"Chistopher "Chris" Hicks" is a Senior Designer on [[Hasbro]]'s ''Transformers'' brand. He graduated from ____ and proceeded to work in Comics and freelance design. Chris had freelanced for Hasbro for 6 years prior to his start of an epic career. Chris has worked on many Boy's brands such as [[Star Wars]], [[Mighty Muggs]], and his all time favorite...[[Transformers]]. When Chris was told he was joining the Transformers Design team, he literally pulled his shirt off and throw it across the room in a fit of ecstasy! Thank the Allspark he was wearing another shirt underneath.

Being relatively new to the Transformers Design team but not to design, Chris has quickly picked up the work load and is doing a great job designing product for Transformers [[Prime]] and beyond.

Chris enjoys Anime, his favorite being Sailor Moon. Chris will often Cos Play as his favorite Sailor Moon characters at various Comic Cons. He refuses to shave his trademark facial hair, resulting in some less than accurate renditions of his beloved Princess character costumes.

Chris has been know to sing 80s cartoon theme songs through out the day in his office to the delight of his neighboring designers. His competitive nature can some times get him into trouble at the local dance off competitions. He fancies himself a bit of an expert at Hip Hop/Break dancing. His anger can be intimidating but no matter how angry he gets, a simple chocolate bar can easily clam him down.

Bill has been a valued member of the ''Transformers'' team since March of 2006, although he first became known to the [[fandom]]-at-large through his "non-mainline" design work. Since joining the brand, he has served as lead designer on [[Robot Heroes (toyline)|Robot Heroes]], [[Movie (franchise)|Movie]] [[Unleashed]], ''[[Transformers Animated (franchise)|Animated]]'' [[Activators]], and ''[[Universe (2008 franchise)|Universe]]'' Legend, Deluxe, Voyager, and Ultra-class figures; he was also the lead designer of the 2010 ''[[Transformers (2010 toyline)|Transformers]]'' line. He also had a hand in the [[Cyber Slammers]], [[Real Gear Robot]]s, and [[Robot Replicas]] segments of the original Movie toyline.

* In his childhood, Bill entered a design-a-toy contest run by [[wikipedia:Mattel|Mattel]] for its [[wikipedia:Masters of the Universe|Masters of the Universe]] franchise. Although he was not awarded any prizes (apart from a second-place notification letter and a consolation [[wikipedia:Teela|Teela]] magnet), the subsequently released [[wikipedia:Mantenna|Mantenna]] action figure bore a striking resemblance to his submission. If more than coincidence, this would make him one of the youngest-starting toy designers in the industry. And would make Mattel very bad people.

* His first Transformer was [[Perceptor (G1)|Perceptor]]. Perhaps Bill's mother thought the [[Autobot]] microscope was a learning toy that would help educate and shape the mind of the young lad, to help him one day become a scientist! We can see how ''that'' turned out.

* Bill's favorite Transformers toys are G1 [[Soundwave (G1)|Soundwave]] and the new Universe [[Hound (G1)|Hound]]. Universe Legends [[Wheelie (G1)|Wheelie]] is up there as well, as the rhymetastic Autobot survivalist has always had a special place in his heart.

* In his spare time, Bill enjoys making [[wikipedia:Jim_Henson|Jim Henson]]-styled puppets with foam and fleece. In 2007, his "Jim Reaper" puppet was in the top ten for the Project Puppet contest[http://www.projectpuppet.com/Page.bok?template=gallery-detail&puppet_name=Jim%20Reaper&puppet_pattern=melonhead&orient=horiz&gallery_link=grim_reaper_puppet&builder=Bill%20Rawley]. Although Jim did not win, Bill still had loads of fun designing and creating him.

* He is capable of lifting [[Eric Siebenaler]] and [[Vickie Stratford]] onto his shoulders, although not at the same time (so far as it is known).

* Bill looks to move up within Hasbro. He hopes to one day have a private parking spot in the Hasbro lot and a team of henchmen that will help him shape the toy world, forever!
