[[Beachcomber (G1)|Beachcomber]], [[Powerglide (G1)|Powerglide]], [[Seaspray (G1)|Seaspray]], [[Perceptor (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Perceptor]] and [[Warpath (G1)|Warpath]] are taking a walk along the beach when they are attacked by [[Blitzwing (G1)|Blitzwing]], [[Ramjet (G1)|Ramjet]] and [[Thrust (G1)|Thrust]]. In the middle of the battle, pacifist Beachcomber takes cover and finds a secluded glen full of flora and fauna right out of a Disney cartoon. In the middle of enjoying this impromptu petting zoo, the glint of gold catches his eye. In the middle of the glen is a pool of golden liquid he dips his hand into and identifies as "[[electrum]]". A rockslide sends him back to where he came from, just as Thrust flies over the glen and makes the same discovery. Thrust jumps into the pool and comes out completely covered in the gold liquid.

Beachcomber arrives back at the battle as the tide is turning against the Decepticons. Just then, Thrust appears and survives a powerful Autobot barrage without sustaining a scratch, thanks to his electrum coating. Warpath shoots an opening into the cliff face that he, Powerglide and Beachcomber hide in, while Thrust kidnaps Perceptor and Seaspray.

At Decepticon headquarters, the Autobots are imprisoned while Thrust notifies [[Megatron (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Megatron]] of the electrum pool. They hurry off to the glen and Megatron orders [[Starscream (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Starscream]] to jump in. When he emerges, Megatron shoots him, but the blast bounces off. The rest of the Decepticons jump into the pool and emerge, then have fun shooting each other. Megatron declares the Autobots are finished as the glen around them burns and the animals cower.

Powerglide, Beachcomber, Warpath, [[Mirage (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Mirage]] and [[Smokescreen (G1)|Smokescreen]] regroup and prepare to go after the Decepticons again. Beachcomber hasn't told anyone about his discovery yet. The group rushes off and meets up with the electrum-plated Decepticons, and are quickly dispatched because their weapons have no effect. More Autobots join the battle, but their weapons are useless. Beachcomber realizes that they've found the electrum and drives off.

The Decepticons return to headquarters and Starscream forces Seaspray and Perceptor to fight each other. [[Soundwave (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Soundwave]] rushes off to tell Megatron as Starscream gives the Autobots weapons.

Smokescreen, damaged from the battle, asks [[Omega Supreme (G1)|Omega Supreme]] to help and the giant Autobot declares (a bit prematurely) that failure is impossible.

Meanwhile, Beachcomber arrives back at the glen and finds the Decepticons have burnt it nearly to the ground. He is captured by Blitzwing while Soundwave tattles on Starscream. Megatron orders everyone to fight Omega Supreme. When they attack Omega fires, but even his weapons have no effect and he falls under enemy fire. Megatron sets his sights on [[Ark (G1)|Autobot headquarters]] next.

At Autobot headquarters, Mirage reports on Omega's defeat and [[Optimus Prime (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Optimus Prime]] can hardly believe it. [[Teletraan I]] reports a single word to them—electrum. Prime recognizes its significance and sends out teams to try to find it.

Powerglide discreetly follows the Decepticons and sees them swimming in the electrum. He flies off to report the discovery to Optimus.

Megatron gives the task of dispatching Beachcomber, Perceptor and Seaspray to Starscream. When [[Skywarp (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Skywarp]] and [[Thundercracker (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Thundercracker]] come to take the prisoners to Starscream, Beachcomber forgoes his pacifist ways and overcomes both of them. He frees Perceptor and Seaspray and they swim back to the surface and head toward the golden lagoon. With Dirge left alone as guard while all of the others head to the fight, the trio takes him out, just as Prime and the rest of the Autobots arrive. Beachcomber invites them to jump into the electrum with him.

Back at Autobot headquarters, Megatron and company attack but they discover the base is empty. Megatron orders everyone back to the lagoon, where the electrum-coated Autobots are waiting for them, including Omega Supreme. The two sides fight, but since their weapons are useless the blasts bounce off and destroy the countryside around them. As the battle continues, the electrum on the Decepticons wears off. His advantage lost and seriously out-gunned, Megatron destroys the lagoon and orders a retreat. The Autobots cheer their victory, but Beachcomber laments the destruction of the glen.

