When your sycophantic right-hand man is actually almost always trying to figure out ways to get rid of you, it's nice to have a backup. Igor is Megatron's. Tiny, twisted, cheerful and probably at least a little miswired, the little wretch wants nothing more from life than to gobble up whatever scraps his leader leaves behind, literally as well as figuratively.<br />

Igor hung around at Megatron's Decepticon refugee camp in Africa, where he was weird and crazy. He later traveled with his master to Washington, D.C. as the latter prepared to launch his invasion, and, after Megatron destroyed the statue of Abraham Lincoln seated on the Lincoln Memorial, Igor gnawed happily on its disembodied head.<br />
<br />
His final fate remains unrevealed. Dark of the Moon (film)<br />

Igor remained in Africa when the Decepticons invaded Chicago. Following the battle's end, he was last seen staring up the stars and wondering what had become of his master. Dark of the Moon issue 4<br />

==Notes==<br />
*Igor appears to have been intended to be the decapitated head of another Transformer: The Dark of the Moon novelization specifically describes him this way, and the comic adaptation seems to bear this idea out, given that it shows him simply bouncing around, with a trail of wires behind him as if he's been torn off a torso. Concept art from Josh Nizzi strongly intimates that Igor used to be (a) Long Haul. In the film itself, however, Igor has stubby little arms and legs and walks around with the aid of a makeshift cane, making him appear instead to be one of the hatchlings Megatron has gathered around him, albeit with a MODOK-esque deformity, rather than a decapitation victim.<br />
