"Blaster is so awesome he could not exist on this wiki until there was a feature-pic of him in his Marvel character model." You do realize that's not his Marvel character model, right? --[[User:ItsWalky|ItsWalky]] 06:05, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
:It's closer than the damn Titan graphic novel. -[[User:Derik|Derik]] 06:06, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
::No, it's pretty much his cartoon model, down to the coloring. --[[User:ItsWalky|ItsWalky]] 06:07, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

:::*<nowiki>squints*</nowiki> ...shit. I thought that x-treme blue glow on the eyes was actually a glass visor over his eyes.
::: ....it's still nto a bad picture. -[[User:Derik|Derik]] 06:09, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
:What about the Umbral Blaster? -[[User:Derik|Derik]] 15:01, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
:I believe that would go under, you know, [[Umbral Blaster]]. That would call for a diambig tag at most. --[[User:ItsWalky|ItsWalky]] 15:15, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
I'd just like to compliment Human Being Unit #75.18.172.98 on the Airplane! reference. Good show. --[[User:DrSpengler|DrSpengler]] 03:40, 11 August 2006 (UTC)
== EJK? ==

Is that really the name of the testing facility? Double-checking with the synopsis at Cybertron Chronicle, that appears to be the name of the airport where Spike and company pick up Sparkplug.--[[User:Apcog|Apcog]] 06:18, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
:Yes, [http://youtube.com/watch?v=MaEJqSwrrmY EJK is another facility]. -[[User:Derik|Derik]] 06:30, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
::Yeah, I had to sit there watching all of these episodes to write that. After the scene transition symbol thing, we see a big sign that says EJK ENTRANCE ------>, the shot pans across to show some hanger-like buildings behind a fence and a large, futuristic-looking building. The only word I noticed at the airport itself is HANGER. --[[User:FFN|FFN]] 06:35, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
:::More to the point- when Bumblebee, at the airport, calls for help, Optimus Prime and company (at EJK) are too far away, and have him contact headquarters for backup instead. Ergo- they are different locations. -[[User:Derik|Derik]] 07:12, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
::::He was asking if EJK was really the name of the facility, not if they are different locations. --[[User:FFN|FFN]] 07:25, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
::Fair enough. Rik slipped up rather uncharacteristically. A trivia note on the episode's page about this being an in-joke using the initials of writer Earl J. Kress might be in order. Oh, and someone's GOT to get a screen grab of Sparkplug in a suit.--[[User:Apcog|Apcog]] 08:05, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
:::I'll do it, but I would really like for us to work on all the cartoon sections we have for the G1 characters, since they're in such bad shape. For a fairly important human character, Sparkplug's is unusually short and vague. I don't know how the hell [[Ratchet (G1)|Ratchet]] managed to be a featured article considering his cartoon section amounted to a brief description of what he was like, rather than what he actually did. --[[User:FFN|FFN]] 09:36, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
== Duplicates ==

We now have both [[Blaster]] and [[Blaster (G1)]], probably as a result of the database crash. I'm having a hard time figuring out which changes from which page to incorporate into the other. But I'm pretty sure we want the page to be at Blaster (G1), due to the disambig note at the top. --[[User:Martonimos|Martonimos]] 23:28, 23 March 2009 (EDT)
:...on second thought, Blaster seems to be based on a ''severely'' outdated version of the page. --[[User:Martonimos|Martonimos]] 23:35, 23 March 2009 (EDT)
::Blaster should indeed be at [[Blaster (G1)]], because there's a [[Blaster (SG)|Blaster (Shattered Glass)]] existing in official TF fiction now. I'm pretty sure this was made into a redirect to Blaster (G1). --[[User:Jeysie|Jeysie]] 23:39, 23 March 2009 (EDT)
== Toy Issue ==
Okay, I'm not sure where else to ask this. Has there been any reported issues with the Blaster toy, in which the handle cover doesn't slide. It seems to be the case with the SDCC reissue, but maybe it's just my specific figure.[[User:Riddlerj|Riddlerj]] 20:14, 4 August 2010 (EDT)

:I had a bit of problem with my SDCC release, but after some fiddling I got the handle cover to slide. It certainly doesn't move as easily as with earlier versions.
:: I didn't have a problem with mine. --[[User:ItsWalky|ItsWalky]] 23:37, 8 September 2010 (EDT)
Not sure if we need this anymore. Oddly, we don't seem to have a picture of the cover it was originally cropped from! --[[User:Monzo|Monzo]] 18:47, 19 December 2010 (EST)
According to http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Micro_Change

MC-21 Radi-Cassette Robo

The toy came in either blue or red. The red deco was used for Blaster.

Any idea if the blue one was repurposed as Twincast, or inspired Twincast?