**Blitzwing's helmet is purple instead of yellow as he stands to join the attack on the beach.
**Perceptor's chest rim is dark gray instead of silver as he turns to fire on the newly electrum-coated Thrust.
**The sides of Skywarp's helmet are colored white when he and Thundercracker present Perceptor and Seaspray to Megatron. It makes him look like he has chubby cheeks!

*Thrust dives into the electrum and says he's about to become "number one Decepticon," implying he's planning a coup or something, but later simply reports the find to Megatron. Did he just change his mind on the way back or did he expect Megatron to reward him?
*When Starscream dives into the pool of electrum, he holds his nose, despite the fact that robots normally don't need to breathe. One may chalk it up to a cute little joke inserted by the animators.
*Powerglide is seen warning Omega Supreme of the approaching Decepticons, despite having been shot down into the ocean earlier. He's later shown resurfacing from the previous crash, making his appearance with Omega rather inexplicable.
*So...why ''was'' Mirage hanging around (invisible) for 10 minutes?

==Synopsis==

[[Beachcomber (G1)|Beachcomber]], [[Powerglide (G1)|Powerglide]], [[Seaspray (G1)|Seaspray]], [[Perceptor (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Perceptor]] and [[Warpath (G1)|Warpath]] are taking a walk along the beach when they are attacked by [[Blitzwing (G1)|Blitzwing]], [[Ramjet (G1)|Ramjet]] and [[Thrust (G1)|Thrust]]. In the middle of the battle, pacifist Beachcomber takes cover and finds a secluded glen full of flora and fauna right out of a Disney cartoon. In the middle of enjoying this impromptu petting zoo, the glint of gold catches his eye. In the middle of the glen is a pool of golden liquid he dips his hand into and identifies as "[[electrum]]". A rockslide sends him back to where he came from, just as Thrust flies over the glen and makes the same discovery. Thrust jumps into the pool and comes out completely covered in the gold liquid.

Beachcomber arrives back at the battle as the tide is turning against the Decepticons. Just then, Thrust appears and survives a powerful Autobot barrage without sustaining a scratch, thanks to his electrum coating. Warpath shoots an opening into the cliff face that he, Powerglide and Beachcomber hide in, while Thrust kidnaps Perceptor and Seaspray.

At Decepticon headquarters, the Autobots are imprisoned while Thrust notifies [[Megatron (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Megatron]] of the electrum pool. They hurry off to the glen and Megatron orders [[Starscream (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Starscream]] to jump in. When he emerges, Megatron shoots him, but the blast bounces off. The rest of the Decepticons jump into the pool and emerge, then have fun shooting each other. Megatron declares the Autobots are finished as the glen around them burns and the animals cower.

Powerglide, Beachcomber, Warpath, [[Mirage (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Mirage]] and [[Smokescreen (G1)|Smokescreen]] regroup and prepare to go after the Decepticons again. Beachcomber hasn't told anyone about his discovery yet. The group rushes off and meets up with the electrum-plated Decepticons, and are quickly dispatched because their weapons have no effect. More Autobots join the battle, but their weapons are useless. Beachcomber realizes that they've found the electrum and drives off.

The Decepticons return to headquarters and Starscream forces Seaspray and Perceptor to fight each other. [[Soundwave (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Soundwave]] rushes off to tell Megatron as Starscream gives the Autobots weapons.

Smokescreen, damaged from the battle, asks [[Omega Supreme (G1)|Omega Supreme]] to help and the giant Autobot declares (a bit prematurely) that failure is impossible.

Meanwhile, Beachcomber arrives back at the glen and finds the Decepticons have burnt it nearly to the ground. He is captured by Blitzwing while Soundwave tattles on Starscream. Megatron orders everyone to fight Omega Supreme. When they attack Omega fires, but even his weapons have no effect and he falls under enemy fire. Megatron sets his sights on [[Ark (G1)|Autobot headquarters]] next.

