Tow-Line has one rule:<br>
No Parking Means No Parking<br>
Even for his friends.

Synopsis
Side Burn, up to his usual antics, tries to seduce a red sports car, but his attempts to woo are arrested by Tow-Line, who punishes the Autobot for parking in a No Parking Zone. The tow-truck drags Side Burn to Prowl, who introduces the truck as the newest Autobot soldier. Inside the Autobot base, Prowl inducts Tow-Line into the police's traffic patrol. (Illegal parking is apparently a high priority for the Autobots.)

Tow-Line start working immediately, and takes his job with extreme dedication. Eventually, Tow-Line's mania goes out of control, and he begins to impound misplaced tricycles and wedding vehicles. After Prowl explains the limits of Tow-Line's jurisdiction, Sky-Byte and Gas Skunk notice the new Autobot and begin a sinister plot.

The Predacon trio wait inside of a mis-parked truck, and when Tow Line inevitably comes to tow the truck away, the three Predacons ambush the rookie. They bring Tow-Line to Sky-Byte and begin the process of brainwashing the truck into a loyal Predacon. Slapper tries to hypnotize Tow-Line using a dangling pendant, but only succeeds in putting himself to sleep. Gas Skunk explains they should try using a metronome (again, failing). Eventually, Dark Scream loads a brainwashing program into the captive via disc drive. Tow-Line, unbalanced, is released to enforce his own rules on the Autobots.

A misguided Tow-Line first steals a bewildered X-Brawn away from an indignant Kelly. On the road, X-Brawn uses his own grappling apparatus to try to stop Tow-Line's deluded quest, but merely harms Tow-Line's memory banks. Even more confused than before, Tow-Line brings X-Brawn to a power plant and deposits the Autobot into a holding box.

Tow-Line's next victim is Side Burn, who is deposited into the same box. Next, Tow-Line captures Rapid Run and carries the large train through the city to the deposit box. Prowl and Koji see the capture and give chase, but lose their target in rush hour traffic. But at least now the other Autobots know that something is afoot.

Once they meet up, Prowl and Prime confront Tow-Line in part of a staged intervention to help him deal with his towing addiction. Tow-Line makes it clear that he's gone a bit wonko when he accuses Prime of being the Autobots' "evil mastermind." Sky-Byte and the Predacons arrive to help their "friend", but Prime quickly blasts away the goons. Taking Tow-Line home for diagnostics, Prime notices the disc placed inside of Tow-Line by Dark Scream. With his mind restored, Tow-Line brings the two Autobots to rescue the others he stored at the power plant.

The Autobots find their allies, and Tow-Line apologizes for the kidnapping. Megatron and all the Predacons show up again, but are defeated almost as quickly as they were earlier. Tow-Line goes back to apologize, and Optimus explains that compassion and understanding are important values to uphold (even if it means arresting Prowl during the epilogue).
Differences with Car Robots
Continuity errors
*Although the Predacon plots that Tow-Line accuses the Autobots of doing are typical of the plots the Predacons usually go through, they don't specifically match foiled schemes that have happened in the series thus far. But it's entirely possible there have been off-screen adventures that just have happened to be too mundane to be made into episodes. The most shocking thing about these titbits is that it implies the Predacons have been successful at stealing energy on multiple occassions. That's pretty embarrassaing.
The plot change astounds!

Synopsis
After recalibrating his spark energy in the Decepticons to turn them into loyal servants, Galvatron puts Sky-Byte in command of the next mission—and in command of the now-loyal Decepticons.

So Sky-Byte goes out to find Koji, and first meets Koji's friend Jenny, who gives him instructions to Koji's house. Not long after, he spots Koji himself running along, and "hides" by the side of the path so that the boy runs past. Sky-Byte begins tailing Koji, in hopes that the boy will eventually lead him to the Autobot base. Of course, he does, and Sky-Byte tells Galvatron that the base is somewhere inside a parking structure.

Down in the Autobot base, Side Burn is giving Cerebros a speech, telling him that he's an Autobot and needs to help protect Earth. Suddenly, Cerebros activates and explains how he and Fortress Maximus function—while Cerebros is programmed to obey Autobots, Maximus will only obey humans. X-Brawn promptly points out the flaws in the system, right before the Decepticons attack the parking structure.

The Autobots have planned for this eventuality, and T-AI contacts all of the Autobots out in the field, sending them to a specific location. Optimus carries Cerebros as bait, leading the Decepticons and Predacons to that same location via a different route. Sky-Byte thinks he's cornered Optimus, but the Autobot leader suggests he look behind him—the Predacon does and realises that Optimus has led him into a trap and all of the Autobots have been waiting for him.

There's a lake nearby, where nobody seems to notice the huge alien watercraft that is Galvatron just floating there amidst the swan paddle boats. That's also where our dear friend Kelly is. She sees a couple of Autobots and tries to ignore them by paddling away.

After Sky-Byte figures out he's trapped, Galvatron pops out from hiding and announces his master plan to control Fortress Maximus. Then the Megastar appears out of the sky and fires a barrage of missiles onto the Autobots. The Predacon trio promptly hide behind some rocks, wondering aloud where Sky-Byte has disappeared to, and then notice him cowering in the same hiding spot they've chosen.

