She led her superiors to the ancient relic and watched as Megatron and Optimus began to argue when the former demanded the relic be relocated to his private quarters, Optimus relenting due to a sudden alien attack. Arcee lined up her sights on the generator holding the life energy of the deceased prisoners, dedicated the shot to Elita, and destroyed it, annihilating the Cube and sending the Decepticons into disarray. Arcee's team fought their way through the disorganised Decepticons, linked up with [[Wingblade]]'s team, and rolled out just as the crippled starship came crashing down on the city. Now she fights in the [[Charii system]] against a Decepticon splinter cell working on a star-breaking weapon. If she has her way, the only things breaking will be their heads.

Originally, Arcee didn't serve either faction, working alone to solve injustices in her own way. [[Megatron (Movie)|Megatron]] personally decided to make an example of her, and only an Autobot extraction team led by [[Kup (Movie)|Kup]] saved her life. This debt saw her join the Autobots. She's chimerical in nature and is constantly changing her alt-mode in an effort to go as fast as possible (maybe that's why her robot mode always looks different!). She [[Arcee (G1)|previously had a hover-car form]], but on Earth takes a modified bike mode. Arcee answered the call from Optimus Prime to join his Autobots on Earth. Her consciousness was split between three motorcycles, all which could transform into individual robots, yet all three together were considered simply "Arcee." Her components also have the ability to recombine into a single robot mode.<ref>The Arcee components combining into one robot mode is not shown in the film, but in all other media.</ref> Under Optimus Prime's command, she was part of the Autobot/human military alliance known as [[NEST]], whose job was to hunt the remaindered Decepticons hiding across the globe.

Arcee and the rest of NEST were able to trace two Decepticons hidden in [[Shanghai]], [[China]]. When one of them, [[Sideways (ROTF)|Sideways]], revealed himself, the three components of Arcee were released from a NEST truck trailer. Though Arcee was able to surround Sideways with herself and cover him in firepower, the Decepticon was able to elude her by jumping through a building. Unfortunately for Sideways, Arcee was also accompanied by [[Sideswipe (ROTF)|Sideswipe]], who quickly put the Decepticon down.

While not on missions, Arcee was parked with the other Autobots in their hanger at [[Diego Garcia]]. It was here that the Autobots received word from the [[President of the United States]] via [[Theodore Galloway|Director Galloway]] that the White House was concerned that the Autobots' living on Earth was the reason for the Decepticon activity, and that if need be, they would ask the Autobots to leave. Later, after [[Optimus Prime (Movie)|Optimus Prime]] died in battle and [[The Fallen]] issued an ultimatum to Earth, the US government decided that the Autobots would be shipped back to Diego Garcia.

NEST had a different idea, and instead shipped Arcee and the other Autobots to [[Egypt]] on the advice of [[Sam Witwicky]], who had the means to resurrect Optimus Prime. During the climactic battle between NEST and The Fallen's Decepticons, Sam and Mikaela attempted to make their way through the bombed-out Egyptian town that had become the battlefield. Arcee arrived with [[Ironhide (Movie)|Ironhide]] to escort them through the warzone, but unfortunately, her purple and pink components were damaged by [[Bonecrusher (Movie)|a Decepticon]], and only the blue component remained operational when she was last seen. In the distant past, the [[All Spark (Movie)|All Spark]] Cube created [[Thirteen original Transformers|a race]] of powerful, trans-dimensional beings as the first inhabitants of [[Cybertron (planet)|Cybertron]]. The Cube gave these beings mighty powers, as well as terraforming their world, but it was not limitless, and gradually became depleted. The first beings learned that the All Spark's power could be replenished by harvesting the energy of stars, but they were unable to locate new stars to suit their purposes, despite their amazing ability to travel between dimensions. Once again, the Cube came to the rescue, creating a race of workers, who had the ability to change their shape.

Mixmaster was among the very first of these new beings, one of several "builders" who would construct a [[Solar harvester|harvester]] when a suitable sun had been found. Once built, the device would drain the energy of these stars, thus replenishing the All Spark. {{Storylink|Defiance issue 4}} It is assumed that at some point during the civil war on Cybertron, he sided with [[Megatron (Movie)|Megatron]], the new protege of Mixmaster's only surviving ancient master, [[The Fallen]].

After the [[All Spark (Movie)|All Spark shard]] was retrieved from [[NEST]]'s secure bunker at [[Diego Garcia]], [[Long Haul (ROTF)|Long Haul]], [[Rampage (ROTF)|Rampage]], Mixmaster, [[Scalpel]], [[Ravage (ROTF)|Ravage]] and another Constructicon secreted themselves aboard the ''[[Bayos]]'' freighter heading towards the North Atlantic. Once the ship passed over the [[Laurentian Abyss]], the Decepticons jumped overboard and dived down to where [[Megatron (Movie)|Megatron's]] broken body lay. Scalpel ordered the death of the smallest Constructicon to rebuild Megatron, an request that Mixmaster and the others obliged with. Soon, Megatron was reborn!

Some time later, Mixmaster and another Constructicon with the same [[body-type]] were present during the climactic battle in [[Egypt]] between the [[Autobot]]/NEST forces and [[The Fallen]]'s Decepticons. Mixmaster and several other Constructicons waited in a quarry in their construction vehicle disguises until the [[human]]s [[Seymour Simmons]], [[Leo Spitz]] and their Autobot guardians [[Skids (ROTF)|Skids]] and [[Mudflap (ROTF)|Mudflap]] approached. The Constructicons [[combiner|combined]] into the mighty Devastator and attacked. Elsewhere, the other Mixmaster fought against the NEST forces in the Egyptian town near the great ruins of the pyramids, using his cannon emplacement mode to cause serious problems, until the ex-Decepticon [[Jetfire (ROTF)|Jetfire]] arrived to slice him in half and crush his torso. Meanwhile, Devastator had shrugged off the Autobot twins and was busy demolishing the [[Great Pyramid of Giza]] when Simmons called upon the [[United States Navy]] to attack Devastator. The [[United States Navy#U.S.S. Kidd (DDG-100)|U.S.S. :Mixmaster has a slot on the underside of the cab and two pegs near the back of the rear wheel sections with no corresponding holes that serve no discernible purpose in any mode.

:Rather annoyingly, all Mixmasters are [[Misassembly|misassembled]] along the arm that holds the front of the cab during transformation. The instructions have the blue hinged tab as facing the opposite direction from the way the toy is actually assembled, which hinders formation of both robot and cannon modes. Normally this would be relatively easy to fix by driving the pin that holds it out and flipping it, but the pin in question is different from normal - it is entirely ridged, like a screw with no head, which makes driving it out enormously hard. In addition, judging by the stock photos, the toy might ''also'' be misassembled on the instructions, meaning that the part to be flipped isn't the blue hinge, but the gray part to which it and the cab are connected. Changing either makes proper transformation possible. However, the stock photos also show the robot's legs mis-transformed, with the screw-holes on the hips pointing forward; the instructions have it the right way around, but it's easy to miss.

:On top of all ''that'', the final transformation picture of the cannon mode shows the truck cab's front bumper facing upwards, whereas all the steps leading up to that point have the entire cab pointing down.
