Wheeljack created an army of [[Dinobot (SG)|Dinobot]]s to rain vengeance upon [[Optimus Prime (SG)|Optimus Prime]] for laughing at his genius. Dramatically riding into battle upon the head of a sauropod-styled Dinobot, Wheeljack proclaimed his intentions. However, Optimus convinced Wheeljack that if his Dinobots were able to take out the [[Decepticon]]s, he would be welcomed back into the fold. Upon being ordered to attack the Decepticons, the enthusiastic beasts gave out a rousing battle cry. Then they turned on each other. As punishment for his failure, Wheeljack found himself performing degradingly basic repairs to the ''[[Ark (SG)|Ark]]''<nowiki>'</nowiki>s computer systems and was told that, should he sabotage the ship, he would be on it when it launched. {{storylink|Dungeons & Dinobots}}

Following the Ark's crash onto [[Earth]], [[Rodimus (SG)|Rodimus]] ordered Wheeljack to adjust the ship's computer [[Teletraan-X]] to accept commands from only the two of them. After that was done, he, Rodimus, and [[Goldbug (SG)|Goldbug]], aided by [[Buster Witwicky (SG)|some]] [[Butch Witwicky (SG)|human]] [[Spike Witwicky (SG)|allies]], infiltrated and took over [[Burpleson Air Force Base]], a command station for a [[human]] [[Global Orbital Defense Satellite|orbital defense weapon]]. When the Decepticons attacked the base, Wheeljack was somewhat damaged and wandering the corridors when he was accosted by [[Ravage (SG)|Ravage]] and [[Sephie Beller|a Decepticon-allied human]] who accused him, ''him'' of being crazy. So he gave chase. {{storylink|Eye in the Sky}}
:''Huffer is an evil [[Autobot]] from the "[[Shattered Glass (franchise)|Shattered Glass]]" [[continuity family]].''
{{faceless}}
'''Huffer''' is an amiable, ever-smiling optimist. What a world.

==Fiction==
===Shattered Glass===
Huffer was part of the group of [[Autobot]]s that attempted to take control of the [[Arch-Ayr]] fuel dump away from the [[Decepticon]]s, and was sent flying and out of the fight by one of [[Crasher (SG)|Crasher]]'s seismic attacks.

Later, during the hunt for the [[Dinobot (SG)|Dinobot]]s—who had recently arrived and broken loose—Huffer managed to track down [[Grimlock (SG)|Grimlock]]'s location. He was able to sneak up on and lasso Grimlock, but the Dinobot used the cable to pull Huffer into a wall full-force. He then attacked and was about to chomp on Huffer, when he noticed Huffer's [[insignia]], and the codes implanted in him forced him to refrain from harming the "purple face".

This cheered Huffer greatly, and he thought things were going to go well... until [[Omega Terminus|a mysterious voice]] told Grimlock to take Huffer's (insignia-marked) gun and ruin it, thus removing that problem. Huffer wisely decided that optimism only went so far, and transformed and drove off while the getting was good.

Unfortunately, before he was able to report back with his find, [[Sideswipe (SG)|Sideswipe]] and [[Cliffjumper (G1)|Cliffjumper]] managed to sneak up on and detain ''him''.

He initially cheerfully tried to deny knowing anything, but after learning that Cliffjumper believed in [[Primus]], he decided to not risk defying someone obviously so insane. Instead he offered to talk if the two Autobots-turned-Decepticons offered him three [[energon (fuel)|energon]] rods. After Cliffjumper threatened him, Huffer reduced his price to two rods. Cliffjumper retorted that Huffer would take one rod and like it, to which Huffer agreed, giving up the information.

As the two discussed their newly-learned intel, Huffer made fast his escape. He was unconcerned by their knowing, as he figured Grimlock would make short work of them, and [[Optimus Prime (SG)|Optimus Prime]]'s forces would be able to corral Grimlock. And he'd gotten an energon rod out of the deal. All in a good day's work. {{storylink|Dungeons & Dinobots}}

: [[Armorhide (Movie)|Armorhide]], part of the third wave of [[Target]]-[[exclusive]] Scout Class toys, was [[Repurposing|repurposed]] as "Shattered Glass" Huffer. He is a [[redeco]] of the ''[[Cybertron (toyline)|Cybertron]]'' series [[Armorhide (Cybertron)|Armorhide]] toy, transforming into a debadged and license-safe first-generation Volvo FH Globetrotter semi tractor-trailer cab with hook-crane attachment. Plugging a [[Cyber Planet Key]] into the back of his cab flips his grill down, exposing a rack of eight (non-firing) missiles. This feature is also available in his robot mode. Unlike most ''Cybertron''-mold toys, Armorhide can store a Cyber Planet Key using tabs on his hook-crane/rifle. He came with a black-bordered [[Planet X (Cybertron)|Planet X]]-mold Key with the [[Sector Seven]] insignia stamped on it.

: This mold was also used to make, appropriately enough, ''[[Timelines (fiction)|Timelines]]'' [[Huffer (G1)|Huffer]]
