In return for providing intelligence and protection from the [[Decepticon]]s, the United States grant the Autobots safe haven. As [[NEST]] became more multinational, the terms of the agreement spread to its members. Under the agreement, information is to be shared fully and equally with both sides. Along with stating the Autobots would fight by the US’s rules (Optimus clearly didn’t get the memo)

The United States might have left out a [[Ark (DOTM)|relevant detail]] or two, though.
