*Clone, in the sense that the creator of the character clearly based it off of Ravage. True, it's not a "Clone" (capitalized), but for all intents and purposes, he was pretty much Ravage as an Autobot.<br />

Night Stalker being one of the Design A Decepticon contest winners is less noteworthy than the entry makes it appear, as it wasn't a first/second/third place type of contest - there were easily over a dozen "winners" spread across three issues.
