==Synopsis==
In the [[Threshold of the Well]], [[Megatron (Cyberverse)|Megatron]] jubilantly watches as [[Shockwave (Cyberverse)|Shockwave]]'s [[laser snare]] obliterates the ''[[Ark (Cyberverse)|Ark]]'', praising the scientist for succeeding at something. The Decepticon leader monologues about how things are going: the Autobots are dead, [[Vector Sigma]] is back inside the Threshold, and soon he will use the [[AllSpark]] to create an army of Decepticons, all loyal to him. He then commands [[Skywarp (Cyberverse)|Skywarp]] to take the Seekers to comb through the ship's wreckage, find the artifact, and kill any Autobot survivors they find. However, the moment is interrupted by someone cutting through the Threshold's doors. It's [[Teletraan-X (Cyberverse)|Teletraan-X]], who is incensed over the destruction of its ship, and vows revenge. Megatron effortlessly swats the little drone away, only to find it did not come alone: the Autobots are still alive. Megatron is confused, so [[Optimus Prime (Cyberverse)|Optimus Prime]] explains...

''Before the ''Ark'' got to Cybertron, Optimus ordered all hands to abandon the ship, suspecting the Decepticons of laying a trap, and has Teletraan-X pilot the ship on its own despite [[Hot Rod (Cyberverse)|Hot Rod]]'s objections.''

Optimus calls Megatron on how easy his actions were to predict. Megatron snarls back that he may have a few surprises left. Regardless, the full force of the Decepticons stands between Optimus and getting the AllSpark back where it belongs. The two armies charge at one another.

Nearby, [[Bumblebee (Cyberverse)|Bumblebee]], [[Hot Rod (Cyberverse)|Hot Rod]] and [[Cheetor (Cyberverse)|Cheetor]] watch. Though both Bumblebee and Cheetor want to get involved, Hot Rod reminds them of Optimus's orders to stay out of the fight until he clears the way for them, much to Bumblebee's disappointment. The two armies fight, but despite casualties on both sides, neither has a clear advantage. As Bumblebee sees [[Soundwave (Cyberverse)|Soundwave]] incapacitate [[Ratchet (Cyberverse)|Ratchet]], he hurries off to get involved, but Hot Rod blocks his path. Fortunately for both, [[Grimlock (Cyberverse)|Grimlock]] intervenes to save the Autobot's medic.

As the battle rages, Optimus and Megatron clash, unaware that [[Shadow Striker (Cyberverse)|Shadow Striker]] is drawing her gun on Optimus. At the last moment, [[Prowl (Cyberverse)|Prowl]] leaps in front of her shot, saving Optimus at the cost of his own life. An enraged Optimus vows that now, he and Megatron will end their battle once and for all. Meanwhile, by the Threshold's door, Shockwave observes, and turns away from the fight. Inside the building, he signals to Megatron that they are ready, as he descends into the planet to the howls of [[Scraplet]]s.

[[Jetfire (Cyberverse)|Jetfire]] and [[Windblade (Cyberverse)|Windblade]] return from their scouting mission to [[Cybertron (planet)|Cybertron]]'s surface, reporting to [[Optimus Prime (Cyberverse)|Optimus Prime]] that they have found no sign of Decepticon activity on the planet's surface. [[Bumblebee (Cyberverse)|Bumblebee]] sees the recording of [[Iacon (polity)|Iacon City]], completely devastated and in ruin, and despairs that the city will never be home again. [[Cheetor (Cyberverse)|Cheetor]] reassures him that with the power of the [[AllSpark]], which has already performed miracles, they will restore Cybertron. Optimus has [[Teletraan-X (Cyberverse)|Teletraan-X]] broadcast a message to the entire ''[[Ark (Cyberverse)|Ark]]'' crew: their journey is at an end, they will use the AllSpark to revive their world, and nothing will stand in their way.