At Autobot headquarters, Mirage reports on Omega's defeat and [[Optimus Prime (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Optimus Prime]] can hardly believe it. [[Teletraan I]] reports a single word to them—electrum. Prime recognizes its significance and sends out teams to try to find it.

Powerglide discreetly follows the Decepticons and sees them swimming in the electrum. He flies off to report the discovery to Optimus.

Megatron gives the task of dispatching Beachcomber, Perceptor and Seaspray to Starscream. When [[Skywarp (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Skywarp]] and [[Thundercracker (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Thundercracker]] come to take the prisoners to Starscream, Beachcomber forgoes his pacifist ways and overcomes both of them. He frees Perceptor and Seaspray and they swim back to the surface and head toward the golden lagoon. With Dirge left alone as guard while all of the others head to the fight, the trio takes him out, just as Prime and the rest of the Autobots arrive. Beachcomber invites them to jump into the electrum with him.

Back at Autobot headquarters, Megatron and company attack but they discover the base is empty. Megatron orders everyone back to the lagoon, where the electrum-coated Autobots are waiting for them, including Omega Supreme. The two sides fight, but since their weapons are useless the blasts bounce off and destroy the countryside around them. As the battle continues, the electrum on the Decepticons wears off. His advantage lost and seriously out-gunned, Megatron destroys the lagoon and orders a retreat. The Autobots cheer their victory, but Beachcomber laments the destruction of the glen.

**The Decepticons' guns use the sound effects of Cobra's guns (from G.I.Joe) during the attack on Sunstreaker's team. Powerglide and the other Autobots likewise get a GI Joe laser noise as they fire.
*Coloring errors:
**Blitzwing's helmet is purple instead of yellow as he stands to join the attack on the beach.
**Perceptor's chest rim is dark gray instead of silver as he turns to fire on the newly electrum-coated Thrust.
**The sides of Skywarp's helmet are colored white when he and Thundercracker present Perceptor and Seaspray to Megatron. It makes him look like he has chubby cheeks!
**Smokescreen's forehead crest is blue instead of yellow as he ponders what Beachcomber is thinking.
**Bluestreak is colored like Prowl as the Decepticons dive to attack.
**Brawn's helmet is olive green instead of gray-silver as he transforms to fire on the Decepticons with Sunstreaker's squad.

*Thrust dives into the electrum and says he's about to become "number one Decepticon," implying he's planning a coup or something, but later simply reports the find to Megatron. Did he just change his mind on the way back or did he expect Megatron to reward him?
*When Starscream dives into the pool of electrum, he holds his nose, despite the fact that robots normally don't need to breathe. One may chalk it up to a cute little joke inserted by the animators.
*Powerglide is seen warning Omega Supreme of the approaching Decepticons, despite having been shot down into the ocean earlier. He's later shown resurfacing from the previous crash, making his appearance with Omega rather inexplicable.
*So...why ''was'' Mirage hanging around (invisible) for 10 minutes?

[[Beachcomber (G1)|Beachcomber]], [[Powerglide (G1)|Powerglide]], [[Seaspray (G1)|Seaspray]], [[Perceptor (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Perceptor]] and [[Warpath (G1)|Warpath]] are taking a walk along the beach when they are attacked by [[Blitzwing (G1)|Blitzwing]], [[Ramjet (G1)|Ramjet]] and [[Thrust (G1)|Thrust]]. In the middle of the battle, pacifist Beachcomber takes cover and finds a secluded glen full of flora and fauna right out of a Disney cartoon. In the middle of enjoying this impromptu petting zoo, the glint of gold catches his eye. In the middle of the glen is a pool of golden liquid he dips his hand into and identifies as "[[electrum]]". A rockslide sends him back to where he came from, just as Thrust flies over the glen and makes the same discovery. Thrust jumps into the pool and comes out completely covered in the gold liquid.

Beachcomber arrives back at the battle as the tide is turning against the Decepticons. Just then, Thrust appears and survives a powerful Autobot barrage without sustaining a scratch, thanks to his electrum coating. Warpath shoots an opening into the cliff face that he, Powerglide and Beachcomber hide in, while Thrust kidnaps Perceptor and Seaspray.