Ultra Magnus shows up, and he and Optimus form Omega Prime. Landfill forms and tries to make the first blow, but gets blown apart. Despite this, Omega Prime still calls Wedge "Landfill", but nobody seems to notice or care. Rail Racer tries to shoot the command center in the tailpipe, but gets blown back by more missiles. Then Wedge tries to attack the center all by himself, giving an impassioned speech about how he has the spark of an Autobot, but gets blown back by another barrage of rockets. But his courage is not wasted, as it activates Fortress Maximus.

Galvatron transforms into hand mode, and links up with the Megastars right arm. The two titans exchange blows while the Autobots dispense with Scourge and Ruination. Finally Maximus unleashes a full barrage of firepower, and the Megastar crashes into the lake, breaking apart as it goes. Galvatron himself falls clear of the explosion and hits the ground. And there is much rejoicing. But not for long, because Galvatron begins to twitch...
Notes
Differences with Car Robots
Animation and/or technical glitches
* After Galvatron recalibrates the Decepticons, the animation of Rollbar, Armorhide, Movor and Ro-Tor's transformation is clearly lifted wholesale from "The Decepticons", which means that the military base is still in the background.
* Similarly, the footage of the Spychangers avoiding the Megastars lasers against an inaccurately darkened sky is lifted directly from "Volcano", right down to W.A.R.S. falling from the sky into shot; tossed through the air by a missile explosion in this episode, tossed by Scourge in the earlier one.
* On three occasions, Omega Prime calls Wedge "Landfill".
* The Megastar screams in Galvatron's voice as it sinks into the lake... AFTER Galvatron has been severed from it.
* Talking of the Megastar, there's a scale issue when Galvatron combines with it. In order to form a new hand for the base without looking silly, Galvatron is forced to appear incredibly huge; so huge that he wouldn't have a hope of fitting inside the Megastar itself.

Continuity errors
* It's somewhat unclear when exactly the Autobots acquired Cerebros, given that he was last seen flying into the air after detaching from Fortress Maximus at the end of "Mistaken Identity", but the first we see of him is stood inside the Autobot base, with the Predacons fully aware of his location.
* The Commandos are seen merging to form Ruination in order to attack Autobot headquarters, but are already back in their individual forms when Optimus Prime emerges from the base.

Real-world references
* When Sky-Byte and the Predacons are pursuing Optimus downtown, one of the buildings they pass by at blink-and-you'll-miss-it speed is that of Dongwoo Animation Co. Ltd, one of the production companies behind Car Robots/Robots in Disguise. In fact, they actually seem to pass the building three times in the same shot, due to the obviously looped scrolling background. That's right; the company made an animation error whilst trying to animate a tribute to themselves. "Ironic" barely seems to cover it...

Transformers references
* Galvatron states his original reason for coming to Earth was that the Predacon Council had ordered him to search for Fortress Maximus. This would mean that, despite announcing himself as "Megatron, the ruler of many worlds" in the first episode, he's a general working for other rulers instead of a Supreme Commander of Predacon forces. (The Council are a reference to the Tripredacus Council and were a dub creation.)
* Cerebros announces he must initiate "Headmaster protocol", before displaying what appears to be a Headmaster-style Tech spec bar graph.

Miscellaneous trivia
* Sky-Byte's reputation among humans has devolved to the point where small girls happily go up to "Mister Sky-Byte" and chat with him. This irks him.
* Skid-Z and Tow-Line, after lengthy absences from the series, are finally given a chance to return to the front line, where they do absolutely nothing; neither is mentioned at all during the fight, and they are only seen in group shots.
* Speaking of dead weight, Build Team take approximately 18 seconds to run through their stock combining animation to form Landfill, whereupon they are blasted apart after only 5 seconds. Good job, guys!
* Despite Cerebros outlining the boundaries of his programming, later in the episode both he and Fortress Maximus act of their own volition; perhaps this is not an error but simply Maximus transcending his programming.
:The Megastar is a Predacon starship from the Robots in Disguise continuity family.

The Megastar is the Predacon starship and mobile command center. It is equipped with transwarp cells and also capable of moving underwater and underground; the versatile craft is constantly on the move to avoid detection by Autobots. The ship has a throne room for Megatron, living quarters for the crew, energon smelters, and special vats for converting other energy sources into energon. The ship's arsenal includes missiles and beam weapons, and it also has a shield that can reflect incoming beam weapons back at attackers. With this technology, the huge vessel is able to defeat even the hitherto-undefeated Omega Prime. The Megastars most obvious physical characteristics are its two huge, humanoid arms, one of which ends in a five-fingered fist, the other in a two-pronged claw.

