'''Ultra Magnus''' is [[Optimus Prime (Animated)|Optimus Prime's]] superior officer who apparently isn't very nice to him. He is also the [[Supreme Commander]] of the Autobots and the leader of the [[Cybertron Elite Guard]]. His earth alt-mode is a multi-wheeled missle platform.

Though nearly denied by [[Sentinel Prime (Animated)|Sentinel Prime]], Optimus Prime gets patched through to Ultra Magnus to report on the discovery of the [[All Spark (Animated)|All Spark]]. Magnus still doesn't believe the Decepticons will pose much of a threat, but agrees to dispatch some ships to escort the ''Ark''. He warns Prime not to pull any heroics, as it's not in his programming.

This of course all goes out the window once it's discovered that the Decepticons in pursuit are in [[Megatron (Animated)|Megatron]]'s flagship, at which point he decides to deal with it. {{storylink|Transform and Roll Out!}}

==Toys==
Surprisingly, his toy will ''not'' be an [[Optimus Prime (Animated)|Optimus Prime]] redeco. The fandom rejoiced (and hopefully will not complain).
