The Vorpal Saber is a twisted copy of the Star Saber, formed by the three Unicron-allied Mini-Cons from the Aerial Extermination Mini-Con Team: Jackknife, Maverick, and Skull Buster. It is the personal weapon of Nemesis Prime, its power surging from the blackness of his cruel, mechanized heart. It doesn't actually go Jabberwocky, but one could assume it does a good job at beheading.
Fiction
Linkage
Nemesis Prime wielded the Vorpal Saber as he traveled the universe, destroying entire civilizations in order to feed the Doomstone. Linkage Part 11
Armada cartoon
After the Autobots and the Decepticons landed on a strange world, they were menaced by a rampaging, powerful clone of Optimus Prime. The creature, calling himself Nemesis Prime, was seemingly defeated by Megatron when he fired the Requiem Blaster and blew the clone to pieces. However, the pieces reconnected with each other and Nemesis Prime formed the powerful Vorpal Saber as an extension of his own flexible, warping body. The Vorpal Saber disintegrated when the Mini-Cons arrived to save the other Transformers. Puppet
:The Takara Air Assault Team is almost identical to the Hasbro versions of the team of the same name, being a redeco of the Air Defense Team. The three aircraft of the team combine to form the Vorpal Saber/Dark Saber sword, which can be held by any figure that uses 5mm peg-holes for accessories. However, the Takara version uses clear plastic with just a hint of purple to it in place of the Hasbro versions' opaque off-white.
Notes
*If you're wondering what Vorpal means, it derives from Lewis Carol's nonsense poem "Jabberwocky". The word has since become a somewhat common adjective to describe supernatural sharpness in fantasy works. Its use here may be inspired by fellow Hasbro property Dungeons & Dragons.
*The Vorpal Saber was later homaged by the non-Mini-Con Dark Saber in the Power of the Primes line.

Notes
*Fooled By Space Pirates is a text story retelling of the first three parts of Space Pirates!.
*Wreck-Gar is found guilty by the Quintessons, and is thrown to the Sharkticons. This is not unprecedented, as in Five Faces of Darkness, Part 2 Kup and Ultra Magnus are also found guilty, implying that the Quintessons trials are a sham, where the accused is executed regardless of the verdict. However, since as a prisoner was declared innocent in the orginal Space Pirates! story, it seems that the writer either didn't understand the Quintessons' shtick, or deliberately changed it.
*A Quintesson guard is named Anadin. This appears a misinterpretation of Wreck-Gar's dialogue in the original story, when he made a reference to Anadin brand painkiller pills when he threw a Quintesson guard into the Sharkticons pool. The writer appears to have missed the reference and assumed it was the guard's name.
*Autobot City is located in North Carolina.
*Strangely on the last page, its stated that a "(BAD)" is approaching Autobot City. In context this appears to be the Autobot Surveillance Droid used in Space Pirates. It's possible that this was an editor's note to have a word replaced that was accidentally left in the printed story, though what "BAD" is supposed to mean (if it's supposed to be the English word "bad", why is it in English?) is anyone's guess.
*This was, sadly, the last issue of the Comic-Magazin.