Fiction
Robots in Disguise cartoon
During a heated battle, Galvatron expanded until he was able to graft his hand mode onto one of the Megastars arms. Thus augmented, the ship was able to brawl Fortress Maximus into an apparent stalemate. However, Maximus's tremendous firepower was apparently enough to destroy the Megastar, and it was last seen bursting into flames and crashing and sinking beneath a lake.Surprise Attack

Items of note
Whenever it appears in an episode, the Megastar is always in a completely different location than its last appearance. The second episode of Robots in Disguise establishes that the ship requires stolen/converted energy in order to move. This implies that (despite all appearances to the contrary) the Predacons actually manage to steal a considerable amount of energy during their stint on Earth, albeit while off-screen.

Oh, well. Every little helps.
Synopsis
The Beast Warriors lay inert after the Metal Hunter's energy surge… but the Transmetalized ones soon recover. Megatron begins investigating the alien base, finding it does not react to their presence. Tarantulas says that the surge has used most of their energy, and they must act quickly. Tarantulas activates the devices that the Predacons had previously planted around the alien site, creating a force field which repels a Maximal attack. Safe inside the web, Megatron casually uses the alien disk to enter the base, shrugging off Optimus Primal's warnings.

Primal sends Cheetor and Silverbolt to take Dinobot and Rhinox back to base for repairs, while he and Rattrap prepare to take down Tarantulas' shield.

Megatron boots Quickstrike into the main chamber of the alien base, but nothing happens. Tarantulas observes that their beast modes shield them from detection. Tired of hiding, Megatron transforms, but still nothing happens; he realizes that the quantum surge has rendered them invisible to the aliens.

Tarantulas hacks into the base's systems, but finds no trace of the aliens. A control interface appears, which Megatron activates with the alien disk. Energy surges down into him.

Rattrap produces a couple of bombs, which he and Primal use to take down the refractive web. Tarantulas realizes what's happened, and takes Quickstrike to defend the base, determined that it remain in Predacon hands. After they leave, the energy surge ends, a control chair descends, and Megatron laughs in triumph.

Primal and Rattrap puzzle over how to enter the base, only to have Tarantulas and Quickstrike pop out from a door and open fire. Primal charges and nearly makes it to the entrance, but the base rumbles to life just then, lifting off the ground. A single shot knocks out Primal and sends Rattrap flying away. A green energy beam scoops up all the Transformers and levitates them into the air. Only Rattrap avoids it, by diving into cover amid some boulders.

A giant version of Megatron's face emerges from the base, speaking to his troops. He tells Tarantulas that the aliens no longer matter, and that with his victory, their alliance is terminated—and thus drops Tarantulas back to the ground. The rest of his troops are repaired and, along with Primal, are brought inside the base. Just as Rattrap is wondering what else can go wrong, the base teleports away, and he finds himself held at gunpoint by a battered Tarantulas.

The alien base rematerializes over the mountaintop where Inferno found the alien disk. Megatron needs time to achieve his next goal; he sends Waspinator and Inferno on a special task.

At the Maximal base, Dinobot and Rhinox are back online. Silverbolt is unable to find the Metal Hunter; however, he does detect Rattrap incoming... along with Tarantulas! The spider wants access to the Maximals' computer system, which—after some initial distrust—he quickly uses to locate the base. He also scans Inferno and Waspinator, who are carrying Transwarp cells back to the base. Tarantulas urges an immediate attack.

At the Metal Hunter, Primal awakens to find that Megatron intends to take the base back to Cybertron. Again, he brushes off Primal's concerns about the aliens discovering Cybertron; he plans to destroy them, along with the Maximals and the Autobots. He reasons that the trophies of the base and Primal will convince the Predacon Alliance that conquest is the right path.

The Maximals attack, drawing out the Predacon troops and providing a distraction while Rattrap and Tarantulas infiltrate the base. With the Predacons drawn out, the Maximals fall back. Tarantulas sends Rattrap toward the control room, and vanishes.

Megatron engages a teleportation sequence, but Rattrap bursts into the control room and frees Optimus Primal. Megatron and Primal battle, while Rattrap attempts to stop the teleport sequence. Destroying the control chair doesn't do the trick, but just as Rattrap seems to have run out of ideas, Tarantulas arrives. He sends a download into the alien systems and hightails it out of the base. The combatants soon realize what's happened, and flee the alien base shortly before it teleports into space. A transwarp portal opens to receive it, but the base explodes before it can leave Earth.

Primal resolves to the gathered Maximals that, if Tigatron and Airazor's sparks are still online, they will recover them.
This time, they just send this plant base thing which makes a single attack on the Beast Warriors and then just sits there, waiting for Megatron to stroll right in. (Beast Wars Universe has shown that DiTillo's idea was that the Vok have been convinced that omnicide is wrong by Tigatron. This never made it into the show.)
*One possible explanation is that the Vok did not anticipate some of the Transformers to be Transmetalized by the destruction of their Planet Buster weapon. The Transmetal Cybertronians recover from the Metal Hunter's energon surge almost immediatly (including the Fuzors, which suggests some latent Transmetal qualities). Had none of them been upgraded accordingly, then every single one of them would've been shunted into stasis lock (possibly forever, since no one would be around to recover them and make repairs), which would mean that the Metal Hunter would've taken out every hostile with one simple attack.

Transformers references
* The idea of a giant floating Megatron head would go one step further with the debut of the Grand Mal in Beast Machines.
