The entire debate exists because "RIBFIR" in the American [[Generation 1 (cartoon)|G1 cartoon]], but "FIBRIR" in the toyline, comics, the Japanese G1 dub (which simply switched who was who), and even the US cartoon bible.

Hook cannot understand the frustration at the delays this causes, he just sees it as doing the job right.

Shortly after the [[Decepticon]] arrival on [[Earth]], [[Megatron (G1)|Megatron]] led his troops to Sherman dam in an attempt to gather energy. He easily captured the facility from it's [[human]] operators, and sent [[Rumble (G1)|Rumble]] to create more energy for the dam's generators by using his pile drivers to make a tidal wave. The other Decepticons then made [[Energon|Energon Cubes]] from the energy before the waves began to tear the dam apart. [[Optimus Prime (G1)|Optimus Prime]] and the [[Autobots]] attempted to stop them, but were defeated. As the Decepticons fled, the dam broke. {{storylink|More Than Meets the Eye, Part 2}}

Sherman Dam had big ceilings and platforms built perfectly for robots the size of cars. This was fortunate.
