It seems to be, I recognise that pose. :I believe we said, at least in one place, that we were going to try to keep the character pages spoiler free (or at least marked as spoilers int he fiction section) until the episode airs in the US in another week. Since a redirect is ''inherently'' a spoiler (anyone clicking on it to read the general bio of Shockwave or Longarm-- but stopping before the section marked as spoilers, would be spoiled just by the act of clicking.)

According to the Notes section, Burton says in a recent interview that he at least partly influenced Shockwave getting an expanded role this season. However, the link to the interview returns a "The requested topic does not exist" error from Seibertron's forums. I did a search there for "Burton" and "interview" and found one whole thread, and that's about an interview Burton did at StarWars.com. Nothing in the thread or that interview mentions Burton getting Shockwave's role expanded. The majority of fans aren't aware of Derek Wyatt's off-air remarks but may have read Shockwave's character bio. As far as they know, Shockwave moved up through the ranks of the Elite Guard. It is canon, at the very least in the [[micro-continuity]] that is Shockwave's character bio but arguably in the cartoon as well, since nothing in the cartoon itself really contradicts it. See also: [[Authorial intent|author intent]]. Shockwave's Elite Guard faction symbol has been removed a couple of times. ==Synopsis==
A disembodied Unicron commands his loyal servants to eliminate an rogue element in the timestream and to not tell the "vessel". He orders Rartorata to travel to prehistoric Earth to stop anyone from alerting of his coming.

On Earth, even with Torca and Grimlock, Ravage's [[Predacon (BW)|Predacons]] have the advantage in the battle. Snarl calls Razorbeast outside to help fight, leaving Ravage inside the cave base, unaware that the Predacon is still functional. Using the [[Maximal]]s' hardware, Ravage shifts his chronal placement to interact with the primary ''[[Beast Wars]]''.

But before arriving in the same existence as [[Optimus Primal]] and [[Megatron (BW)|Megatron]]'s war, Ravage finds himself drawn out of time to Magmatron. Having seen the future, Magmatron explains to Ravage that a truce is in order to save Cybertron's future.

The [[Maximal Imperium]], finding their society destabilized, (unaware of the effects [[Angolmois]] energy is having on the populace of Cybertron) call for help from Big Convoy. Big Convoy, however is too busy investigating a murder—one Angolmois junkie being killed so the Angolmois could be stolen. The theft of Angolmois was perpetrated by Drancron, Elephorca, and Rarotata so they could feed the energy to Shokaract.

Lio Convoy's [[Pack]] arrives through transwarp (having received Razorbeast's distress signal—thanks to Magmatron), ready to assist the group on Earth. They descend, changing the tide of battle with their heavy weaponry. But before the battle is over, Ravage shifts himself into their time and relays the news from Magmatron: the two sides must join forces. But before he can finish explaining, Rartorata swoops out and stings Razorbeast with something that mutates the Maximal into a pig... of rage!
