuggled up to her attentions. When the Decepticons made their attack to free [[Burpleson Air Force Base]] from the [[Autobot]]s' control, [[Cliffjumper (G1)|Cliffjumper]] paired them together since Sephie was the only who could "shut [Ravage] up".

The two were among the ones able to sneak into the base while riding in Soundwave, with the help of a cover story from Will and Rick. They then all split up, with Sephie and Ravage heading towards the control room. Before they could get there, however, they ran into [[Wheeljack (Shattered Glass)|Wheeljack]], who Ravage cheerfully waved at from the middle of the hallway. However, when the crazy inventor started ranting and pounding the walls, he sensibly took off running with Sephie.

They eventually managed to lose Wheeljack, but by that point Heatwave had already managed to talk the base's transmitter into evacuating the base in preparation for destroying it with the [[Global Orbital Defense Satellite]], so Sephie and Ravage opted for getting out of there themselves. {{storylink|Eye in the Sky}}

If [[Skywarp (G1)|Skywarp]] needed competition in the cruel practical joker department, he's found it in '''Hooligan'''. Only marginally smarter than fellow [[Cyberjet]] [[Space Case]], his idea of a great joke is usually something mean spirited and destructive. Hooligan doesn't care who his target is, either: [[Autobot]], [[human]], or fellow Decepticon. His greatest flaw is a tendency to go too far in pursuit of a good joke: most robots would know better than to pull a prank on [[Megatron (G1)|Megatron]], Hooligan... not so much. Given that, it's a wonder he's still functional. But hey, [[Starscream (G1)|some]] [[Shockwave (G1)|people]] do worse, and they get to live.

Hooligan was once teammates with the Autobot [[Cyberjet]]s back when they were Decepticons. However, once they defected to the enemy, Hooligan and the remaining Decepticon Cyberjets swore vengeance. {{storylink|G-2 (story page)|G-2 Part 4}}

During one of the Generation 2 battles, [[Optimus Prime (G1)|Optimus Prime]] had gotten the advantage over Megatron, who was low on energy. Optimus was about to force Megatron to surrender, when Hooligan arrived and hit Optimus in the back with his "Multi Shower Missile"attack. The blow destroyed Prime's back unit, making his cannon inoperative. Megatron then gained the upper hand. {{storylink|G-2 (pack-in comic)|G-2 #9}}

Hooligan and the other Cyberjets then joined with [[Jolt (G2)|Jolt]] and [[Sizzle (G2)|Sizzle]], encircling the Autobot [[Laser Rod]]s. Unfortunately, [[Road Rocket (G2)|Road Rocket]] was able to blind them with a smokescreen, allowing for their enemy's escape. {{storylink|G-2 (pack-in comic)|G-2 #11}}

Hooligan was later attacked by [[Volt]] and [[Electro]], who damaged his wings, forcing him to escape on foot. Chased by the Autobots, he eventually stumbled upon [[Road Pig (Decepticon)|Road Pig]], who got a good laugh out of seeing a running jet, then transformed into a motorcycle and let Hooligan ride him. Together, the two Decepticons turned to face Hooligan's hunters. {{storylink|G-2 (pack-in comic)|G-2 #12}}

Some time after that, Hooligan watched as Volt was defeated in battle and offered a place among the Decepticons by a generous Megatron. [[Strafe (G2)|Strafe]] then flew past him, punching Megatron in the jaw and rescuing his Autobot ally. {{storylink|G-2 (pack-in comic)|G-2 #15}}

Megatron later attacked the Autobot headquarters full force, with Hooligan joining in the battle. Megatron was eventually defeated by Optimus Prime, and so all the Decepticons (Hooligan included) were driven into deep space. {{storylink|G-2 (story page)|G-2 Part 6}}

===The New Battle!!===

In the year 199X, the Decepticons came to [[Earth]] to plunder its [[forestonite]], a newly discovered super energy source. The Decepticon Cyberjets attacked the Japan Self-Defense Force air show and began wrecking the joint. (Why? What's the connection to forestonite? Who knows?) The three Cyberjets closed in on the spastic [[human]] [[Junpei]], who had stuck around to hurl rocks at the Decepticons, but [[Electro]] arrived and rescued the boy. Hooligan snarled that [[Jolt (G2)|Jolt]] must have screwed up, as he had been sent to kill Electro earlier.

Electro fought well against the trio, especially considering the damage he had taken in his battle to the death with Jolt on Earth's [[Moon (moon)|Moon]], managing to destroy [[Skyjack]]. To avenge his friend, Hooligan blasted Electro from behind with his missiles, severing his right arm and nearly killing the Autobot.

Before [[Space Case]] could deliver the final blow, [[Optimus Prime (G1)|Optimus Prime]] arrived on the scene, (presumably) killing Space Case and saving Electro's tailpipe. Hooligan was pleased at the opportunity to fight Prime one-on-one, but his joy was short-lived. Before he could touch his opponent, Megatron arrived and sent a fusion cannon blast at Prime. Prime managed to dodge the attack, but Hooligan was not so lucky. The blast completely atomized the fun-loving jokester. {{storylink|The New Battle!!}}

Millions of years ago, Hooligan, using a newly-developed "[[Skyraider]]" style body, was part of [[Skyquake (G1)|Skyquake]]'s crew sent to recover a mysterious item from the crashed Autobot ship ''[[Van de Graaff]]'' on [[Beta-Nine]]. He and [[Leozack]] hunted town the hiding [[Flak]] and [[Landshark]] when Skyquake left to pursue [[Thunder Clash]]. Flak eventually revealed himself, and though both Decepticons were finally able to bring the heavily-armed robot down after a rough fight, they were caught off-guard by a sneak-attack by Landshark. : Hooligan transforms into the proposed "swing-wing" Naval variant of the [[Popular Earth vehicle alternate modes|Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor]] in orange with black tiger stripes and a large pressure-launch missile launcher atop the airframe. When transformed, the missile launcher becomes the robot's right arm, and like all Cyberjets, Hooligan's robot mode makes use of ball joints for a high degree of articulation. His two missiles store by clipping into grooves on this non-launcher arm, which ends up on the underside of his jet mode.
