After an intense investigation into the origins of the [[Decepticon]] [[Binaltech]]s, [[Flint (G.I. Joe)|Agent Fairbourne]] uncovered the existence of the Concurrence. By using a potent combination of [[Dr. Arkeville]]'s [[hypno-chip]], and [[Bombshell (G1)|Bombshell]]'s [[Cerebro-shell]] technologies the Concurrence managed to take control of many of the Binaltech project members and forced them to revive Decepticons injured by [[Swindle (G1)|Swindle's]] [[Cosmic Rust (disease)|Cosmic Rust]] as Binaltechs. They intended to use the Decepticon Binaltechs to eliminate the Autobots and then vanquish the remaining Decepticons, turning the solar system into a Robot-Free "resort". {{storylink|Expose All of Evil's Designs!}}

That pic might end up being better used in the Only Human article as a bit of trivia (it features Rattlers and Cobra jets which did not appear in the episode itself). In the cartoon continuity, how did Cobra managed to be there in 2006 as he was transformed into a snake in the 80's?

:A lot of characters have been known as Snake over the years, for many different and totally unrelated series. And since the character is getting old, calling him Old Snake, makes since.
