:Scrapper is a Decepticon from the Revenge of the Fallen franchise in the live-action film continuity family.

Scrapper is a Constructicon Scout that transforms into a front load shovel. When combined with his fellow Constructicons, he becomes the right arm of Devastator. He may also share a name with another loading scout who saw action at the battle of Egypt. Or yet a third one who saw action in the battle of Chicago.

Fiction
Revenge of the Fallen movie
During the climactic battle in Egypt between the Autobots, their human NEST allies and The Fallen's Decepticons, Scrapper appeared in a quarry with the other Constructicons before merging into Devastator to attack former Sector Seven agent Seymour Simmons, Leo Spitz, Skids and Mudflap.

Meanwhile at the Egyptian town, another Decepticon with Scrapper's body-type joined Starscream's group to search for the fugitive Sam Witwicky. When the boy and Mikaela Banes were flushed out of hiding, Scrapper attempted to crush them with his fist/mace on a chain, but the humans escaped in the chaos.

Elsewhere, as Devastator smashed away at the Great Pyramid of Giza after shrugging off Skids and Mudflap, Simmons called upon the United States Navy to fire upon the giant Decepticon. The U.S.S. Kidd fired her experimental railgun, smashing the Scrapper arm to pieces and destroying Devastator. Back at the Egyptian town, the other Scrapper was destroyed when the United States Air Force bombed the heck out of the battlefield. Revenge of the Fallen (film)

A Scrapper was hiding under the surface of Earth's moon with scores of other Decepticon troops. Once the Autobot traitor Sentinel Prime and Megatron activated the space bridge pillars, he and other Decepticons were able to cross over from the moon into the middle of Washington, D.C.. Scrapper then participated in the subsequent invasion of Chicago. During the climatic battle in Chicago, he was killed by Optimus Prime's energon sword when he came charging down the main battlefield. Dark of the Moon (film)
:Scrapper is a scoop loader that becomes one of Devastator's arms. in fiction and in the instructions, he forms the right arm. As with the other Constructicons in this set, he lacks a robot mode. Bummer.
:He has the code "BG-E" printed below his Decepticon symbol.
*Constructicon Devastator (2009)
: Mega Power Bots Devastator is a simple toy for younger children, featuring plenty of playing sounds and flashing lights. His limbs have limited swivel articulation and do not detach into separate vehicles. He has a distinctly more humanoid stature than normal.

: Unlike regular Power Bots, and unlike other portrayals of the character in general, Devastator features a transformation! It consists of putting his arms up and laying him flat on his stomach, which lets him roll around using the wheels on his limbs.

: Pressing down the Decepticon shield on his crotch (!) spins the vortex in his chest, lights up his eyes and makes him utter one of many Welker-recorded phrases, including "Prepare for extermination!", "Crush Autobots!" and "I am Devastator!" Pressing on the crane of his excavator arm makes a cannon blast sound effect, while pressing the cab of his loader arm turns the scoop into claws.
:A Toys"R"Us-exclusive Generation 1-themed redeco of Legends Devastator and his components. Unlike Takara's go at the same idea, Scrapper and the other Constructicons are mostly just lime green and gray, with the only bits of purple being their windshields. They do, however, have brown paint operations on and around their wheels to simulate dirt.
*Megatron Rising (Figure multi-pack)

:This retailer exclusive multi-pack recreated the scene in Revenge of the Fallen where the Constructicons resurrect Megatron. This red redeco of Scrapper was most likely intended to be Scrapmetal, better known as "Ze little one" who was sacrificed to rebuild the Decepticon leader. He comes packed with (apparently) unchanged Constructicon Devastator figures of Long Haul, Rampage, Mixmaster, and a metallic green redeco of Voyager class Megatron

* In the scene where the Constructicons revive Megatron, an aerial shot of the Constructicons in vehicle form shows a Decepticon with a front load shovel alternate mode and body type similar to Scrapper. However Hasbro do not consider ze little one Scrapper, based on their comment that Demolishor, Rampage, Mixmaster and Long Haul received figures first because they had more screentime. Additionally, a latter shot showed a Volvo excavator in place of the front loader. So, Scrapper was not killed by his fellow Constructicons. He's still considered dead from aerial bombardment, though.
** The bot who was killed and used to rebuild Megatron (i.e. "Ze Little One"), was given the name Scrapmetal.
*In the movie, both Scrapper and Scrapmetal share a body type. However, two designs, significantly different in their detail, have been acknowledged by the fandom as possible concepts for this body type. One features parts made from wheels and is also included on artwork for Devastator, while the other shows what appears to be tracks, concurring with the Volvo excavator alt mode. Whether the second design was intended to be Scrapmetal but dropped before the robot modes were rendered is unknown.

After the AllSpark shard was retrieved from NEST's secure bunker at Diego Garcia, Scrapmetal, Long Haul, Rampage, and Mixmaster secreted themselves aboard the Bayos freighter heading towards the North Atlantic. Once the ship passed over the Laurentian Abyss, Ravage, carrying both the shard and the Doctor, flew onto the ship, hiding between Scrapmetal and Mixmaster while a sailor passed. Once they reached the specific site, the Decepticons jumped overboard and dove down to where Megatron's broken body lay.

Once they located his shell, the Doctor was released to assess their leader's condition. After a quick examination, Scalpel declared that he would need some spare parts to replace the ones destroyed in the battle of Mission City, and he ordered the death of the smallest Constructicon. Before Scrapmetal could protest, he was set upon by Long Haul and Mixmaster and beaten to death as they tore off the components needed to restore Megatron. Once these were attached, Scalpel struck Megatron with the shard, reviving the Decepticon leader. Scrapmetal's parts allowed Megatron to take the alternate mode of a Cybertronian tank with flight features. He may have been honored for all time for his sacrifice for the Decepticon cause. But probably not. Revenge of the Fallen (film)

Notes
*Hasbro had no idea that "ze little one" had a nickname and a following; they found the idea funny and noted that they liked to call him Scrapmetal, and hinted at working him in to a future toy release.
*The on-screen identity of Scrapmetal is a bit on the fraught side. In the flyover shot of the barge on which the four Constructicons sit, a red bulldozer (Rampage), a concrete mixer (Mixmaster), a dump truck (Long Haul) and a yellow front-end loader are visible. The yellow front-end loader is the alternate mode of the Constructicon Scrapper, and Scrapmetal's robot mode appears to be the same as Scrapper's. As such, the temptation to just consider this a Scrapper unit is great... except that, after the flyover shot, the yellow loader disappears, and is replaced with a yellow Volvo excavator, clearly marked with a large Decepticon insignia. Meanwhile, Hasbro have said Scrapmetal turns into a bulldozer...
**For the purposes of reducing headaches, we're assuming that the excavator is the "correct" vehicle mode, and that it just happens to transform into a robot mode that resembles Scrapper... even though it's not him.
*One abandoned Constructicon concept by artist Steve Jung was a "nurse" that would have transformed into a Volvo wheel loader. It is unknown if this character later evolved into Scrapmetal.
*Oddly enough, despite being referred to as "Ze little one", Scrapmetal is not the littlest Constructicon in the scene. Mixmaster clearly stands at only half of his height in the dismemberment scene.
*In the movie, both Scrapper and Scrapmetal share a body type. However, two designs, significantly different in their detail, have been acknowledged by the fandom as possible concepts for this body type.
