Shoudl we separate the Movie and non-Movie figures apart so as to not confuse which characters are and aren't Movie ones? Like, perhaps put all those under the "Hunt for the Decepticons" subline in one list, and those that aren't in a second list. And since Hasbro only adds random adjectives to the names of established characters, this Hound must be an established character. Which established character? There is only one real choice in this case, the Hound he is redecoed from (which is usually when Hasbro adds a random adjective) so I'm gonna say he is [[Hound (G1)]]. == Hasbro's Masterpiece Grimlock ==

[http://bbs.actoys.net/read.php?tid-481762.html In package images] of Hasbro's Masterpiece Grimlock show it to in packaging under the simple "Transformers" name (like all the other products in this toyline). But, the deep red color scheme of the packaging matches that of the Generations line instead of the yellow in this line. To further complicate things, the cross-sell advertises the Leader Class Optimus Prime figure (the one with hooks and the Buster OP mouthplate-less head), which is in this toyline. So, which toyline would this figure belong in? : He implied that the TF2010 franchise is generic Transformer stuff that is packaged and sold to retailers as being live-action movie stuff. Generations is a Classics-sorta line that helps grant Transformers additional shelf space by being a separate line. That's the difference between the two lines, since it was kinda fuzzy before. I don't really think it changes much. He said it was to make retailers happy, because they were more interested in giving shelfspace to a toy from the blockbuster movies than one from, quote, "a comic book from 20 years ago". ::The poor Legends guys won't get bios and probably won't appear in fiction. But if you take the "Legends" moniker seriously, they are probably intended to be legendary characters, not nobodies. Plus "Tracker" modifies "Hound". So "Tracker Hound" is a modification of "Hound". "Tracker Hound" is "Hound" modified. G1!

:A lot of them use regular ones, but I don't know about all of them. Even Night Ops Ratchet has a regular symbol. On the character pages some of the new characters use regular symbols for icons and some use movie symbols. What should be used on character pages? Should the icon reflect what is on the toy? Or should we use a movie-style symbol for live-action characters regardless of the toy? Does the color of the packaging have any significance? As far as I understand, some of the un-subtitled 2010 boxes are gold, some are red, and all of the ''Generations'' ones are red. Some people seem to want to call all of the red-boxed toys "''Generations''", but is there any reason to?
