From Snake-Eyes' narration, it can be inferred that they were friends when they were young ninjas-in-training, but Stormshadow became a traitor and eventually joined [[Cobra]]. However, Stormshadow still retained delusions of honor.

As G.I. Joe began their attack on Cobra's stronghold, Stormshadow led his sword brother on a long journey across the landscape, at one point injuring Snake-Eye's face. To prevent the wound from bleeding, Snake-Eyes had to use gunpowder to cauterize the would, but this ruined his visage. {{storylink|Transformed}}

Ultimately, the followers amounted to little more than a handful of [[Scrapmetal drones|Scrapmetal]].

The pair were countered by [[Vector Prime]] and [[Sentinel Maximus]]. During a battle with Sentinel Maximus, Nemesis Prime was able to seal himself into Primus's spark chamber alone. [[Junpei]] attempted to stop Space Case by heroically throwing a pebble at him. This ticked Space Case off, but before he could slaughter the little Japanese kid, [[Electro]] came to the rescue.

Electro was terribly out-numbered, as all three Decepticon Cyberjets made short work of him. After blowing up a Self-Defence Force tank, Space Case prepared to deliver the killing blow to the wounded Electro. Before he could defeat his enemy, [[Optimus Prime (G1)|Optimus Prime]] arrived on the scene and shot Space Case in the head, apparently killing him.
