The implication in Death's Head 3.0 is that it's showing the origin of the original Death's Head (and I think Furman confirmed as much when talking about the book at the Bristol Comic Expo a few years back). ::I think, and this is going on hazy memories of a few years ago, the implication was that DH 3.0 would gradually upgrade himself into the Death's Head we know, hence the addition of the tusks at the end. Death's Head doesn't bug me as much because his franchise of origin really ''is'' G1, earlier-one-pager-for-Marvel's-copyright-purposes be damned. Due to the nature of the TF multiverse, the same Spider-Man couldn't be in both universes unless it was stated in the story that he'd dimension-hopped. So we would indeed have to make two separate articles for him. And... well, what disambigs would we use if not (G1) and (Armada)? Using, say, (Marvel Comics) and (Dreamwave) would be even ''weirder'' from a "knowing outside stuff" standpoint, IMHO. Three years after Megatron was defeated on [[Earth]], Acid Storm was among those Decepticons who managed to escape the human homeworld and was now under the command of the (self-proclaimed) Decepticon leader [[Starscream (G1)|Starscream]]. However, with the lack of resources, poor morale and Starscream's weak leadership, the Decepticons largely collapsed into anarchy and resorted to cannibalism with not enough [[energon (fuel)|energon]] to go around. After another pointless patrol, Acid Storm and [[Sunstorm (G1)|Sunstorm]] dejectedly sat in front of what remained of the ship that carried them to the asteroid that they now called home. {{Storylink|The Transformers issue 7|The Transformers #7}}

When [[Hot Rod (G1)|Hot Rod]] finally tracked the Decepticons to their asteroid, Acid Storm was the first one to detect the Autobot craft but did not have time to plan a counter-attack himself. While he was still panicking, [[Shrapnel (G1)|Shrapnel]] used the base defenses to blow the Autobot out of the sky, causing pieces of it to fall on them in the process. The two Decepticons then went to search the wreckage for anything useful, only to find that Hot Rod was still alive, and heavily armed to boot.
