Since France and the Netherlands don't actually share a border, but Belgium has continuing problems between its ethnic groups? I know there's no in-episode evidence either way though, but France--Netherlands does seem an odd assumption to go for, whereas Belgium is pretty damn obvious.<br /> <br /> :It's the G1 cartoon. Having conflict between *France* and NL seems like a bit of a stretch to me. Anyhoo, the article seems very definite about who it is, when (as you say) this is G1 and it probably wasn't meant to be all that specific!<br /> <br /> (I always liked the idea that it could just be an abstractly-European-themed theme park in the US anyway!)</div>
