: A redeco of Blazemaster, Tailwhip transforms into a white and black HH-65 Dolphin helicopter with Hong Kong police markings. The top propeller can be spun using a gear-driven action by pressing the small translucent purple button just under it. The tail rotor cannot move.

: In robot mode, the top rotor can be used as a spinning weapon, or split in half to sit on both arms. There are some issues with this, however, as the propeller does not like to sit in the position shown in the instructions (it tends to rotate down) and the second piece does not fit snuggly into its socket, which has one side open to accommodate conversion. There are also a pair of thumbs inside the engine cowling that converts into Tailwhip's arms, despite not having actual hands. Tailwhip was only available in a Target exclusive two-pack with a dark pink version of Arcee.

: This mold was also used to make Revenge of the Fallen Evac.

*In a case of either a color change after the prototype stage or Photoshop-ery gone wrong, the stock photos of Tailwhip on the back of the "Rotorwash Rumble" packaging depict neon green in place of all the final toy's yellow paint.
*For some reason, Tailwhip's Decepticon faction insignia sport tiny "™" trademark symbols next to them. As the symbols commonly show up this way on toy packaging, presumably someone grabbed the wrong file during production. The "™" symbols however do not appear in the stock photos of Tailwhip depicted on the back of the box, most probably because the stock photos use a hand-painted prototype.

Ratbat was the Mini-Con representative for the High Council in the days before the great war. He was well known for being corrupt and in the pocket of the wealthy elite. The general opinion was that he believed only what he was paid to, and only while the payment was good. When the war began he left that position, along with fellow Council member Contrail, to join Megatron's Decepticons.

Fiction
Exodus: The History of the War for Cybertron
Ratbat generally made useless interjections during Megatron and Orion Pax's hearing before the High Council, humiliating Orion when he joked he could imagine an end to their session when the young librarian complained the caste system had rendered the society imaginationless. Ratbat became more serious when Halogen began to concur with Orion and Megatron's beliefs, and was informed that no matter what, it was the beginning of the end for the castes.

Ratbat then mentioned attempts to find the Matrix of Leadership had been made by the rebels, and uncharacteristcally commented since it had not been found, the Matrix was unwilling to give itself up. This in turn led to the Council's unanimous vote for Orion to become Optimus Prime and be given the quest to find it. An enraged Megatron killed Halogen, declared war and called the Decepticons to follow him. Optimus noticed Ratbat boarded Contrail and left with the Decepticons. During the war Polyhex, Ratbat's home, quickly fell to the Decepticons. Teracycles later, Ratbat's cowardly survival was notable enough for Teletraan-1 to inform Omega Supreme of it.
Exodus: The Official History of the War for Cybertron

Notes
* What exactly Contrail and Ratbat were doing is rather unclear. It seems very likely they were already of Megatron's camp, given that they leave with the rest of the "secret" Decepticons in the Council Chambers at the end of that confrontation. If so, their outward aggression during procedures was probably intentional, masking leading questions to influence the direction of the meeting... But if that is so, why did they then vote for Orion Pax as the new Prime? This was clearly not part of the infuriated Megatron's plan? Yet regardless of this apparent betrayal they felt safe enough leaving with Megatron's Decepticons. Just very confusing.
* Ratbat is described as being the Mini-Cons' representative to the Council. So it's not surprising that he's often described as being tiny and scampering. As of the end of the story, he's also the only Mini-Con that is depicted talking, versus communicating in beeps and tones. (Rumble and Frenzy are said to be able to, but use the coded beeps and tones when it's quicker or more efficient.)
A Transformer equipped with galva-conductors can channel deadly electrical currents, directing the energy at their foes to devastating effect. Four different Transformers are known to be equipped with these weapons:

Power Core Combiners is a subline within the 2010 Transformers franchise and carries with it all the continuity ambiguity that that entails. Its aesthetic and limited fiction seem inspired by the live-action film series, but nothing can be said for certain.

The design of the toys relies heavily on the titular gimmick, combination. Every main character is a "Commander" sold with either a Mini-Con (which connects in several configurations) or a set of four drone vehicles (which connect as limbs to form a larger robot). The Mini-Cons and drones can be attached to any Commander, so hundreds of combinations are possible between all of the figures.

Unlike the Mini-Cons of previous lines, the Power Core Combiner Mini-Cons lack their own independent vehicle or animal modes. Rather, they turn from robots into accessories for their Commanders. In vehicle mode, a Commander can use a Mini-Con as a weapon or tool. In robot mode, a Commander can wield a Mini-Con as a hand-held weapon or wear him as armor.

The drones are similar to Energon Optimus Prime's "Prime Force", being vehicles with no robot modes. In fact, they are even more limited than the Prime Force, as an arm-drone cannot become a leg-drone (or vice versa). However, the fact that there are several teams of drones who can be swapped among Commanders adds a Scramble-City-esque dimension of play. Also, people who love Transformers but hate transforming can breathe easy in the knowledge that the drones automorph into and out of limb mode simply by being plugged into and removed from a Commander.
Commander 2-packs
Each 2-pack contains a Commander (who turns into a robot and a vehicle) and a Mini-Con (who turns into a robot and various accessory modes for the Commander). Each Commander also has a torso mode with a different head, and this can be combined with any of the drone sets from the 5-packs (see below). Commanders also have standard Mini-Con ports, so they are compatible with any Mini-Cons, not just the transparent, neon-colored new ones.
5-packs
Each 5-pack contains a Commander (who turns into a robot and a vehicle) and four drones (which turn into vehicles and limbs). The drones have an automatic "deploy" transformation when they attach and an automatic retract feature to vehicle mode when detached. Arm-drones and leg-drones cannot swap functions. Each drone has Mini-Con Powerlinx hardpoints. Any set of drones can combine with any Commander, even the ones sold in 2-packs.