A little while later, Optimus and Windblade look over [[Chromia (Cyberverse)|Chromia]]'s last transmission, urging them—and Optimus in particular—to return to Cybertron. However, since then, Windblade has been unable to get in contact with her friend, which unsettles Optimus. At that very moment, Chromia is imprisoned in the bowels of Cybertron alongside [[Perceptor (Cyberverse)|Perceptor]], who scolds her for having sent the falsified message to Optimus, simply because the Decepticons threatened to kill him. Chromia tries to escape, with no luck until Perceptor uses his eyepieces to refract their prison's bars to break Chromia's bonds, albeit at the cost of his eyes exploding.

The two Autobots sneak past their Decepticon guards. Perceptor reveals that, while blind, he has other means of seeing, using his scanners to find a network of naturally occurring tunnels right in front of them. Perceptor's scanners note the tunnels manage to reach all the way down to the [[Well of All Sparks|Well of the AllSpark]]. With that, Chromia figures out where they are. The two make their way to the surface of Iacon City, where Chromia finds [[Megatron (Cyberverse)|Megatron]] has taken over the [[Threshold of the Well]], turning it into his own private fortress. A pair of [[Seeker (Cyberverse)|Seeker]]s fly overhead, and the two Autobots duck down an alleyway. Chromia notes they need to contact Optimus, and asks if Perceptor can get them to a communications array. However, their path leads them right into a Decepticon patrol. Perceptor urges Chromia to leave him to face the Decepticons alone, but is subdued by the last Decepticon standing, who calls in the Seekers after Chromia. A chase through the streets of Iacon ensues, ending when Chromia tricks her pursuers into colliding with a building. Unbeknown to Chromia, she's being followed by [[Laserbeak (Cyberverse)|Laserbeak]]. On reaching her destination, Chromia is attacked by the bird-bot, who she lays out with one punch. Unfortunately, [[Soundwave (Cyberverse)|Soundwave]] is also there, and he effortlessly subdues her.

Back on the ''Ark'', Cheetor vows to the Allspark that whatever it takes, he will be ready. Bumblebee enters, and is unnerved by the sight, though Cheetor assures him everything's fine. On the bridge, [[Hot Rod (Cyberverse)|Hot Rod]] is overjoyed at the though of finally getting home and returning to the [[Lithium Flats]] for some racing. He asks his fellow crewmembers what they plan to do. [[Grimlock (Cyberverse)|Grimlock]] plans on throwing a soiree, to which everyone is invited. [[Arcee (Cyberverse)|Arcee]] plans to just kick back and relax, and [[Drift (Cyberverse)|Drift]] ominously tells Hot Rod that he has something ''special'' in mind, something a long time coming, and he will ''make sure'' Hot Rod is there. Hot Rod nervously chuckles off his shipmate's intense statement.

Back on Cybertron, as Soundwave drags Chromia through the streets, he receives a call from [[Shockwave (Cyberverse)|Shockwave]]: the ''Ark'' has entered Cybertron airspace. As Chromia watches, the Decepticons fire a [[laser snare]] at the Autobot ship, which envelops it, then crushes it, causing the ship to explode in a massive fireball, right in front of Chromia's eyes!

At some point in the past, the planet was destroyed by forces unknown. The survivors of the cataclysm segregated themselves into three groups; [[The Fins]], [[The Snouts]], and [[The Tails]]; fighting over resources, particularly the largest chunk of their world to remain intact, a plateau they called [[The Park]].

As the [[Ark (Cyberverse)|''Ark'']] journeyed to Cybertron, it came across the planet's debris field. When solar flares began travelling through the system, the [[Autobot]]s, [[Hot Rod (Cyberverse)|Hot Rod]], [[Cheetor (Cyberverse)|Cheetor]], and [[Bumblebee (Cyberverse)|Bumblebee]], broke out the [[solar-wave board]]s, each one of them running across of the three Sharkticon factions. When Cheetor tried to have all try groups work together, he succeeded only in turning them against him and his friends. When the three retreated back to the ''Ark'', Cheetor seized the [[AllSpark]] and used its power to, largely, reconstitute the planet.
