Sireen was the only member of the [[Sixturbo|Turbo Team]] who was not originally infected by the Decepticons' [[mind changer virus]]. He and [[Joe (G1)|Joe]] developed an antivirus program to return the other Turbo Team members to normal. In order to get the program into their systems simultaneously, Sireen surrendered to the others and convinced them to combine into [[Sixturbo]], activating the program just as they combined. Sireen was briefly turned into a Decepticon himself just before the antivirus program took effect, turning all six components back into Autobots. {{storylink|Enter the Urban Disaster Relief Specialists!!}}

After this incident, Sireen modified this antivirus program to create the [[Vaccine Program Gun]], which would theoretically do the opposite of the mind changer virus, turning Decepticons into Autobots. Sireen observed a battle between [[Sixwing|Berserker Sixwing]] and [[Sixtrain]]. He later went off to aid his fellow Micromasters in fighting off Sixwing when the Decepticon appeared once again to plunder the Autobots' excavation, which uncovered Cybertronian fragments within Mount Hillary... {{storylink|Sixtrain! The Autobot Micromasters moved their base to better defend the ruins they had uncovered, but found their forces spread thin due to the Decepticons attacking both Mount St. Hillary and the humans. Chromia and her sisters were held in reserve as NEST entered Shanghai to deal with Demolishor, only being called into action when the presence of a second Decepticon, [[Sideways (ROTF)|Sideways]], was detected. Together with the twins, the sisters pursued the sneaky speedster through the streets of Shanghai, smashing through buildings and everything else in their way, but they were ultimately unable to do little damage, and Chromia found herself a bit battered for her efforts. So Sideswipe was brought up to bat, and proceeded to make short work of Sideways.

When [[The Fallen]] issued an ultimatum to Earth, the US government decided that the Autobots would be shipped back to Diego Garcia, but NEST disobeyed the orders, instead shipping Elita and the others to [[Egypt]] on the advice of [[Sam Witwicky (Movie)|Sam Witwicky]], who had the means to resurrect the recently deceased Optimus Prime. During the dark period of [[Cybertron (planet)|Cybertron]]'s history when the [[AllSpark]] was lost and the planet drifted through the cosmos without a sun to orbit, Chromia and her sister [[Arcee (Movie)|Arcee]] lived in [[Metrotitan (ROTF)|Metrotitan]]. Once both the previous problems were rectified and Cybertron entered a new era of freedom, their older sister [[Elita-One (Movie)|Elita-One]] was able to be reunited with them. {{storylink|Foundation issue 1|Foundation #1}} The three sisters were present when [[Sentinel Prime (ROTF)|Sentinel Prime]] announced that Cybertron would be under the dual rule of [[Optimus Prime (Movie)|Optimus Prime]]'s [[Science Division]] and [[Megatron (Movie)|Megatron]]'s [[Defense Force]]. Around the year [[1908]], many years after the war broke out, Chromia and Elita-One were part of an Autobot team sent to steal [[energon]] from the Decepticons. Instead they were ambushed by [[Shockwave (Movie)|Shockwave]] and his troops, and Chromia was killed in action. Her corpse was taken by the immoral Decepticon scientist [[Flatline (ROTF)|Flatline]], who considered it perfect for use in his experiments. {{storylink|Rising Storm issue 2|Rising Storm #2}}

Flatline took Chromia's body (along with the corpse of her sister Elita, who had died later on) to his lab at an outpost on an unknown planet to use in his attempts to create a new breed of tripartate soldier, three bodies fuelled by a single [[spark]]. After several failures, whether by coincidence or design, Flatline was presented by [[Thundercracker (Movie)|Thundercracker]] with a new test subject: Elita and Chromia's sister, Arcee. Through the use of Arcee's spark, implanted in a new body, Flatline reignited the life-forces of Elita and Chromia in new shells, albeit not as they had truly had been before: now, they were at one with their sister, a singular entity at the spark, each feeling the sensations and emotions of the other, yet retaining some degree of autonomy and memory of their own identity. After Sam Witwicky contacted Optimus Prime as Philadelphia was being attacked by Decepticons, Optimus decided that the sisters should be left out of the fight due to Arcee's wounds. Arcee wanted to go despite Chromia's attempt to let her stay behind while her two sisters went. She and her sisters went to New York thinking they would get information on Starscream selling his weapons to humans, but instead they found Astrotrain and a monster. And they also found out that Shockwave was on earth, so they tried to inform Optimus, but Soundwave jammed their communication and sent his minions after the girls. As Ravage was attacking her. Arcee began to feel the pain of her wounds (and Chromia began to feel them too), later Elita-1 died and Arcee and Chromia felt her death. Despite Arcee's attempts to stop her, Chromia activated some bombs they brought with them (which possibly killed Soundwave's minions). :Chromia converts from a [[wikipedia:Suzuki B-King|Suzuki B-King]] to... a unicycle. Her vehicle mode weapon can attach as a display stand for either mode, ironically making a unicyclebot one of the most stable robot-modes. In robot mode, there is a spring-loaded missile between the tailpipes on Chromia's left hand in addition to the aforementioned non-firing blaster-stand. There is also a piece on the bottom of the vehicle mode (or back of the robot mode) that folds out, but there is no indication in the instructions as to what this piece is for. It appears to be part of an unmentioned combiner gimmick for the Arcee triplets, as it locks together with a similar piece on Arcee, with room for a third robot to connect.

:While the instructions depict the motorcycle seat remaining flat so that it ends up covering the bottom wheel, the robot mode more closely resembles the movie design if the seat is folded in and locked into a slot on the motorcycle's bottom, as shown on the back of the packaging. The packaging photo also shows Chromia's front wheel resting behind the robot's shoulders, while the instructions leave it above her head. Furthermore, while it is not mentioned either in the instructions or shown on the box, the stand can be attached backwards and rotated with the guns facing up so that it acts as a prop for the toy, allowing the wheel to actually touch the ground, and letting the toy look from the front like it is unsupported. In addition, the stand can also be attached to right arm as an inordinately large handgun by sliding the two pegs inside the gun into two slots on the inside of the arm.

:The stand has sculpted tank treads on the bottom, most likely to make it look that she's still mobile while using it.

:Though the instructions do not explain it, the back of the blister card mentions she has a [[Mech Alive]] gimmick in her left arm. While it isn't quite the "spinning gears" the card refers to, swinging her left forearm towards and away from her body makes a blue piston slide back and forth inside the large gun. An aborted light-piping gimmick that uses ''clear'' plastic instead of the more usual blue is also present, however it is rendered useless by opaque paint applications to her optics.

At first, the two Decepticons remained concealed, but Demolishor soon transformed and attacked. While the soldiers and their Autobot allies were busy fighting off Demolishor, Sideways took advantage of the chaos and attempted to make his getaway. He was not entirely undetected, however, as [[William Lennox|Major Lennox]] sent out [[Arcee (Movie)|Arcee]] and [[Mudflap (ROTF)|the]] [[Skids (ROTF)|twins]] in pursuit.