At Decepticon headquarters, the Autobots are imprisoned while Thrust notifies [[Megatron (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Megatron]] of the electrum pool. They hurry off to the glen and Megatron orders [[Starscream (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Starscream]] to jump in. When he emerges, Megatron shoots him, but the blast bounces off. The rest of the Decepticons jump into the pool and emerge, then have fun shooting each other. Megatron declares the Autobots are finished as the glen around them burns and the animals cower.

Powerglide, Beachcomber, Warpath, [[Mirage (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Mirage]] and [[Smokescreen (G1)|Smokescreen]] regroup and prepare to go after the Decepticons again. Beachcomber hasn't told anyone about his discovery yet. The group rushes off and meets up with the electrum-plated Decepticons, and are quickly dispatched because their weapons have no effect. More Autobots join the battle, but their weapons are useless. Beachcomber realizes that they've found the electrum and drives off.

The Decepticons return to headquarters and Starscream forces Seaspray and Perceptor to fight each other. [[Soundwave (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Soundwave]] rushes off to tell Megatron as Starscream gives the Autobots weapons.

Smokescreen, damaged from the battle, asks [[Omega Supreme (G1)|Omega Supreme]] to help and the giant Autobot declares (a bit prematurely) that failure is impossible.

Meanwhile, Beachcomber arrives back at the glen and finds the Decepticons have burnt it nearly to the ground. He is captured by Blitzwing while Soundwave tattles on Starscream. Megatron orders everyone to fight Omega Supreme. When they attack Omega fires, but even his weapons have no effect and he falls under enemy fire. Megatron sets his sights on [[Ark (G1)|Autobot headquarters]] next.

At Autobot headquarters, Mirage reports on Omega's defeat and [[Optimus Prime (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Optimus Prime]] can hardly believe it. [[Teletraan I]] reports a single word to them—electrum. Prime recognizes its significance and sends out teams to try to find it.

Powerglide discreetly follows the Decepticons and sees them swimming in the electrum. He flies off to report the discovery to Optimus.

Megatron gives the task of dispatching Beachcomber, Perceptor and Seaspray to Starscream. When [[Skywarp (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Skywarp]] and [[Thundercracker (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Thundercracker]] come to take the prisoners to Starscream, Beachcomber forgoes his pacifist ways and overcomes both of them. He frees Perceptor and Seaspray and they swim back to the surface and head toward the golden lagoon. With Dirge left alone as guard while all of the others head to the fight, the trio takes him out, just as Prime and the rest of the Autobots arrive. Beachcomber invites them to jump into the electrum with him.

Back at Autobot headquarters, Megatron and company attack but they discover the base is empty. Megatron orders everyone back to the lagoon, where the electrum-coated Autobots are waiting for them, including Omega Supreme. The two sides fight, but since their weapons are useless the blasts bounce off and destroy the countryside around them. As the battle continues, the electrum on the Decepticons wears off. His advantage lost and seriously out-gunned, Megatron destroys the lagoon and orders a retreat. The Autobots cheer their victory, but Beachcomber laments the destruction of the glen.

*Seaspray is somehow able to ''fly'' in hovercraft mode. While it's consistent with his other appearances, hovercrafts do '''NOT''' work that way!
*Thrust dives into the electrum and says he's about to become "number one Decepticon," implying he's planning a coup or something, but later simply reports the find to Megatron. Did he just change his mind on the way back or did he expect Megatron to reward him?
*When Starscream dives into the pool of electrum, he holds his nose, despite the fact that robots normally don't need to breathe. One may chalk it up to a cute little joke inserted by the animators.
*Powerglide is seen warning Omega Supreme of the approaching Decepticons, despite having been shot down into the ocean earlier. He's later shown resurfacing from the previous crash, making his appearance with Omega rather inexplicable.
*So...why ''was'' Mirage hanging around (invisible) for 10 minutes?
*Later in the show, Mirage turns invisible in [[alternate mode|vehicle mode]]. Smokescreen is kicking up dust behind him (before he engages his smoke trail), so wouldn't Mirage's dust trail be noticeable as well?

