Cliffjumper worked with [[Sentinel Prime (Animated)|Sentinel Minor]] at the [[Autobot boot camp]]. He was listening wordlessly to Sentinel's complaints about his latest recruits, and casting aspersions on [[Ultra Magnus (Animated)|Ultra Magnus]]'s mental state. When asked about the echo that Sentinel was hearing, he gave no reply. Shortly after that, Cliffjumper hauled away the cadet [[Wasp]], who had been arrested for being a [[Decepticon]] spy. Years later, Cliffjumper was assigned to [[Shockwave (Animated)|Longarm Prime]] in the intelligence division. During a series of concentrated Decepticon raids on [[space bridge]]s, Cliffjumper alerted his commander that Ultra Magnus had ordered the entire space bridge nexus shut down in order to prevent the Decepticons from using any to reach [[Cybertron (planet)#Animated|Cybertron]]. A little later, Longarm asked the unsuspecting Cliffjumper to dispose of some "[[Blurr (Animated)|sensitive material]]". {{storylink|TransWarped}}

Cliffjumper answered the call from Sentinel Prime on [[Earth]], gladly taking the good news that many of the Decepticons operating there had been taken into custody. He got to break it to the Primes that Ultra Magnus had been attacked and critically wounded by the ''true'' Decepticon spy, Longarm. {{storylink|Five Servos of Doom}}

He later was given command of [[Cybertron Intelligence]] and a resulting seat on the [[Autobot High Council]]. He was part of their discussion with Sentinel, and bluntly poked holes in his former boss' claims of capturing Decepticons. {{storylink|Decepticon Air}}

'''Derrick J. Wyatt''' (10 August, 1972- ) is an American artist and character designer from [[Paw Paw]], Michigan. He attended the [[wikipedia:Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art|Joe Kubert school]] of art in [[New Jersey]], where one of his teachers was [[José Delbo]]. Later on, he received an internship at Spumco in California, which would graduate to full-time employment with the company. Derrick eventually left Spumco, subsequently getting a job at Warner Bros. Animation, where he worked on the comedy/wrestling series Mucha Lucha as a designer. Other opportunities opened up for him while at Warners, where he would join the staff of Teen Titans and Legion of Super Heroes as a full-time character designer.

He is currently the art director, lead character designer, and a color stylist on the [[Cartoon Network]]-produced [[Transformers Animated]]. As a longtime Transformers fan, this is a dream come true for him.

How big a fan he is can be seen in his 2009 April Fool's blog, where he did a poster of new characters in Season 3 and then ''deliberately designed and drew in'' fake characters so you could have fun guessing which were the real ones. '''Override''' is the best racer on Velocitron, and as such is the leader of the planet. She seemingly embodies the culture itself; she is quick-witted, decisive, self-sure and always looking for a challenge. This has its upsides and downsides: while she's brave and determined with a never-give-up attitude, she can also be cocky to the point of arrogant, if not selfish and shortsighted. She entered the great race for leadership disguised as a "boy", and has been defending her title and proving herself more than a match for anyone since.
