Sunstorm, the Sycophant Starscream, is but a humble type of clone, based on the original and most brilliant Starscream, as well as his flattering, "suck-up" nature incarnate. He will offer his fawning platitudes to anyone within eyesight. All he asks is to offer his meager energy-absorption powers in the services of that amazing genius, Starscream, and he can also beg to please you by blinding your enemies with flashes of brilliant light. Needless to say, that amazing genius Starscream likes him a lot.

Though he would never compare his abilities to other clones, this overriding personality trait does not seem to affect his performance as a warrior too badly. He just heaps praise on his deserving victims for their efforts, even when he's somehow winning. He does, however, have a knack for talking when he should be shooting.
Of course, he's not nearly as awesome as you, wonderful article reader. You're so cool!

:Superbly talented voice actor: Tom Kenny (English), Stefan Staudinger (German)

First Sycophant
The first Sycophant appeared with a reddish-brown and off-white coloration, leaning towards a "hot" interpretation of Starscream's colors. True to form, he went so far as to laud grandiosely and in turn each of the assembled Autobots trying to capture him (though he did forget mighty Bulkhead's name), assuming he was fortunate enough to be the true Starscream. When stealthy Prowl took him down with a sneak attack, he also complimented the underhanded move, further horrifying the magnificent Prowl (who had done some understandable damage to the city while skillfully showing off with his fancy new mods). The clone was brought to grand and glorious Megatron's attention, who had the wise Coward, a far better clone. Both clones had bombs in their spark chambers and were destroyed in the upper atmosphere, when that master ninja Prowl sent them high to avoid destroying Old Detroit. How clever! A Fistful of Energon

Second Sycophant
Another Sycophant humbly appeared afterward, with a bright orange and white color scheme. His suck-up nature was even more prominent, as he basically kissed the ass of everyone he came in contact with. A Bridge Too Close, Part I

During the space bridge battle, the Sycophant freed the briefly captured but still majestic Liar Starscream and just barely managed to get a pair of stasis cuffs on handsome Prowl. He made sure to tell the Autobot how impressed he was with Prowl's use of the cuffs, so much so that he had to try the move out himself. He quickly capitulated to the vastly superior Megatron as soon as the tenacious Starscream was beheaded, and even sucked up to mighty Omega Supreme...before getting smashed into the dirt and blasted for it. What an honor! A Bridge Too Close, Part II

When the superbly idiotic Sentinel Prime made a deal with the great Lockdown to capture the other Decepticons that remained on Earth in exchange for probably some fantastic upgrades, Sunstorm was one of the first three he captured, though Sentinel received the credit for it. Five Servos of Doom

Due to Sentinel's wonderful navigation skills, a jolt from a passing energy field reactivated Swindle, who most generously proceeded to free Sunstorm and the other Decepticons. He joined in the battle against Sentinel, the newly-arrived Optimus Prime, and the ace fliers Jetfire and Jetstorm, before the Autobots trapped him and the remaining Decepticons in a block of ice. How clever!

During the process, Swindle gave him a familiar-looking helmet to help distinguish him from the Liar. Such generosity! Decepticon Air
He features a pair of spring-loaded missile launchers, available in both robot and jet modes. His gauntlets also feature pop-out non-firing "blasters".
Trivia
* Though the beautiful Slipstream refers to him as "a suck-up", according to fantastic character designer Derrick Wyatt, his official model-sheet name is "Sycophant Starscream".

* The second Sycophant's set of colors are generously provided by the devout and formidable Generation 1 Sunstorm, from whom he also gets his name.

* In Decepticon Air, Sunstorm receives a boxy helmet reminiscent of a G1 Seeker, so selflessly donated by that cunning, shrewd devil of a business-bot, Swindle.

* Sunstorm's package bio makes no mention of his sycophancy, and makes him sound more like Generation 1 Sunstorm's Dreamwave portrayal instead. Whoever Hasbro's current copywriter is... he or she has failed horribly in their duty.
:Ramjet is a Decepticon from the Unicron Trilogy continuity family (via the 2003 Universe series).

Ramjet was once Unicron's most dangerous herald, able to use his inter-dimensional link to Unicron's essence to impress cruel reality-warping punishment on his victims. His Unicron-powered guidance systems allowed him to travel not only from dimension to dimension but in the chaotic cosmic fabric between them.

But when Unicron's physical form imploded at the end of the Powerlinx Battles and collapsed into a grand Black Hole, Ramjet was abandoned between dimensions, lost in the timeless non-space that glues the multiverse together.

He was not alone in this netherdimension. An ancient evil that surpassed even Unicron's powers toyed with his Spark, destroying and recreating his existence for fun, until finally they tired of him and returned him to the universe.

Due to the torture inflicted on him by this ancient evil, Ramjet is always in a state of being and unbeing. It is only through sheer force of will that he is able to hold himself together. As a result, although Ramjet's powers are so great that his mere existence can corrupt the reality around him, mentally he's not quite all there.
: A redecoand retool of the Armada Starscream toy, Ramjet transforms into a Cybertronic jet fighter. In both modes, pressing down on his cockpit canopy activates electronic sound effects; in jet mode this can also deploy any Swindle-mold Mini-Con stored under the cockpit, although Ramjet did not come with one. Instead, he came with the plane Mini-Cons Thunderclash, Gunbarrel, Thunderwing and Terradive. Plugging a Mini-Con onto Ramjet's rearmost Powerlinx plug releases two spring-activated over-shoulder spring-loaded missile launchers, as well as more electronic sound effects. His left wing detaches and unfolds to form a large sword for use in robot mode.
: This Ramjet is a redeco of the Legends of Cybertron Starscream mold, transforming into a Cybertronic jet fighter. His wing-sections/biceps hide flip-out weapons: the right arm hides a blade, while the left arm has a non-firing cannon. The toy was available only as a free give-away at 2005.

: This mold was also used the make Legends of Cybertron versions of Cybertron Skywarp and Sunstorm, and Universe Ramjet and Thrust.

: Although his coloration fits Universe Ramjet, and he was reportedly created due to that Ramjet's new role in the club comic, the toy included no bio and therefore could be any character named Ramjet, or even a brand new Ramjet. For the purposes of this Wiki, however, he is assumed to be the same character as Universe Ramjet.