==Synopsis==
With the [[Greaser Gang|Hunger Hubs]] currently away, [[Burgertron]] and the [[Lost Bots]] take advantage of their absence to have some fun in the [[food court]]. As the other Lost Bots play with the various appliances, Burgertron muses to himself on how much he misses the place and being part of the Hunger Hubs. His attention is suddenly drawn, however, by something under the grill: a stack of flyers for an upcoming performance of ''[[I, Cheeseburger (play)|I, Cheeseburger]]''! Burgertron explains to the confused Lost Bots that ''I, Cheeseburger'' was a very successful play he wrote and starred in about the escapades of the heroic <s>Burgertron</s> totally original character TronBurger, and now the Hunger Hubs look to be reviving it. [[Bonz-Eye]] suggests they get tickets, but Burgertron insists that only he has the chops to play the lead, convinced that his brilliant performance will be more than enough to win back the love of the other BotBots. As he does some vocal warm-ups and stretches to prepare, he starts to get impatient waiting for the Hunger Hubs to come calling, so he leads [[Dimlit]] away to investigate.

The two peek from behind a plant near the stage, where [[Spud Muffin]] is directing the rehearsal. To his horror, Burgertron discovers that he has been replaced in the lead by [[Brock O'Lonely]], who repeatedly forgets his lines and uses nothing but a cheeseburger cap for a costume. Infuriated, Burgertron raves to the other Lost Bots about how he deserves to be the lead. But an inadvertent and oddly-specific suggestion from [[Clogstopper]] gives him an idea: the Lost Bots will put on their own performance of "''The REAL I, Cheeseburger''" at the same time and steal the crowd from right under the Hunger Hubs! With only three hours until showtime, Burgertron insists they get to work, much to the others' displeasure. Unfortunately, this proves to be a tall order, with the Lost Bots struggling to get the dance choreography down, rushing to draw up backgrounds, and falling asleep during rehearsal.

Moments before the show is to start, Burgertron is certain that they're about to take the whole [[Mall (BotBots)|mall]] by storm. As the alarm signals showtime and the cheers of the audience start to grow, [[Kikmee]], Clogstopper, Bonz-Eye and Burgertron take their places on stage, and stage manager Dimlit cues the music. As the curtain is drawn however, it seems that only [[Sprinkleberry D'uhnut]] is in the audience, and the cheers they've been hearing are from the Hunger Hubs' performance not far away. Burgertron orders Dimlit to turn up their speakers, but this only succeeds in blowing them out and setting the speakers (and Dimlit) on fire. Realizing there's no salvaging their performance, Burgertron orders the whole thing shut down as Sprinkleberry rolls off. The Lost Bots agree it's for the best they quit, but Burgertron corrects them: they may be shutting down, but he's not giving up.

Brock O'Lonely enters the final song, but he gets caught off guard when Burgertron storms the stage and begins performing all the same lines. As they vie for dominance, the audience can only watch in confusion, uncertain whether this is part of the show. Things come to a head when the final duel is meant to start, with Burgertron and Brock O'Lonely grappling for TronBurger's sword, but they lose control and end up crashing into the wall and causing the whole stage to collapse on top of them. As Burgertron lies beneath the curtain, Brock O'Lonely moves in for the big finish, and the audience erupts in cheers, declaring it "the best acting in the history of the mall." Burgertron slowly gets to his feet, only to be admonished by Spud Muffin for his stunt, and he slinks off in disappointment.

Burgertron is left to brood in the [[Lost and Found (BotBots)|lost and found]], but Dimlit appears and says he wants to show him something. Burgertron follows and is shocked to see the others all on stage, still in costume. They explain that while this whole experience might have started as just a way to get one over on the Hunger Hubs, they all had fun for the brief time they were on stage and would like to try it one more time, just for fun. Burgertron isn't sure, as he feels guilty for being so self-centered and doesn't want to go through the pain of disappointment again, but the Lost Bots start to perform the title track, this time even better than before. His beefy heart warmed, Burgertron takes his place on stage and they all join together in song.
