Strange thing is, most [[Transformer|Transformers]] who can teleport are total morons. [[Primus]] save us from idiots who can teleport.

Usually, he just uses it for immature pranks, such as pushing the other Decepticons down the stairs. Although the victim finds it unfunny, the other Decepticons enjoy it... because it's ''really'' funny.

[[Terrorsaur (BW)|Terrorsaur]] and [[Dinobot (BW)|Dinobot]] also discovered this, and Terrorsaur suggested that they use it to destroy both [[Optimus Primal]] and [[Megatron (BW)|Megatron]].

Dinobot ejected Terrorsaur through the waste system, then convinced Optimus to use the teleporter to send a bomb to the ''Darksyde''.

Bad news was, both ships were on an [[Energon (fuel)|energon]] vein that would explode catastrophically if either ship blew. So Cheetor deactivated the clamps that held it in place, and Terrorsaur then sent it into the air. Cheetor then used the teleporter to return to the ''Axalon'', which also destroyed the communicators, destroying the teleportation system. {{storylink|Equal Measures|Equal Measures}}

Thrust and wheeljack both had ghost-like teleportation abilities.Thrust usually used his to escape from opponents while wheeljack used his to intimidate and easily defeat Side Swipe then later used them when fighting hot shot.Skywarp (like many other Skywarps) also has the ability.When Starscream got resurrected he also had ghost-like teleportation abilities.Vector Prime was able to open warp gates by using his sword Rhisling.

He is packaged with [[Mini-Con]] [[Nightbeat (Armada)|Nightbeat]], who can store in a flip-out section of the back end of Side Swipe's vehicle mode. Pressing down on the sigil plate in vehicle mode swings his car hood halves forward in a spring-loaded attack (or "dragster mode"). These hood parts end up on his arms in robot mode, giving him a spring-loaded attack in that mode. Attaching Nightbeat (or any other [[Mini-Con]] mold) to the [[Powerlinx]] plug on his back activates a "punching" action gimmick in his left arm.
