The ''[[Power of the Primes (toyline)|Power of the Primes]]'' toyline was notable for introducing the [[Prime Master]] gimmick highlighting the titular "power of the [[Prime (rank)|Primes]]." Like the rest of the ''[[Prime Wars Trilogy]]'', each toy included a small packaged card based off the character; unlike its last predecessor, which used the classic [[Tech Spec]]s, the ''Power of the Primes'' toyline included one of twelve randomly packed cards for each toy, each highlighting the additional powers or personality changes that a Prime Master can impart on the character in question.
