Any Maximal or Predacon criminals acting outside of this agreement was a fair target for military action.<br /> <br /> Under the accords, the Predacon alliance was subject to such strict economic sanctions the production of new Predacon [[Protoform|protoforms]] slowed to a bare trickle, and the [[Tripredacus Council]] feared that any overt confrontation with the Maximals could doom their entire race to extinction. During this period the Tripredacus Council began aggressively undermining the actions of Predacon rebels, hoping to shield them from destruction by the [[Maximal Imperium]] so that they might live to fight another day.
