Right, and I've heard the term Powered Bobmewr mentioned, not sure if it's right. Is rolelr JUST the blue drive unit? Does he have a differet name when you attach the gray ramps and gun emplacement for Micromaster Hot Rod? Good point: Apex Bomber isn't nessicarily the same as God Bomber. I'm pretty sure Apex is supposed to be a remote controlled drone, just like Roller was too.
He COULD be considered an upgraded version, especially since the original would have been lost after one or another of Prime's deaths, since he's actually a part of Prime, presumably there's no spark or anything to consider.

On an unrelated note, shouldn't tghe portion that mentions that Barelroller's japanese name is Roller also mention that Roller's Japanese name is, if I recall correctly, Buggy?

In robot mode, Optimus Prime splits into three components:

*A wheeled drone module known as [[Roller (G1)|Roller]].
*A Combat Deck.

Although Optimus Prime can function as three independent modules, injury to any one module is felt by the other two.

Prime can operate by remote-control his Combat Deck module up to a distance of 1500 feet. The Auto-Launcher mounted on the Deck can use a variety of artillery and radiation beam weapons, including most of those used by his fellow Autobots. The Launcher also includes a highly dexterous grapple-arm which allows it to load itself and change its weaponry. The communications disk antenna mounted on the launcher provides a link between Optimus and all his fellow Autobots within a radius of 50 miles. It can be adapted to a satellite hook-up that increases its effective range 10-fold.

Unlike Roller, the Combat Deck does not possess autonomous intelligence. but it has showed several time the strange ability to come out of nowhere. Spooky...
